中国现代经典长篇小说的审美构成与艺术贡献

中国现代经典长篇小说的审美构成源自于文学经典审美构成的四个要素,即审美性、时代性、典范性和永恒性,以之审视中国现代长篇小说的经典性及艺术贡献将使我们对中国现代长篇小说的历史地位有更为清晰的认识。     

Pension policy in China, Singapore, and South Korea: An assessment of the potential value of the notional defined contribution model

The rate of population aging is increasing in the developing world and the trend is particularly dramatic in East Asia. One consequence is sharp increases in old-age dependency ratios which have major implications for the sustainability of current public pension schemes. These trends are pushing pension policy experts in many of these countries to search for new pension models that are more suited to the increased demographic pressures they will be facing in the decades ahead. In this article we discuss five alternative public pension models with a focus on the newest of these models, the notional defined contribution (NDC) approach. We consider three countries with very different pension systems in place, two from East Asia (China and South Korea) and one from South East Asia (Singapore). The central question we address is which (if any) of the limitations in these existing models might more adequately be addressed using a variant of the NDC model. We conclude that the NDC model has the most to offer China and the least to offer Singapore.

‘Back to our Roots?’ Re-visiting psychoanalytically-informed baby and young child observation in the education of student social workers

While there is a well-established literature on psychoanalytically-informed baby and young child observation in social work education, little has been published recently. This paper reviews the rationale for its use, evaluating its impact on students’ learning in the light of contemporary policy and practice contexts facing social work education. Analysis of feedback gained from a recent cohort, identifies three ways in which learning through baby and young child observation contributes: firstly, students encounter and learn about the complexity of child development from the direct experience of observing and secondly, observing facilitates the development of important skills for practice; students’ ‘use of self’. Thirdly, through observing, students describe how they develop the capacity to take-up and sustain a professional role. Well-structured teaching and learning through observation is therefore shown to provide a rigorous, theoretically-grounded contribution to the training of university-based social work students entering this complex and challenging professional field.     

关于我国刑事诉讼贯彻直接言词原则的思考

直接言词原则是现代刑事诉讼基本原则之一,它在许多国家刑事诉讼实践中得到了贯彻。虽然我国刑事诉讼法及有关司法解释的一些规定也体现了直接言词原则的精神,但由于立法上、司法实践上存在贯彻执行这一原则的障碍,使得这一原则在我国刑事诉讼中成了一种摆设。因而,在我国要贯彻直接言词原则,必须建立证人等出庭的制度,限制书面言词证据的使用,进一步加强庭审方式的改革,强化庭审的功能。从剖析我国贯彻这一原则的障碍入手,提出了在我国贯彻直接言词原则的设想。     

中国特色社会主义与人的共同发展

人的共同发展是马克思主义关于人的发展理论的核心原则，它对于真正实现人的全面自由发展具有重要指导意义。当今西方国家在人的发展实践过程中，奉行的是一种与之相反的竞争发展原则，导致了人的发展危机后果，以其历史教训证实了人的共同发展原则价值。中国特色社会主义以马克思主义关于人的共同发展原则为指导，从中国的实际出发，开辟了一条超越西方的卓有成效的关于人的发展道路，显示了中国特色社会主义的优越性。     

俄语引语现象思辨——Л·Петрушевская短篇小说中的引语研究

对Л.Петрушевская短篇小说中新出现的引语现象,运用已有的俄语引语研究成果无力做出解释。中俄学界与欧美学界在引语研究领域有一些概念上的不同认识和理解,通过对其进行必要的分析,并借鉴欧美及国内英语学界在该领域及相关领域的研究成果,可以在一定程度上解决这些新问题。而在此基础上所提出的俄语引语的新体系：直接式引语和间接式引语;语境型引语和功能型引语,能够较为全面地解释Л.Петрушевская及俄罗斯其他后现代作家作品中出现的新的引语现象。     

论逐步扩大直接选举的范围

选举就是选民选择自己的代理人的过程。过多层次的间接选举不利于提高代表机关的代表性。要提高我国的政治文明程度,人大制度就有必要与时俱进,朝着使广大基层群众能享有更多知情权、表达权的方向,朝着高层领导更易于了解基层实情的方向进行改革和完善,在条件成熟的时候逐步扩大直接选举的范围。     

刑事附带民事诉讼的赔偿范围

刑事附带民事诉讼是我国一项特殊且重要的诉讼制度，在司法实践中很有必要。然而，由于立法的不完善且随着人们对诉讼引发的深入研究和我国诉讼法实践的不断发展，此制度的弊端也不断暴露出来，引起了众多的争议。因此，有必要适时地对这一程序制度进行修改，使之具有科学性、合理性和可操作性，以充分体现诉讼效益原则和诉讼经济原则，实现刑事审判理论和实际的有效统一。
