变系数线性大系统稳定性的M-判别法(英文)

本文沿用文［1］的思想方法，以M矩阵为工具，研究变系数线性大系统零解的稳定性，得到一系列稳定性的显式代数判据，我们统称为M－判别法。     

加入WTO给我国金融法制带来的挑战

加入WTO以后,我国已颁布的金融法规面对世界贸易服务规则存在着明显的缺陷,从货币政策传导机制到金融业的市场准入、风险控制和金融监管等都必须按照国际惯例从法律上重新加以规范。我国金融法制建设任重道远。     

过渡期深港金融衔接构想

随着“九七”的临近，深港金融合作也越来越多，越来越广。在这几年的过渡时期，深港金融合作如何向更高层次、更大范围发展，达到“协调发展，互利共荣”的目的，本文就这一问题进行了论述，提出了一些构想。     

论宗教对我国西北边疆安全的双重影响

宗教对国家安全和社会政治稳定所产生的影响主要表现在其所特有的功能上。一方面,当宗教与社会政治体系相一致时,它就能促使其社会成员共同意志、共同信念的形成,对国家安全和社会政治稳定起到明显的促进作用;另一方面,宗教作为一种文化现象,还是科学与非科学、理性与非理性、道德与非道德相对而言的复杂统一体,因此具有滞后性、敏感性、触发性,当它成为引发社会不稳定的"互动源"和"感染源"时,会对国家安全和社会政治稳定产生负面影响。     

Assessing the Reliability and Validity of the Jump$tart Survey of Financial Literacy

Financial education represents an area of popular interest, owing largely to the Jump$tart surveys of financial literacy. However, while the surveys represent indicators of financial knowledge among high school seniors, these measures have not been statistically validated. This article describes an assessment of the surveys reliability (internal consistency), and validity. It reports a moderately high degree of consistency overall, however, discloses low to moderate internal consistencies among subscales. It also finds significant response differences to one quarter of comparable items between surveys. The researcher observes challenges to affirming the surveys validity and offers statistics suggesting social bias among survey items. 振兴东北老工业基地必须加强区域金融生态环境建设

“金融生态环境”的提出是金融理论研究的一次创新与革命。东北老工业基地面临信用环境不佳,资金效益低下,金融系统自我调节能力差等金融问题。振兴东北老工业基地必须打造良好的“金融生态环境”。为此,应完善社会信用制度,加强中介机构规范化建设,提高金融机构自主经营能力,加强法制环境建设,完善东北地区金融市场运行机制,促进区域金融生态环境建设。     

How Unique Are the Price–Anderson Limitations on Nuclear Accident Liability?

In this paper we extend the work reported in prior studies. The conclusion drawn from the aggregate of those studies was that the limitation on liability imposed by the Price–Anderson Act for a catastrophic accident at a nuclear power plant ($560 million) is comparable to de facto limitations on recovery following catastrophic events in many other industries. The analysis in those reports was at a high level of abstraction, comparing almost exclusively the potential loss from high consequence accidents with the current assets of major firms in relevant industries. We found that potential loss exceeded assets.     

The Stability of Social Groups in Childhood and Adolescence: The Role of the Classroom Social Environment.

This study provides a developmental analysis of childhood and adolescent social relationships within the school context. The social groups of 220 fourth graders and 475 seventh graders were tracked over a one year interval. The initial results indicated that approximately 30% of the social groups were identified as stable in that they maintained at least 50% of their membership over the one year interval. However, the stability in group affiliations was a function of the stability of the composition of the classroom. When schools did not promote classrooms as a unit, only 6.8% of social groups were stable, as compared to 55% of groups being stable when the school did promote classrooms as a unit. This school effect in group stability was demonstrated by a high correlation (rs = .97) between classroom stability and group stability. Even in unstable classrooms, individuals were more likely to maintain affiliations when group members were assigned to the same classroom. This work suggests that stable environments promote stable relationships, which in turn, may promote greater continuity in the organization of behavioral patterns.

上市公司高层变动受多种因素的影响,经营业绩是其中一个重要因素,能有效反映公司经营绩效的财务信息,对高层变动的影响也是不容忽视的。通过对深市样本公司的高层变动与会计信息的实证分析,进一步证明了不同会计信息对高层变动的影响程度及二者的关系,从而为投资者和管理者及其他财务数据使用者提供有效的参考依据。
