“周人尚左”与“右手的优越”——中国古代分类体系的人类学解释

作为原始二元分类的重要范畴,左、右在传统文化的分类体系中扮演着重要角色。周代是传统左右观形成的关键时期,＂尚左＂的周人却实行着＂右手的优越＂,同一时期集体观念与行为方式的相悖及不同历史时期左右观的无常变化在揭示出矛盾的同时,也清楚地表明了传统分类体系具有对立功能的转换、对立之间不存在必然的一致性等特征,以及设立秩序、维系平衡的功能。     

Conditional Quantile Estimation for Truncated and Associated Data

Abstract

In survival or reliability studies, it is common to have data which are not only incomplete but weakly dependent too. Random truncation and censoring are two common forms of such data when they are neither independent nor strongly mixing but rather associated. The focus of this paper is on estimating conditional distribution and conditional quantile functions for randomly left truncated data satisfying association condition. We aim at deriving strong uniform consistency rates and asymptotic normality for the estimators and thereby, extend to association case some results stated under iid and α-mixing hypotheses. The performance of the quantile function estimator is evaluated on simulated data sets.     

Clustered Survival Data with Left‐truncation

Left‐truncation occurs frequently in survival studies, and it is well known how to deal with this for univariate survival times. However, there are few results on how to estimate dependence parameters and regression effects in semiparametric models for clustered survival data with delayed entry. Surprisingly, existing methods only deal with special cases. In this paper, we clarify different kinds of left‐truncation and suggest estimators for semiparametric survival models under specific truncation schemes. The large‐sample properties of the estimators are established. Small‐sample properties are investigated via simulation studies, and the suggested estimators are used in a study of prostate cancer based on the Finnish twin cohort where a twin pair is included only if both twins were alive in 1974.

西部农村留守妇女的身心健康及其影响因素——来自四川农村的报告

本文采用西部地区24个行政村千余名农村妇女的调查数据,探讨了农村留守妇女的身心健康及影响因素。研究发现,留守确实影响了农村妇女的身心健康,留守妇女比非留守妇女更担心自己的身体健康状况,更倾向认为自己的身体健康状况不及同龄女性和比以前更差了,更容易出现一些生理和心理不健康的症状;留守妇女的家庭压力、社会支持网络、当地医疗卫生状况等因素对其身心健康有不同程度的影响。文章最后提出建立夫妻间良好的沟通机制、构建社会支持网络、改善农村医疗卫生状况三点建议。
