Robust estimation for ordinal regression

Ordinal regression is used for modelling an ordinal response variable as a function of some explanatory variables. The classical technique for estimating the unknown parameters of this model is Maximum Likelihood (ML). The lack of robustness of this estimator is formally shown by deriving its breakdown point and its influence function. To robustify the procedure, a weighting step is added to the Maximum Likelihood estimator, yielding an estimator with bounded influence function. We also show that the loss in efficiency due to the weighting step remains limited. A diagnostic plot based on the Weighted Maximum Likelihood estimator allows to detect outliers of different types in a single plot.     

“代位权”对“刺破”和“基金”制度的冲击

英美和大陆两大法系国家的公司法都认可公司人格否定理论,但没有将此种理论上升为制定法。我国将此理论上升为了制定法,但没有对此种理论使用的范围和条件做出明确说明。鉴于现状,借美、法两国对同一馒权事件不同处理方式的阐述,揭示“侵权之债”与“侵权损害赔偿责任”的异同,以及民事损害赔偿的内在机理,指出“刺破公司面纱”制度的不足和“基金”制度的局限性,论证“代位权”可以成为以公司为主体的损害赔偿制度。     

财政科技拨款对区域经济增长质量影响分析

文章选取GDP增长率、产业结构、劳动报酬占GDP比重,以及GDP能耗和单位工业增加值的＂三废＂排放量为考察指标,依据年统计数据,运用灰色关联分析法,分析这五方面经济增长质量因素在2000-2009十年间与山西省地方财政科技拨款的关联度。结论表明,山西省财政科技拨款与经济增长质量关系紧密,特别是对于GDP增长率的提高和产业结构的高级化。     

流动性与金融危机

在此次美国次贷危机形成及其发展为全球金融危机的过程中,货币流动性、交易流动性和融资流动性构成的全面流动性扮演着关键角色。当政府的货币政策从宽松转为从紧,货币流动性出现不足;货币流动性不足将导致交易流动性恶化,交易流动性恶化则导致融资流动性问题;融资流动性问题又反馈影响到交易流动性;融资流动性和交易流动性的恶化又使得货币流动性不足的状况更加严重。三者如此相互作用,形成恶性循环,最终导致全面的流动性危机。     

加强高校科研经费管理有效措施的探析

如何管理好科研经费,是当前各个高校普遍面临的重点和难点问题,本文针对这一难点问题进行了探析。从现状出发,分析了问题存在和出现的原因,探讨了加强科研经费管理的有效措施和途径。     

Exploring the link between government funding and efficiency in nonprofit colleges

Previous literature has suggested that federal funding can hinder the efficiency of nonprofit organizations, but this has yet not been empirically tested. This study used a two‐stage data envelopment analysis (DEA) model to measure the efficiency of a set of private nonprofit teaching‐oriented colleges, then estimate the impact of federal and state funding on organizational efficiency. The findings indicate that, on average, increases in neither state nor federal funding effect efficiency of nonprofit colleges. Increasing state funding negatively impacted the efficiency of public colleges (N = 799). This study suggests that the challenges for nonprofits that accompany government funding may not rise to a quantifiable negative effect on efficiency.

本文给出了等热流条件下热绕流运动密度场的加权残数解，并且在一给定的工况下计算了相应的密度场，所得结果与数值解及实验情况相吻合．该解法具有解析结构清楚、计算工作量小的特点．

两汉时期与财政经济政策有关的"调",主要有以下4种用法第一,表示调发、调度;第二,官府出钱采购所需物品,有时也称为"调";第三,作为赋税的泛称,"租调"、"赋调"频繁出现于史籍;第四,表示苛捐杂税.鉴于孙吴赋税的繁重程度及其对东汉赋税制度的保留,鉴于史书中并没有关于孙吴进行类似曹魏那样的赋税改革的明确记载,根据现有简牍资料可以认定,吴调也同样是汉调的延续,而与曹魏的户调不同.吴简中即使有按户或户品征收的调,也仍然属于苛捐杂税.
