在全球经济下行的大背景下,中国的经济增速也逐渐放缓,2015年GDP增速为6.9%,是自1991年来的首次破7。在经济新常态的背景下,能源供需和碳排放也出现了一些变化。基于最新的2015年中国能源平衡表(标准量)等数据,利用桑基图绘制出2015年的中国能源流图和碳流图,研究了主要能源种类的生产、加工转换和消费情况以及能源相关的碳排放流动。结果表明:2015年的能源消费量较2014年增幅仅为0.5%,由于中国发展阶段的限制,2015年的能源消费总量中工业部门占到了68.0%,但较2014年有所下降。2015年的CO2排放量较2014年增长3.7%。煤炭在能源中的主体地位虽然依旧突出但产量在持续下降,油气平稳发展,一次电力和其他能源在一次能源生产量的占比持续上升。能源库存量自2010年来首次由增转减。煤炭燃烧产生的碳排放量占全年碳排放量的82.0%,火力发电和工业部门是主要的碳排放来源,二者的碳排放量占到了全年碳排放量的76.9%。  相似文献

The synthetic np chart is a combination of the np sub-chart and the conforming run length sub-chart. A procedure for the optimal design of the synthetic np chart is provided by minimizing the out-of-control median run length (MRL). The comparative results show that the synthetic np chart performs better than the corresponding standard np chart for detecting process shifts in the fraction non conforming, in terms of the MRL. An example is given to illustrate the operation of the synthetic np chart.  相似文献

Modeling serial dependence in time series is an important step in statistical process control. We provide a set of automatic routines useful for simulating and analyzing time series under a copula-based serial dependence. First, we introduce routines that generate time series data under a given copula. Second, we provide fully automated routines for obtaining maximum likelihood estimates for given time series data and then drawing a Shewhart-type control chart. Finally, real data are analyzed for illustration. We make the routines available as “Copula.Markov” package in R.  相似文献

An economic design of sign chart to control the median is proposed. Since the sign chart is distribution free, it can easily be applied to any process without prior knowledge of process quality distribution. The effect on loss cost observed for different shifts in location shows that the sign chart performs better for large shifts. The economic statistical performance study reveals that statistical performance of sign chart can be improved sufficiently for moderate shifts in the process. Sensitivity study shows that design is more sensitive for change in values of penalty loss cost and time required for search and repair of an assignable cause.  相似文献

Recent studies have shown that the adaptive T2 chart with two different sampling interval and three sample sizes (SVSSI) shows a good performance in detecting small to large shifts in the process mean. This paper investigates the economic and economic statistical designs of the SVSSI T2 charts. We use the Markov chain approach to developing the cost model proposed by Costa and Rahim (Journal of applied statistics 2001; 28: 875–885). A genetic algorithm approach is used to find the optimal solutions. Using numerical examples, we illustrate the performance of the proposed model and compare the statistical, economic, and economic statistical designs of the SVSSI T2 chart with respect to the economic and statistical criteria. Furthermore, we compare the performance of the SVSSI T2 chart with the other T2 control schemes.  相似文献

The quality characteristics, which are known as attributes, cannot be conveniently and numerically represented. Generally, the attribute data can be regarded as the fuzzy data, which are ubiquitous in the manufacturing process and cannot be measured precisely and often be collected by visual inspection. In this paper, we construct a p control chart for monitoring the fraction of nonconforming items in the process in which fuzzy sample data are collected from the manufacturing process. The resolution identity – a well-known theorem in the fuzzy set theory – is invoked to construct the control limits of fuzzy-p control charts using fuzzy data. In order to determine whether the plotted imprecise fraction of nonconforming items is within the fuzzy lower and upper control limits, we also propose a ranking method for a set of fuzzy numbers. Using the fuzzy-p control charts and the proposed acceptability function to classify the manufacturing process allows the decision-maker to make linguistic decisions such as rather in control or rather out of control. A practical example is provided to describe the applicability of the fuzzy set theory to a conventional p control chart.  相似文献

In this article, an economic design model of the MSE control chart is proposed. The formulated cost function includes the cost incurred in production process and the loss borne by customers because of the shift of means and the drift of variation. The economic bounds where the process is shut down if the search indicates the presence of an assignable cause are also being considered. A program written in Matlab 7.0 is used to determine the optimum parameters including the sample size n, the sample interval h and the width of the control limits k. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the proposed economic design and sensitivity analysis is carried out.  相似文献

We develop quality control charts for attributes using the maxima nomination sampling (MNS) method and compare them with the usual control charts based on simple random sampling (SRS) method, using average run length (ARL) performance, the required sample size in detecting quality improvement, and non-existence region for control limits. We study the effect of the sample size, the set size, and nonconformity proportion on the performance of MNS control charts using ARL curve. We show that MNS control chart can be used as a better benchmark for indicating quality improvement or quality deterioration relative to its SRS counterpart. We consider MNS charts from a cost perspective. We also develop MNS attribute control charts using randomized tests. A computer program is designed to determine the optimal control limits for an MNS p-chart such that, assuming known parameter values, the absolute deviation between the ARL and a specific nominal value is minimized. We provide good approximations for the optimal MNS control limits using regression analysis. Theoretical results are augmented with numerical evaluations. These show that MNS based control charts can yield substantial improvement over the usual control charts based on SRS.  相似文献

Unless the preliminary m subgroups of small samples are drawn from a stable process, the estimated control limits of chart in phase I can be erroneous, due to which the performance of the chart in phase II can be significantly affected. In this work, a quantitative approach based on extraction of the shape features of control chart patterns in the chart is proposed for evaluating the stability of the process mean, while the preliminary samples were drawn and thus, the subjectivity associated with the visual analysis of the patterns is eliminated. The effectiveness of the test procedure is evaluated using simulated data. The results show that the proposed approach can be very effective for m≥48. The power of the test can be improved by identifying a new feature that can more efficiently discriminate the cyclic pattern of smaller periodicity from the natural pattern and by redefining the test statistic.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of monitoring process data that can be modelled by exponential distribution is considered when observations are from type-II censoring. Such data are common in many practical inspection environment. An average run length unbiased (ARL-unbiased) control scheme is developed when the in-control scale parameter is known. The performance of the proposed control charts are investigated in terms of the ARL and standard deviation of the run length. The effects of parameter estimation on the proposed control charts are also evaluated. Then, we consider the design of the ARL-unbiased control charts when the in-control scale parameter is estimated. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the implementation of the proposed control charts.  相似文献
