The odd power cauchy family of distributions: properties,regression models and applications

We study some mathematical properties of a new generator of continuous distributions with one extra parameter called the odd power Cauchy family including asymptotics, linear representation, moments, quantile and generating functions, entropies, order statistics and extreme values. We introduce two bivariate extensions of the new family. The maximum likelihood method is discussed to estimate the model parameters by means of a Monte Carlo simulation study. We define a new log-odd power Cauchy–Weibull regression model. The usefulness of the proposed models is proved empirically by means of three real data sets.     

Higher order expansion for moments of extreme for generalized Maxwell distribution

In this paper, the higher order asymptotic expansion of the moments of extreme from generalized Maxwell distribution is gained, by which one establishes the rate of convergence of the moment of the normalized partial maximum to the moment of the associated Gumbel extreme value distribution.     

有限大频率选择表面RCS的理论分析

用矩量法配合消奇点技术分析了平行贴片振子构成的有限大频率选择表面,计算了各振子上的电流分布、单站与双站RCS散射特性及其频率选择性性,给出了工作在中心频率上的最优尺寸。文中的方法和程序中运用了对称性技巧,Toeplitz特性,优良的矩阵求逆技术以及输入参量的批处理等,节省了大量计算机时,其结果可直接用于飞行器隐身技术。

P=O键键偶极矩的研究

本文报导三种苯基磷卤化合物 C_6H_5P(O)F_2 1,C_6H_5P(O)HF 2和 O-ClC_6H_4P(O)Cl_2 3子25℃在稀苯溶液中的电偶极矩测量值,并以四面体模型利用键加和法解析出了该类分子的P=O 键偶极矩的取向与数值.

Using a recursive method, we obtain all the cumulants, central moments, and moments about zero, up to order 4, for the mean-corrected serial covariances from series realisations of length n, given a Gaussian white noise process. Some implicit higher order results are also derived.

On statistical transform methods and their efficiency

General conditions for the asymptotic efficiency of certain new inference procedures based on empirical transform functions are developed. A number of important processes, such as the empirical characteristic function, the empirical moment generating function, and the empirical moments, are considered as special cases.
