网红直播带货的伦理审视

随着网络直播的兴起和网红经济的发展,"网红直播带货"成为一种新的重要营销方式,它不仅能满足人们个性化的物质需求,而且能满足个体的社交化情感诉求,但其中所潜藏的诚信缺失和个体消费成瘾等伦理失范问题较为突出。加强个人义利观教育、完善社会诚信监督机制,丰盈个体精神生活、净化社会消费风气,则是解决这些伦理问题的可行性路径。     

3-6岁学前儿童情绪与行为问题的调查与分析——以惠州市为例

摘 要：应用儿童长处与困难（SDQ）问卷（父母版），采用分层随机抽样方法，对惠州市1528名3-6岁儿童的情绪与行为问题进行调查。研究发现：惠州市3-6岁儿童情绪与行为问题异常情况比较严峻，儿童心理健康状况值得重视；不同地域、年龄学前儿童存在不同的情绪与行为问题，需要分类干预。其中农村儿童的情绪与行为问题异常情况尤为严重，需要得到广泛的关注和解决。     

新时代应用型教师的培养：问题与策略——以地方本科院校为视角

以校地合作、校企合作为发展战略的地方本科院校向应用型院校转变，已经成为一种潮流和趋势，而应用型教师的建设与培养更是迫在眉睫。在明确新时代高校应用型教师培养的必要性的基础上，从数量层面、结构层面、能力层面以及培训层面指出了培养过程中存在的问题，同时针对这些问题提出较为有效的应对策略。     

Attention and Executive Functions as Mediators of Attachment and Behavior Problems

The purpose of this study was to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the relation between early parent‐child interactions and subsequent behavior problems and how certain cognitive processes mediate this relation. Specifically, this study investigated whether attention, inhibition, and planning skills mediate the relation between attachment security and behavior problems. Data were collected as part of the National Institute of Child Health and Development‐Study of Early Child Care and Youth Development when children (N = 1004) were between 36 months and the third grade. Results from structural equation models indicated that sustained attention mediated the relation between disorganized attachment and social problems. Planning mediated the relation between disorganized attachment and subsequent thought problems, attention problems, and delinquent behavior. Avoidant, ambivalent, and disorganized attachment directly predicted several behavior problems. Implications for theory and future research are discussed.     

Optimal quantization applied to sliced inverse regression

In this paper we consider a semiparametric regression model involving a d-dimensional quantitative explanatory variable X and including a dimension reduction of X via an index β′X. In this model, the main goal is to estimate the Euclidean parameter β and to predict the real response variable Y conditionally to X. Our approach is based on sliced inverse regression (SIR) method and optimal quantization in L^p-norm. We obtain the convergence of the proposed estimators of β and of the conditional distribution. Simulation studies show the good numerical behavior of the proposed estimators for finite sample size.     

A comparative study of confidence intervals for negative binomial proportion

In this paper, we investigate four existing and three new confidence interval estimators for the negative binomial proportion (i.e., proportion under inverse/negative binomial sampling). An extensive and systematic comparative study among these confidence interval estimators through Monte Carlo simulations is presented. The performance of these confidence intervals are evaluated in terms of their coverage probabilities and expected interval widths. Our simulation studies suggest that the confidence interval estimator based on saddlepoint approximation is more appealing for large coverage levels (e.g., nominal level≤1% ) whereas the score confidence interval estimator is more desirable for those commonly used coverage levels (e.g., nominal level>1% ). We illustrate these confidence interval construction methods with a real data set from a maternal congenital heart disease study.     

A new metamodel-based method for solving semi-expensive simulation optimization problems

In this article, a new algorithm for rather expensive simulation problems is presented, which consists of two phases. In the first phase, as a model-based algorithm, the simulation output is used directly in the optimization stage. In the second phase, the simulation model is replaced by a valid metamodel. In addition, a new optimization algorithm is presented. To evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm, it is applied to the (s,S) inventory problem as well as to five test functions. Numerical results show that the proposed algorithm leads to better solutions with less computational time than the corresponding metamodel-based algorithm.     

A stochastic procedure to solve linear ill-posed problems

In this work, we propose a stochastic procedure of Robbins–Monro type to resolve linear inverse problems in Hilbert space. We study the probability of large deviation between the exact solution and the approximated one and build a confidence domain for the approximated solution while precising the rate of convergence. To check the validity of our work, we give a simulation application into a deconvolution problem.     

老龄社会背景下我国城市的政治传播研究

在我国的城市已经进入老龄化社会的大背景下,老年人群体在城市的社会稳定和经济发展中的重要性日益体现出来了.要想充分发挥城市老年人在这两个方面的积极作用,不但要确保这一群体思想政治状况的稳定,而且要切实提高他们社会参与的积极性和主动性.无疑,政治传播在这方面应当承担起不可推卸的责任和义务.鉴于城市老年人群体基本上是在社区的范围内生活和活动,就必须做好社区政治传播在社区层面的工作,促使城市老年人以积极健康的心态融入到社会之中,这也有助于提升他们的生活质量.     

我国网络课程建设存在的问题及对策

分析指出了我国网络课程建设存在着重申报、轻建设、不持续、更新少、共享难、效果差等问题,提出了课程建设要以学生为主体、课程质量要以学生满意为最终标准,对于目前开展的资源共享课和视频公开课建设,教育行政部门要有顶层设计,要做到网络课程的真正共享,需要从政策层面规范各学科或专业的教学计划、规定学生可以以网络课程完成的科目和学分,学生在规定的教学计划内自由选修网络课程,学分不受地域和学校限制,跨校选修,全国认可;为此网络课程应给与学生自主空间,具有学习过程网络监控、课程考核和学分认证等功能。
