乒乓球运动需要人才辈出。“塔基”式的人才培养是在众多的基层单位有组织管理的全民健身运动活动中形成和发展起来的。学校开展业余训练工作 ,需要在完成教学工作量的前提下 ,利用课余时间、两个假期以及双休日有目的地培养和发现有潜力的运动员人才。培训过程需要专业性、系统性和长期性 ,这样做有利于少儿运动员身心健康成长 ,有利于基本功形成专业化 ,并且能够活跃校园体育文化活动。同时 ,业余训练能够出成绩 ,能够参加各级各类比赛活动     

基于遗传算法的进化支持向量机研究

支持向量机是最近发展起来的一种新的通用的机器学习方法 ,其理论基础是统计学习理论 ,支持向量机无论在模式识别还是在函数拟合方面均显示了其优越性 ,并越来越受到国内外研究者的广泛关注 .但是 ,对支持向量机的推广预测能力具有很大影响的核函数和参数C一直没有一个很好的确定方法 ,针对这一问题 ,将遗传算法和支持向量机结合 ,提出了一种自动选择支持向量机参数的方法 ,结果表明 ,这种方法是科学有效的 .

从统计信息的角度详细分析了１９９４年四川省普通高教事业发展现状，既充分阐述了１９９４年四川省普通高教改革发展的成绩，也分析了其面临的问题，特别提出了办学条件与普通高教事业发展的矛盾是制约事业发展的主要因素，对四川省普通高教事业发展有宏观指导作用。     

统计学专业本科生开设“数据挖掘”课程的探讨

"数据挖掘"是一门分析海量数据库的交叉学科,统计学专业开设这门课程十分必要。鉴于数据挖掘内容的复杂多样,本文提出应根据统计学专业本科生的特点制订合理的教学大纲、教学内容和教学方法,以提高学生的学习效率和学习热情。     

Exact permutation inference for two sample repeated measures data

Experiments in which very few units are measured many times sometimes present particular difficulties. Interest often centers on simple location shifts between two treatment groups, but appropriate modeling of the error distribution can be challenging. For example, normality may be difficult to verify, or a single transformation stabilizing variance or improving normality for all units and all measurements may not exist. We propose an analysis of two sample repeated measures data based on the permutation distribution of units. This provides a distribution free alternative to standard analyses. The analysis includes testing, estimation and confidence intervals. By assuming a certain structure in the location shift model, the dimension of the problem is reduced by analyzing linear combinations of the marginal statistics. Recently proposed algorithms for computation of two sample permutation distributions, require only a few seconds for experiments having as many as 100 units and any number of repeated measures. The test has high asymptotic efficiency and good power with respect to tests based on the normal distribution. Since the computational burden is minimal, approximation of the permutation distribution is unnecessary.     

网络舆论倾向性的动态跟踪方法及实证研究

从统计学视角审视网络舆论倾向性的监测问题,提出了以粗糙分类器为基础建立舆论倾向性分类模型,将复杂的预警指标体系简化为单一直观的跟踪统计量,并通过跟踪统计量动态跟踪舆论倾向性变化轨迹的研究方法。实证研究以2011年"郭美美事件"相关新闻跟帖为对象。分析表明,网络舆论的消极倾向性在整个事件发展过程中呈持续增长,与基本事实相符,证实了方法的可行性和适用性。     

Probability density function of quotient of order statistics from the pareto,power and weibull distributions

This paper deals with the probability density functions of quotient of order statistics. We use the Mellin transform technique, to find the distribution of the quotient Z= X/Xwhere X.,X(i < j) are the ith and jth order statistics from the Pareto, Power and Weibull distributions     

Application of extreme value theory to the bec family of distributions

Arnold and Strauss (1988) derived a family of bivariate life distributions having the property that the conditional distributions are exponential. Asymptotic distributions for the marginal and bivariate extremes for this family of distributions are derived employing the asymptotic theory of extreme order statistics.     

Improved deviance goodness of fit statistics for a gamma regression model

A gamma regression model with an exponential link function for the means Is considered. Moment properties of the deviance statistics based on maximum likelihood and weighted least squares fits are used to define modified deviance statistics which provide alternative global goodness of fit tests. The null distribution properties of the deviances and modified deviances are compared with those of the approximating chi-square distribution and It is shown that the use of the modified deviances gives much better control over the significance levels of the tests.
