中学语文新课标情势下的高师院校中文系复合型人才的培养

21世纪,我国的中学语文课程标准提出了新的理念和要求。作为高等师范院校,如何培养中学语文新课标需要的复合型人才是一项复杂的系统工程。首先应建立起以科学的教育理念为基础,以多学科合作立体交叉的知识培养与加大教育实习基地实训相结合的培养模式;其次应采取措施,使学生在获取知识的同时,提高综合素质和实践能力。     

对方案有偏好的不确定语言多属性决策方法

研究了属性权重完全未知、属性值和对方案的偏好值以不确定语言变量形式给出的不确定语言多属性决策问题。首先,引入不确定语言变量的运算法则,以及不确定语言变量之间比较的可能度公式,给出了不确定语言变量间的距离的概念。针对属性权重完全未知的情形,给出了求解权重的公式。然后,利用不确定语言加权平均算子,对不确定语言决策信息进行加权集成,并利用可能度公式构造可能度矩阵(互补判断矩阵),继而利用互补判断矩阵排序公式对决策方案进行排序和择优。最后进行了实例分析。     

On optimal testing for the equality of equicorrelation: An example of loss in power

Sen Gupta (1988) considered a locally most powerful (LMP) test for testing nonzero values of the equicorrelation coefficient of a standard symmetric multivariate normal distribution. This paper constructs analogous tests for the symmetric multivariate normal distribution. It shows that the new test is uniformly most powerful invariant even in the presence of a nuisance parameter, σ². Further applications of LMP invariant tests to several equicorrelated populations have been considered and an extension to panel data modeling has been suggested.

本文通过对1996年原国家教委《高等师范学校本科教学工作评估方案（试行）》和1999年教育部《高等师范学校本科教学工作合格评估方案（试行》的比较研究,充分肯定了新评估方案的科学性和合理性,并结合评估操作实际,提出了评估方案中一些值得深入探讨的问题。

希腊神话是美妙的,它的美是纯粹的、乐观的,没有一点儿人生的凄苦、时世的险恶或惩恶扬善、拯救人类的说教,显示出浪漫的古希腊人“审美重于道德”的价值取向;希腊神话是原欲人性的礼赞,它歌颂性爱、赞美肉体,体现了古希腊人“人性、人权高于一切”的哲学观念和“真即美”的审美标准;希腊神话是乐观主义的源泉,体现出他们为人处世的快乐原则,也表明着古希腊“没有罪恶感”的社会初始阶段特征;希腊神话是力量的颂歌,体现出一种强烈的抗争意识、尚武精神和个人荣誉感,从而演化出西方后世强烈的个体意识……神话的形式会消亡,但它的精神会转化为文化形态而得以存在,得以流传。     

Binary Dynamic Logit for Correlated Ordinal: estimation,application and simulation

We evaluate the estimation performance of the Binary Dynamic Logit model for correlated ordinal variables (BDLCO model), and compare it to GEE and Ordinal Logistic Regression performance in terms of bias and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) via Monte Carlo simulation. Our results indicate that when the proportional-odds assumption does not hold, the proposed BDLCO method is superior to existing models in estimating correlated ordinal data. Moreover, this method is flexible in terms of modeling dependence and allows unequal slopes for each category, and can be used to estimate an apple bloom data set where the proportional-odds assumption is violated. We also provide a function in R to implement BDLCO.     

ADE-4: a multivariate analysis and graphical display software

We present ADE-4, a multivariate analysis and graphical display software. Multivariate analysis methods available in ADE-4 include usual one-table methods like principal component analysis and correspondence analysis, spatial data analysis methods (using a total variance decomposition into local and global components, analogous to Moran and Geary indices), discriminant analysis and within/between groups analyses, many linear regression methods including lowess and polynomial regression, multiple and PLS (partial least squares) regression and orthogonal regression (principal component regression), projection methods like principal component analysis on instrumental variables, canonical correspondence analysis and many other variants, coinertia analysis and the RLQ method, and several three-way table (k-table) analysis methods. Graphical display techniques include an automatic collection of elementary graphics corresponding to groups of rows or to columns in the data table, thus providing a very efficient way for automatic k-table graphics and geographical mapping options. A dynamic graphic module allows interactive operations like searching, zooming, selection of points, and display of data values on factor maps. The user interface is simple and homogeneous among all the programs; this contributes to making the use of ADE-4 very easy for non- specialists in statistics, data analysis or computer science.

地方性师范院校在工科专业学生专业技能的培养上存在着工科意识不强、办学硬件不足、师资缺乏以及科研综合实力不强的问题,为此,应树立工科意识,确立工科专业在学校发展中的地位;应科学定位,为工科专业学生专业技能的培养提供有效的运作指南;应强化专业技能培养的手段和方法,应提高办学的硬件,确保工科学生的专业技能培养;应加快师资队伍建设,提高科研能力,为工科专业学生专业技能的培养提供有效和有力的指导。     

Estimation of nonseparable models with censored dependent variables and endogenous regressors

In this article we develop a nonparametric estimator for the local average response of a censored dependent variable to endogenous regressors in a nonseparable model where the unobservable error term is not restricted to be scalar and where the nonseparable function need not be monotone in the unobservables. We formalize the identification argument put forward in Altonji, Ichimura, and Otsu (2012 Altonji, J. G., Ichimura, H., Otsu, T. (2012). Estimating derivatives in nonseparable models with limited dependent variables. Econometrica 80:1701–1719.[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]), construct a nonparametric estimator, characterize its asymptotic property, and conduct a Monte Carlo investigation to study its small sample properties. Identification is constructive and is achieved through a control function approach. We show that the estimator is consistent and asymptotically normally distributed. The Monte Carlo results are encouraging.
