《英语写作》教学改革与英语专业学生“思辨能力”的培养

本文着重探讨如何在大学本科英语专业课程《英语写作》教学中培养学生的思辨能力,并指出应采用语篇教学法、引进辩论法和阅读写作整合法等开展写作教学。     

《文章正宗》"四分法"的文体分类史地位

以总集为代表的中国古代文体分类,其主流是日趋繁复的琐碎细分。真德秀的《文章正宗》"四分法"以合并归类独辟蹊径,化繁为简,引人瞩目。真氏"四分法"融合功用性分类、功能性分类和形态性分类于一体,这虽然有违现代文体分类原则,但与古代文体分类的复杂态势相比显得更加合理。真氏"四分法"已与现代文学分类方法有所契合。     

“GPS测量与数据处理”课程教学与改革

卫星导航定位是测绘工程中发展较快、应用较广的一项热门技术,“GPS测量与数据处理”课程也一直是测绘专业本科教学的主干课程,具有更新快、理论深、实践性强等特点,对教师授课及学生学习都具有较高的要求。文章对东华理工大学测绘工程专业GPS课程的授课内容、授课方式、实践教学及考核模式等方面存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的教学改革建议。     

Importance sampling type estimators based on approximate marginal Markov chain Monte Carlo

We consider importance sampling (IS) type weighted estimators based on Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) targeting an approximate marginal of the target distribution. In the context of Bayesian latent variable models, the MCMC typically operates on the hyperparameters, and the subsequent weighting may be based on IS or sequential Monte Carlo (SMC), but allows for multilevel techniques as well. The IS approach provides a natural alternative to delayed acceptance (DA) pseudo-marginal/particle MCMC, and has many advantages over DA, including a straightforward parallelization and additional flexibility in MCMC implementation. We detail minimal conditions which ensure strong consistency of the suggested estimators, and provide central limit theorems with expressions for asymptotic variances. We demonstrate how our method can make use of SMC in the state space models context, using Laplace approximations and time-discretized diffusions. Our experimental results are promising and show that the IS-type approach can provide substantial gains relative to an analogous DA scheme, and is often competitive even without parallelization.     

Optimal asset allocation for participating contracts with mortality risk under minimum guarantee

Abstract

We investigate an optimal investment problem of participating insurance contracts with mortality risk under minimum guarantee. The insurer aims to maximize the expected utility of the terminal payoff. Due to its piecewise payoff structure, this optimization problem is a non-concave utility maximization problem. We adopt a concavification technique and a Lagrange dual method to solve the problem and derive the representations of the optimal wealth process and trading strategies. We also carry out some numerical analysis to show how the portfolio insurance constraint impacts the optimal terminal wealth.     

多维一体教学法在加拿大原住民课程教学中的实践运用

以加拿大渥太华大学的《加拿大原住民社会文化概况》课程为例,从课程授课对象、教学目的出发,重点对加拿大原住民课程教学中的多维一体教学法展开了详细的探讨,提出多方资源力量的参与、课堂教学的互动、课后多形式的交流和课程教学实践的运用等方法的整体多维运用,共同构成了加拿大原住民课程教学中的多维一体教学法。多维一体教学法可以为我国民族高校相关课程教学提供重要的教学启发和经验借鉴。

论英汉翻译的“异化”、“归化”运用原则

在我国翻译界,从二十世纪三十年代至今,有关“归化”“异化”的争论由来已久,从未停止过。纵观各家译论,各有其道。在翻译实践中,“归化”、“异化”各有长短,根据语境、文化和作品的需要两种翻译方法应交叉使用。求真原则、灵活原则、接受原则、美观原则和优化原则是衡量“归化”和“异化”运用是否得当的合理原则和有效的翻译策略,也是我们处理翻译的尺度和标准。

土壤肥料学课程是高校中植物生产类专业必修的专业基础课,具有较强的实用性。在土壤肥料教学中,通过合理设置教学及实验内容、选择恰当有效的教学形式、先进性的测定手段、鼓励学生参加相关的课题研究与生产实践活动及改革考试考查方法等方面,培养学生应用和实践能力。     

人力资源个体价值计量方法——当期实现价值系数法

由于人力资源自身具有复杂性、不确定性的特点,使得人力资源价值难以计量。而准确的计量人力资源价值,尤其是人力资源的个体价值是人力资源会计能否实施的关键因素。针对这个问题,本文在分析前人成果的基础上提出了人力资源当期实现价值系数法计量模型。并通过实例验证了计量模型的实用性。
