警察人权面临困境的行政法解析

袭警案件的多发凸显了警察人权面临的困境。警察人权处于警察与国家、警察与公民双重关系之中,结合行政法学上“特别权力关系”和“反射利益”两个基本概念研究警察的多重身份和警察权对警察人权的影响,有利于在理论和实践上对警察权益保护的研究能在一个更广阔的平台上进行。     

On comparing,classifying and clustering several dependent regression models

Classifying several regression models fitted on a dataset is one of the most problems in data analysis. In other words, scientists are interested in comparing several regression models that can be used for a dataset. In this paper, an approach will be used to compare and classify several dependent regression models. Then the performance of the proposed method is investigated using simulation study and real example.     

A new estimator of Kullback–Leibler information and its application in goodness of fit tests*

We propose here a general statistic for the goodness of fit test of statistical distributions. The proposed statistic is constructed based on an estimate of Kullback–Leibler information. The proposed test is consistent and the limiting distribution of the test statistic is derived. Then, the established results are used to introduce goodness of fit tests for the normal, exponential, Laplace and Weibull distributions. A simulation study is carried out for examining the power of the proposed test and to compare it with those of some existing procedures. Finally, some illustrative examples are presented and analysed, and concluding comments are made.     

Diagnostics of multiple group influential observations for logistic regression models

In this paper, two new multiple influential observation detection methods, GCD.GSPR and mCD*, are introduced for logistic regression. The proposed diagnostic measures are compared with the generalized difference in fits (GDFFITS) and the generalized squared difference in beta (GSDFBETA), which are multiple influential diagnostics. The simulation study is conducted with one, two and five independent variable logistic regression models. The performance of the diagnostic measures is examined for a single contaminated independent variable for each model and in the case where all the independent variables are contaminated with certain contamination rates and intensity. In addition, the performance of the diagnostic measures is compared in terms of the correct identification rate and swamping rate via a frequently referred to data set in the literature.     

Confidence intervals based on the deviance statistic for the hyperparameters in state space models

The main objective of this work is to evaluate the performance of confidence intervals, built using the deviance statistic, for the hyperparameters of state space models. The first procedure is a marginal approximation to confidence regions, based on the likelihood test, and the second one is based on the signed root deviance profile. Those methods are computationally efficient and are not affected by problems such as intervals with limits outside the parameter space, which can be the case when the focus is on the variances of the errors. The procedures are compared to the usual approaches existing in the literature, which includes the method based on the asymptotic distribution of the maximum likelihood estimator, as well as bootstrap confidence intervals. The comparison is performed via a Monte Carlo study, in order to establish empirically the advantages and disadvantages of each method. The results show that the methods based on the deviance statistic possess a better coverage rate than the asymptotic and bootstrap procedures.

针对当前国内外大规模英语考试的改革,本文就其考试内容、题型以及考试方式等方面的变化进行了详细地阐述。同时,通过对这些考试改革的比较,总结了目前国内外语言测试改革的趋势。并且分析了考试改革对于我国大学英语教学改革的影响与作用。     

高校经管类学生参与科研意愿的影响因素分析——基于安徽省8所高校的问卷调查

大学生参与科研是高校培养双创型人才的重要途径之一,高校经管类专业学生培养存在重理论、轻实践的现象。安徽省8所高校1406名经济管理类学生科研意愿的实证分析表明:年级、学习成绩、科研重要性认知、科研了解程度和学校科研活动开展对大学生科研意愿有显著影响。高校在经管类学生培养过程中应通过加强科研宣传推广、开设科研训练课程、丰富科研活动多样性、激励教师科研指导和开拓校外实践教学基地建设等措施增强学生参与科研的积极性,提升学生的双创能力。     

多源流理论的应用探索——兼论《出境入境管理法》出台的动因

多源流理论是针对政策议程研究的重要工具.本文在理论修正的基础上,尝试对其进行本土化改造,并在结合国内政策过程实际的基础上对其进行了理论扩展,借用扩展后的多源流模型,对国家出入境政策——《出境入境管理法》的制订过程进行了深入分析,描绘了问题、政策、政治这三种源流的动态作用,以及与政策之窗的结合过程,针对理论在国内应用中的问题和不足进行了讨论.     

论道德教育的多学科生态

道德教育是一个完整的、有机的形态,具有其生态本性。文章从此逻辑起点出发,提出道德教育研究本身具有其生态性．拘泥于某一特定学科视角局限的道德教育研究缺乏全局性的总体把握。因此,从道德教育的生态整体性出发,从伦理学、教育学、社会学、心理学等多学科视角,从支持系统、操作系统、环境系统和转化系统建构方面,全面分析道德教育,建构起多学科研究视野中的道德教育生态体系,是解决当前道德危机和德育困境的重要途径。     

企业经济责任投入对财务绩效影响的实证研究

将企业经济责任分为对股东的责任、对债权人的责任、对供应商的责任、对员工的责任,以此来设定经济责任投入的变量,分析研究其对企业财务绩效的影响。选取2011~2012年中国最受尊敬企业中在沪、深交易所上市的15家企业作为样本,根据各企业发布的相关财务数据,采用计量经济模型的方法,对财务绩效进行回归分析。结果显示：债权人、供应商、员工的责任与财务绩效均呈显著正向关系,说明企业经济责任的投人会促进财务绩效的提高。最后,提出促进企业财务绩效增长的对策建议。
