Bayes estimation of the trendparameter in random fields

Based on continuous observations of a random field and on the first two prior moments of the trendparameter is derived. essentially by use of the solution of a WIENER-HOFF-type integral equation.     

Minimum Cost Linear Trend Free 2n-(n-k) Designs of Resolution IV

This article extends the resolution of time trend free designs for sequential 2^n-p experiments from III into IV and minimizes the number of factor level changes between runs (i.e., cost) by constructing a catalog of (2^k?2 ?1) minimum cost linear trend free resolution IV 2^n?(n?k) designs (2^k?2 ≤ n ≤ 2^k?1?2) from the full 2^k factorial experiment using the interactions-main effects assignment technique. Each systematic 2^n?(n?k) design in the catalog is economic in minimum number of factor level changes and allows for the estimation of all n main effects unbiased by either the linear time trend (which may be present in the 2^n?(n?k) sequentially generated responses) or the non negligible two-factor interactions. This article provides for each 2^n?(n?k) design: (1) the defining relation or the alias structure; (2) the k independent generators for sequencing the 2^n?(n?k) runs by the generalized foldover scheme; and (3) the minimum cost represented by the total number of factor level changes between the 2^n?(n?k) runs. All k main effects of the 2^k experiment are excluded from the selection assignment process due to their nonlinear time trend resistance as well as excluding a total of (2^k?1 –k +1) interactions violating the resolution IV requirement.     

Johansen cointegration rank tests under local alternative hypotheses when related drift or linear trend is not dependent upon sample size in VARs

Abstract

This paper discusses Johansen’s likelihood ratio tests to determine the cointegration rank under local alternative hypotheses in the vector autoregressive models (VARs) in which drift or linear trend related to the hypotheses is not dependent upon the sample size, and evaluates related asymptotic properties. We show that the test statistics diverge at the rate of the sample size even under one of local alternative hypotheses, owing to the existence of such a deterministic term. This implies that under our situations, the tests are far more powerful than those under the conventional local alternative hypotheses.     

南京市商品住宅价格空间分布研究

近年来,房地产业迅猛发展,商品住宅价格问题已成为社会各界和学者们关注的焦点问题。利用南京市2012年在售普通商品住宅交易均价数据,运用趋势面分析方法对南京市商品住宅价格空间变化趋势进行分析,采用克里格插值方法对房价进行空间估计从而分析房价的空间分布特征。研究结果表明:南京市2012年开盘在售的商品住宅项目在空间上呈现出整体分散和相对集中的特点,商品住宅价格以主城区为中心向四周递减,且房价变化幅度的区域差异明显,主城区房价衰减较快,而南京市西部房价比东部衰减速度快。     

我国外资旅行社竞争力与发展趋势分析

旅行社是我国目前三大旅游企业类型之一,而外资旅行社的进入促进了我国出入境旅游市场以及国内高端旅游市场的繁荣。笔者通过对68家外资旅行社发展现状和竞争力的分析,认为外资旅行社有异于国内旅行社传统的价格竞争,而是从企业运营模式、产品的品质和人力资源等方面提升综合竞争力。在发展趋势方面,外资旅行社仍然以东部沿海城市为主,逐步向中西部重点旅游城市扩张,并注重品牌忠诚度的培养和实现产品差异化。

管理学研究对象的历史演变及发展趋势
