大型低价海量测点分布式微机监控管一体化系统实现研究

低成本自动化ICA模式的研究在国内外都十分重视，本文研究用BITBUS和IBM PC机组网构成测点数达任意多的分布式低价自动监、控、管一体化系统。本文论述结构组成，硬件，软件的设计实现；系统的多任务 实时操作控制设计；同时也论述了多任务系统的运行调度机制问题。     

Behavioral dynamics of tax evasion – A survey

Since the 1950s (Schmölders, 1959) it is well known that behavioral aspects have an influence on tax evasion or tax compliance. In particular, interactions among the various entities involved in the taxation process (e.g. taxpayers, law makers, tax practitioners, tax authorities, etc.), and the dynamics that these interactions may generate, seem to play an important role for the actual level of tax compliance. However, the mainstream neoclassical approach to tax evasion (Allingham & Sandmo, 1972) cannot account for such interactions and dynamics. Therefore, during the last two decades new approaches (e.g. lab experiments, agent-based modeling, etc.) have been developed with a view to model how behavioral dynamics may foster or prevent tax evasion. In addition, empirical evidence has been generated that supports a role for such interaction dynamics. In this contribution we survey the main developments in this research area and provide some suggestions for further research.     

Robust estimation for the coefficient of a first order autoregressive process

Nonparametric methods, Theil's method and Hussain's method have been applied to simple linear regression problems for estimating the slope of the regression line.We extend these methods and propose a robust estimator to estimate the coefficient of a first order autoregressive process under various distribution shapes, A simulation study to compare Theil's estimator, Hus-sain's estimator, the least squares estimator, and the proposed estimator is also presented.     

On screening samples in the laboratory and factors in factorial investigations

Procedures such as group testing and fractional replication can greatly reduce the workload. The former is especially efficient when the presence of a characteristic in samples is low. Fractional replication can greatly reduce the amount of experimentation when some of the parameters associated with a factorial are nonexistent or negligible. Supersaturated fractional replication can be used to efficiently screen factors when it is suspected that they may not affect a process but it is desired to check this suspicion. There are many types of grouping and pooling material in an investigation. Some of these are discussed as are the interrelationships among the above procedures.     

Computer‐Assisted Career Guidance Systems: A Part of NCDA History

The first computer‐assisted career planning systems were developed in the late 1960s and were based soundly on the best of career development and decision‐making theory. Over the years, this tradition has continued as the technology that delivers these systems’ content has improved dramatically and as they have been universally accepted as effective tools for career guidance practice. Although their widespread use in the United States is currently affected by financial conditions, the potential for using these systems in developing countries as a part of their implementation of career guidance services is promising.     

Model validation: an annotated bibliography

This paper contains an annotated bibliography of 316 papers and books relevant to model validation, with emphasis on articles of potential interest to statisticians. The bibliography is accompanied by a brief introduction, a list of some important areas for statistical research, a short glossary, and a key word index.

Toward increased public representation on bioethics committees: Lessons from Judging the cold war human radiation experiments∗

The process of judging the Cold War Human Radiation Experiments illuminates a need to develop a model for an appropriate public role on bioethics committees. A citizen representative was appointed to the President's Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments, and the Committee solicited broad public participation in their investigation. However, many members of the affected and interested public desired further representation on the Committee, as they tended towards stronger ethical condemnations of the experiments than the Committee expressed. I offer an account of a testimony before the Committee by a radiation experiment subject's survivor to illustrate this contrast in moral perspective. I consider some the contributions that “non‐expert”; public members can add to committee deliberations, and suggest that concerns about public representatives may be overcome with the guidance of clearer principles for selecting public members. Further efforts to increase membership by the general and affected public on bioethics committees will enhance deliberations and help realize the democratic ideals of bioethics.     

试论提高高职数学教育质量的两类途径

数学是自然科学的基础，是建构自然科学的根本。高职数学是高职教育的重要基础课程，提高高职数学的教育质量不仅是学生学习专业课的需要，也是未来职业生涯的需要。提高高职数学教育质量的重要途径有两条：数学实验、数学建模。就数学实验与数学建模的意义，如何在高职数学课堂实施数学实验与数学建模，以及数学实验与数学建模的区别和联系进行了探讨。     

Estimation of parameters in mixtures of inverse gaussian distributions

Iterative procedures are developed for finding maximum likelihood estimates of the parameters of mixtures of two inverse Gaussian distributions. The performance of the estimates based on small samples is studied by simulation experiments. Asymptotic efficiencies relative to estimates based on completely classified samples are also evaluated. Unless the components of the populations are widely separated, the maximum likelihood estimates perform poorly.
