在Liker,Collins和Hull研究的基础上,引入制造柔性变量,构建了设计柔性和制造柔性为外生潜变量、设计.制造集成为中介变量、新产品绩效为结果变量的结构方程模型;采用23个新产品开发项目、208份有效问卷调查数据,对结构方程模型进行实证检验。验证结果证明,设计与制造部门能通过设计柔性、制造柔性的匹配实现有效集成。  相似文献

In England the New Labour administration is seeking to embeda ‘transformational reform agenda’ within children’sservice. Social workers, among others appear, however, to bewary of the agenda which is now rhetorically rooted in the EveryChild Matters: Change for Children programme (CfC). The mainsocial work practice elements of this programme are associatedwith the introduction of a Children’s Index, a multidisciplinaryCommon Assessment Framework and the role of Lead Professional.In terms of the promotion of this programme, the governmenthas maintained that the focal aim is to create a ‘modern’children’s workforce. However, the entire ‘transformationalagenda’ can be interpreted as reflecting New Labour’sneoliberal modernity. John A. Buzacott is a pioneering and premier contributor to the field of production and operations management. He has been a principal architect of the development of a unified framework and a rigorous engineering foundation for many of the major approaches currently used in the design, planning, and control of manufacturing and service systems. His innovative use of stochastic models to explain many phenomena occurring in manufacturing and service organizations has distinguished him not only as a great researcher but also as a great teacher. This study examined how flexibility and permeability in the boundaries surrounding the work and home domains affect the spillover from work to home and home to work. We looked at both flexibility and permeability in each of the two domains using directional and dichotomous measures of both negative and positive spillovers. Multivariate analyses and hierarchical regression showed that for 362 survey respondents, boundary flexibility reduced time- and strain-based spillover from work to home and home to work. Flexibility also was positively related to positive spillover from home to work. Permeability, on the other hand, was positively related to time-based spillover from work to home and from home to work. The results also showed support for the notion of asymmetric permeability, such that the relationships between work boundary permeability and the W→H spillovers were stronger than those between home boundary permeability and the H→W spillovers.  相似文献

This paper explores the impact on automobile manufacturing networks of adopting modular platforms to replace the standard platforms used to date. Analysis of European manufacturers’ production networks shows that the use of modular architecture improves coordination by increasing manufacturing mobility and thriftiness ability. The changes resulting from this new modular approach also allow manufacturing capacity to be reorganised and overcapacity to be partially eliminated. From the point of view of production systems, the adaptation of manufacturing processes and facilities to this new architecture should aim to increase flexibility by integrating production around a single platform, allowing for different dimensions and for a larger number of models to be produced in a single plant.  相似文献

In this article we present empirical data from a research study investigating the implementation of the flexible working policies that emanate from the improving working lives standard in a National Health Service Trust in the UK. We argue that gender is accorded insufficient focus in the literature, considering the barriers that create a take‐up gap in formal flexible working practices. We further argue that gendered perceptions render unworkable attempts to portray flexible working as a gender‐neutral issue and demonstrate that such perceptions mean that formal mechanisms for flexible working continue to be considered to be a women's issue. We present data on informal flexible working mechanisms and suggest that a greater focus on combining these mechanisms with formal flexibility may help provide working time flexibility for a greater proportion of the workforce.  相似文献

大批量定制是基于顾客需求、向顾客提供个性化产品的一种先进制造技术。如何低成本快速地向顾客交付高质量产品、满足顾客个性化需求是大批量定制要解决的关键问题。定制产品和生产过程的设计与定制产品的生产组织是大批量定制实施的关键要素。研究表明,大批量定制的设计问题与顾客早期参与以及产品和生产过程的模块化密切相关,可以通过这两种方法予以解决;生产组织是大批量定制的实现过程,直接影响定制产品的成本、质量和交货期,可以通过提高企业基础管理水平、平顺物流、增加生产系统柔性和敏捷性以及实行过程控制和标准化操作等措施对大批量定制的生产组织进行改进。  相似文献
