商业银行价格歧视定价策略研究

价格歧视是一种需求导向的定价策略,由于不同顾客群体对不同产品具有不同的需求弹性,企业可以通过合理实行价格歧视,获得更大的利润。本文拟从价格歧视的经济学原理入手,分析金融企业实行价格歧视的条件和类型,特别是价格歧视定价策略在金融业的一些特殊运用形式,为银行产品及服务定价提供理论依据和现实指导。     

城市公共交通出行者交通信息选择行为研究

先进的交通信息服务系统建设是我国城市交通可持续发展的必由之路。文章基于大连市公共交通出行信息需求专项调查,通过多维度频率分布研究,对不同个人属性、信息服务特征等条件下公共交通出行者的交通信息内容需求进行分析,进一步建立公共交通出行者交通信息选择binary logistic模型,对公共交通出行者交通信息选择行为进行研究。研究显示,公共交通出行者交通信息内容需求因个人属性、信息服务特征等因素存在较大差别,交通信息内容对公共交通出行者交通信息选择行为存在不同程度的影响。最后,文章基于实证研究结果,提出面向城市公共交通出行者的交通信息服务系统规范化建设的相关策略。     

大学创新性人才培养：概念与辨析、问题与思考

对于当下的中国高等教育来讲,大学的创新性人才培养既是一个时代主题,也是一个永久课题。给出了"创新性人才"的释义,并把大学创新性人才培养与素质教育、通识教育与专业教育、科学教育与人文教育等相关概念的基本关系进行了辨析。针对创新性人才培养面临的主要问题,如创新环境问题、大学教师队伍的欠缺、大学创新型文化偏弱问题、大学教学过程的要素创新乏力问题等,提出解决问题的基本思路与策略。

Disability & Society, 33 (1): 138–142.[Taylor & Francis Online], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]) highlighted the additional intellectual, emotional and physical labour required of her as a disabled PhD student, and Brown and Leigh (2018 Brown, N & Leigh, J (2018) Abelism in academia? Where are the disabled and ill academics. Disability & Society, 33 (6): 985–989.[Taylor & Francis Online], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]) queried “where are all the disabled and ill academics?” However, Brown and Leigh primarily focus on those with invisible “conditions” and the dilemmas raised by disclosure in a context where such conditions negate academic status and credibility. In contrast, since my “disability” is visible, I do not share the dilemma/“luxury” of secrecy. My presence announces my status before me, and this negates my personhood altogether in academic settings. It also places a burden of additional unpaid labour upon me which has significant mental health and career impacts as well as violating principles of equality.

在关于电视画面运动的讨论中,有好几个概念都存在彼此牵连、界定不清的问题。为了廓清思路,更好地指导实践,可从拍摄的角度起用一个新概念——“固定拍摄”,以便与传统的“运动摄像”概念形成呼应;从后期剪辑的角度,则可以起用一对新概念——“静态镜头”和“动态镜头”,以适应观众对画面的把握方式;同时,对传统的一对概念“固定镜头”和“运动镜头”相应地需要进行更准确的定位和把握。最后,对与“运动摄像”相关的一系列容易让人误解的传统概念、术语也进行了更为细致的辨别。     

Ethnic segregation in context: Social discrimination among native Dutch pupils and their ethnic minority classmates

Social discrimination, defined as the relative preference for intra-ethnic over inter-ethnic relationships, was studied in pupils’ networks in Dutch secondary school classes. While native Dutch pupils (ethnic majority members) mainly named fellow majority members, ethnic minority members reported ties with as many majority as minority members. Considering the ethnic composition of the classroom, however, majority members discriminated less than minorities. No strong effect of classroom ethnic composition on social discrimination was found, whereas neighborhood composition was shown to clearly influence social discrimination: ethnic minority members were more, and majority members less inclined to discriminate in neighborhoods with more ethnic presence.     

Discrimination,mental health,and body image among transgender and gender-non-binary individuals: Constructing a multiple mediational path model

The purpose of the current study was to examine the relationships among discrimination, mental health, and body image in a national sample of transgender adults. Participants (N = 78) identified as transgender, genderqueer, or other gender-non-binary identities and were recruited via a national online survey. Harassment/rejection, work/school, and other discrimination explained 10.4% of the variance in body appreciation, while satisfaction with life, anxiety, self-esteem, and depression explained 60.7%. Within these models, harassment/rejection was inversely associated with body appreciation, while self-esteem and satisfaction with life were positively associated. A series of path models moving from a measurement model to a more parsimonious and excellent-fitting model found that the effect of harassment/rejection on body appreciation was fully mediated by self-esteem and satisfaction with life, resulting in a multiple mediation.
