金融机构信贷资金期限匹配问题研究:以西部地区为例

存款活期化、贷款中长期化并存的信贷资金期限配置现象,已成为经济金融运行中重点关注的问题。从经济主体利润最大化、经济结构、历史政策因素、融资体制制约、金融统计指标等多角度,诠释了西部地区金融机构信贷资金期限相匹配的客观性和合理性,提出西部金融机构可持续发展的政策建议。     

The American Community Survey in counties with “seasonal” populations

The U.S. Census Bureau designed the American Community Survey (ACS) to provide annual estimates of social and economic characteristics for states, counties, municipalities, census tracts, and block groups. Because of its April 1 reference date, in northern nonmetropolitan counties with substantial seasonal population fluctuations the decennial census provides a statistical representation of the demographic and social characteristics of the population at a time when the population is close to its annual minimum. The year-round monthly ACS sample survey has the potential to provide local communities with an unprecedented understanding of the average population characteristics over the course of a year. In the future, the ACS even has the potential for providing social and economic characteristics of the population by season. This paper examines four ACS pilot data collection counties, Oneida and Vilas Counties in northern Wisconsin, and Lake and Flathead Counties in northwest Montana. We hypothesize that the ACS will reflect a resident population over the course of the year that is different from the traditional April 1 decennial census population. While the ACS holds much promise, our research uncovered some sampling problems that are not yet fully resolved. In addition, our analysis was not able to examine ACS estimates for minor civil divisions (MCDs), which are functioning governmental units in many states. The fact that these MCDs often have very small populations, together with the fact that estimated standard errors at the much larger census tract level in these counties are disconcertingly large, raises (currently unanswerable) questions concerning the eventual statistical quality of ACS estimates for small MCDs. Consequently, the adequacy of the ACS as a replacement for the census long form may depend on the ability of the Census Bureau to effectively address the concerns presented in this analysis.

新型叶丝限长设备

为大幅降低叶丝长丝率,改善烟丝结构,设计了一种叶丝限长设备。该设备的部件通过键联方式连接,并可通过 调整打辊的间隙套的厚度和改变方刀之间的间隙,获得所需烟丝限长效果,具有操作简单、拆装方便、成本较低、适应性 强的特点。实际应用效果表明：应用前后叶丝的长丝率降低约7%和叶丝的中丝率提高约4%,可见,这种设计能够有效 改善烟丝分布的均匀度,减少卷烟燃烧端掉落现象的发生。

Invariant dependence structure under univariate truncation

The class of all bivariate copulas that are invariant under univariate truncation is characterized. To this end, a family of bivariate copulas generated by a real-valued function is introduced. The obtained results are also used in order to show that the Clayton family of copulas (including its limiting elements) coincides with the class of copulas that are invariant under bivariate truncation and contains all exchangeable copulas which are invariant under univariate truncation.     

Precise large deviations for aggregate claims

Abstract

In this article, we consider a non standard renewal risk model, in which the claim sizes form a sequence of independent and identically distributed random variables; the inter-arrival times are negatively associated; and each pair of the claim size and its inter-arrival time follows negative association or arbitrary dependence structure. We establish some precise large-deviation formulas for the aggregate amount of claims in the heavy-tailed case.     

Third order asymptotics: connections among test quantities

Saddlepoint methods, extended to distribution functions, can provide highly accurate tail probabilities for testing real parameters in exponential models. For extensions, asymptotic connections among various test quantities are needed. For five quantities, the maximum likelihood departure standardized by observed and expected information, the score function standardized by observed and expected information, and the signed square root of the likelihood ratio statistic, the needed connections to third order are recorded. Their use is illustrated by a simple integration proof of the Lugannani and Rice formula.
