金融中心作为金融竞争最重要的载体和平台,已成为展示一国(地区)综合实力或城市核心竞争力的最重要标志。作为我国大西南经济圈和泛北部湾经济区重要的中心城市,南宁建设区域性金融中心既有比较明显的自身优势,又具有有利的外部发展环境。为此,要抓住机遇,加快建设服务经济跨越式发展的金融平台,凝聚资金、人才和市场,充分发挥中心城市的聚集效应和辐射功能,才能在日趋激烈的区域竞争面前掌握主动,赢得建设区域性金融中心的先机,建构城市经济快速、健康发展的基础。

略论北部湾经济区海洋生物资源开发与保护

目前,北部湾经济区海洋生物资源的开发与保护存在产业结构层次低、破坏严重、污染加剧、管理混乱、法律法规执行效果欠佳、生态环境保护认识与行为相悖等诸多问题,为此应充分发挥政府的引导作用,建立、完善利益协调机制和工作运行机制,加强海洋生态环境教育和宣传,加强对海岸带的综合治理力度,确立大产业制观念,建立和完善信息服务系统。     

Looking into the ‘black box’ – unlocking the effect of integration on acquisition performance

Extending research on the performance of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As), this paper seeks to explain how the post-acquisition integration phase affects acquisition performance. Despite extensive research efforts, there remains a scant understanding of how acquisition implementation, particularly in the post-acquisition integration phase, impacts the performance of M&As. Based on an extensive study of eight acquisitions, in this paper, a grounded model detailing the mechanisms by which the post-acquisition integration phase affects acquisition performance is developed. The model posits that integration-related factors do not bear directly upon acquisition performance. Instead, their effect is mediated by functional organizations in both firms. When focusing into these functional mediating dynamics, we observe that integration-related processual, behavioral and cultural factors affect the identified functional mediators in different ways. Going forward, we echo calls for integrated perspectives to the study of M&A and M&A performance in particular.     

Learning,signaling, and convincing: The role of experimentation in the business modeling process

This study examines experimentation in the business modeling process, unpacking three different roles of experimentation: learning, signaling, and convincing. Learning is an inherent role of experimentation, as managers typically experiment to engage with the environment and to obtain knowledge. This study uncovers another set of roles, which have a symbolic nature. These roles show that experimentation is not just a learning process, but also a strategic legitimation process, aimed at enacting the environment. Experimentation serves the purpose of signaling to potential customers and other stakeholders, and of convincing them to embrace the business model. Furthermore, this study shows that experimentation takes two forms—purposeful interactions and experimental projects—and that these forms can support the different roles of experimentation.     

经贸类专业课"辩论赛"教学模式探讨

少数民族地区水电移民安置的特殊性问题——来自四川少数民族移民的调查

西部水电资源的开发使少数民族移民问题日益突出,政策与实践的不匹配集中体现了现行政策框架未充分考虑少数民族的特殊性。目前水电移民研究多集中于移民安置补偿、扶持政策、利益分配等一般理论与实践层次,尚缺乏针对少数民族地区水电移民特殊性的深入研究。本文欲通过对少数民族地区水电移民安置特殊性问题的分析及探讨,旨在探求适应其发展的相应政策和途径,真正实现少数民族地区资源、人和社会的和谐发展,从而促进我国西部水电资源的可持续开发。     

描述译学的语言学模式

始于20世纪70年代的描述翻译学,因其具有理论和应用双重属性,有助于翻译理论研究和实践研究之间的沟通.而系统功能语言学,作为一种基于人类学、社会学、符号学的现代语言学理论,与描述翻译学具有相通的语言观、系统观和功能观.由此,系统功能语言学的系统理论、功能理论、语境理论,能够为描述翻译学提供一种更为细致、有效的研究途径.     

扬州市邗江区乡镇预防保健体制改革两种模式的比较研究

扬州市邗江区1999年对全区21所乡镇卫生院进行了产权制度改革。改制前3年,实行“医防合一”体制,从2002年起实行“医防分设”体制。文章采用定性调查和定量调查相结合的方法,比较改革前后农村卫生体系和农村预防保键资源、组织机构、服务效率、监督执法力度、农民满意度等方面的变化。研究表明,“医防分设”是必由之路,为进一步改革和完善预防保健体系提供了依据。     

对当前工业设计教学模式的思考

近年来,有些院校在工业设计专业的新教学计划中提出了“课程环”的构想。这样的教学模式试图把先前自成一体的课程有机地融解在数个相对的小系统中,进而形成以课题设计为中心的大系统。而过去的“三段式”教学模式则是以各门独立课程为中心的。在“三段式”教育下,有的学生几乎每门功课都优秀却做不出好设计来,更有甚者不懂设计程序而无法完成完整的设计。这种教学模式存在诸多弊端。
