CHARACTERIZATION OF EFFICIENT SEQUENTIAL SCHEMES FOR POPULATION GROWTH MODELS1

For population growth models, which include standard processes like Poisson, birth, birth-death, immigration-death, simple epidemic and M/M/1 queue as particular cases, we obtain efficient sequential schemes and characterize all efficiently estimable functions of the parameters by first deriving a sequential version of the information inequality.

本文廓清了人们对传统讽刺小说的理论误区,并对明清讽刺小说的发展轨迹作了清晰的勾勒。在叙述的过程中,本文阐述了中国传统讽刺艺术对讽刺小说的浸淫与渗透,并从古代讽刺小说文体的演变中归纳出明清讽刺小说的艺术规律。本文还对明清讽刺小说的叙述模式与艺术图式作了简要的总结,并试图通过与西方讽刺艺术的比较研究抽绎出明清讽刺小说的核心价值。     

国际碳市场价格驱动力研究——以欧盟排放交易体系为例

探索碳市场价格驱动力是能源经济领域关注的焦点问题之一。基于欧盟排放交易体系（EU ETS）碳期货价格,综合运用结构性断点检验、协整技术和岭回归方法分析碳市场价格驱动因素和驱动模式。结果表明:2007年巴厘行动计划、2008年全球金融危机和2011年欧债危机,均对碳市场价格走势产生了显著影响,导致了碳市场价格发生结构性变化;碳市场价格与能源价格、工业生产、气温条件等因素间存在协整关系;自2009年10月以来,碳市场价格观测值低于均衡值,未来碳市场价格仍将倾向于贬值。     

康德先天图式与认识论革命

康德自称在认识论上发动了“哥白尼式革命”,但他的论断名不符实。在笔者看来,认识论上的大革命始于对康德先天认知结构思想的否定,终于对它的否定之否定,而这一工作是由历代马克思主义者逐步完成的:他们应用历史的、实践的、辩证的观点,首先解决了认识的基础、能动性与矛盾性的问题,发现了认识运动的宏观规律,继而解决了先天认知结构和后天认知结构的关系问题,进一步揭示了认识活动的微观规律,最终完成了康德带头发动而无力推进的认识论变革与创新的伟大任务。

A recursive scheme for the calculation of the distribution of the test statistic of a modified Kolmogorov-Smirnov-test for a rectangular distribution with unknown parameters is given.     

On designing an acceptance sampling plan for the Pareto lifetime model

In this paper, the design of reliability sampling plans for the Pareto lifetime model under progressive Type-II right censoring is considered. Sampling plans are derived using the decision theoretic approach with a suitable loss or cost function that consists of sampling cost, rejection cost, and acceptance cost. The decision rule is based on the estimated reliability function. Plans are constructed within the Bayesian context using the natural conjugate prior. Simulations for evaluating the Bayes risk are carried out and the optimal sampling plans are reported for various sample sizes, observed number of failures and removal probabilities.     

A new special class of peb designs

A new class of partially efficiency-balanced designs is introduced from a practical point of view. This new design includes all equireplicated incomplete block designs available in literature as special cases. The fundamental properties of the design are clarified with relation to other block designs.
