中国近代高等警察教育综论

中国近代高等警察教育产生于20世纪初,大致经历了清末民初、北京警官高等学校、南京中央警官学校等三个发展阶段.作为中国近代高等职业教育的重要组成部分,中国近代高等警察教育在最初模仿和照搬日本、欧美的办学经验之后,逐步摸索出一条结合中国国情的多元化借鉴的发展道路,形成了受到历届政府高度重视的强调警察专业化建设和军事化管理的办学模式,对中国近代警政建设起到了十分重要的推动作用.     

Exact testing in multivariate regression

An F statistic due to Rao (1951,1973) tests uniform mixed linear restrictions in the multivariateregression model. In combination with a generalization of the Bera-Evans-Savin exact functional relationship between the W, LR, and LM statistics, Rao's F serves to unify a number of exact test procedures commonly applied in disparate empirical literatures. Examples in demand analysis and asset pricing are provided. The availability of exact tests of restrictions in certain nonlinear models when the model is linear under the null, originally explored by Milliken-Graybill (1970), is extended to multivariate regression. Generalized RESET, J-, and Hausman-Wu tests are resented. As an extension of Dufour (1989), bounds tests exist for nonlinear and inequality restrictions. Applications include conservative bound tests for symmetry or negativity of the substitution matrix in demand systems.     

远期鞅测度下循环贷款定价研究

本文在远期鞅测度下,应用信用风险结构模型对循环贷款价格的解析计算进行研究。贷款定价的关键是求解债务人的远期中性违约概率。本文把求解债务人远期中性违约概率问题转化为对时间相依的曲线边界求解布朗运动的首达时间概率分布问题,求出违约概率的解析解,进而得到循环贷款的利差,使得计算结果较之随机模拟的结果更为稳定、精确。     

基于分形理论的时尚商品价格预测问题研究

在研究时尚商品价格规律及影响因素的复杂性、不确定性的基础之上，提出了基于分形理论的时尚商品价格预测新方法。该方法首先运用重标极差法分析了时尚商品价格时间序列预测的可行性，然后根据分形统计模型，得到时尚商品历史价格时间序列的分形维数，通过不断增加新销售或预测得到新的记录方法，求得增加新记录后的新分形维数，由此可以预测出下一时间单位的商品销售价格。通过实例进行了方法检验和结果比较，取得了较为理想的预测结果，证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。     

A stochastic approximation algorithm for maximum-likelihood estimation with incomplete data

We propose a new stochastic approximation (SA) algorithm for maximum-likelihood estimation (MLE) in the incomplete-data setting. This algorithm is most useful for problems when the EM algorithm is not possible due to an intractable E-step or M-step. Compared to other algorithm that have been proposed for intractable EM problems, such as the MCEM algorithm of Wei and Tanner (1990), our proposed algorithm appears more generally applicable and efficient. The approach we adopt is inspired by the Robbins-Monro (1951) stochastic approximation procedure, and we show that the proposed algorithm can be used to solve some of the long-standing problems in computing an MLE with incomplete data. We prove that in general O(n) simulation steps are required in computing the MLE with the SA algorithm and O(n log n) simulation steps are required in computing the MLE using the MCEM and/or the MCNR algorithm, where n is the sample size of the observations. Examples include computing the MLE in the nonlinear error-in-variable model and nonlinear regression model with random effects.     

A semiparametric method of multiple imputation

In this paper, we describe how to use multiple imputation semiparametrically to obtain estimates of parameters and their standard errors when some individuals have missing data. The methods given require the investigator to know or be able to estimate the process generating the missing data but requires no full distributional form for the data. The method is especially useful for non-standard problems, such as estimating the median when data are missing.     

供应链创新研究述评与展望:内涵、测量与影响机制

供应链创新有助于企业提高运营效率、增加收入、创造价值,越来越得到企业的重视,也被提升为国家战略,因此,对供应链创新的研究文献进行整理与分析,对未来的研究具有重要的理论意义.研究发现:概念界定可以分为技术创新论、组织创新论、管理工具论等三个视角,维度结构以供应链创新的三维模型为主,供应链技术创新是供应链创新的一个重要类别;借鉴有关创新的理论与测量工具,结合供应链的典型特征,或者在组织创新量表的基础上开发了供应链创新的量表,并以主观感知测量为主;从个体、组织与社会三个层面分析了供应链创新的前因与结果.最后提出了管理启示,并对未来研究做出了展望.     

再探中国作息时区的划分

本文从中国所跨的经度出发，得出应划分作息时区的结论，并将全国划分为7个作息时区。每个作息时区根据季节变更安排作息时间，以适应当地太阳光照条件。     

简析有关民族精神和时代精神的几个问题

弘扬和培育民族精神和时代精神是建设中国特色社会主义文化的重要内容，以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神，是社会主义核心价值体系的精髓。深刻理解这一命题，必须搞清几个问题：民族精神和时代精神的科学内涵是什么；民族精神和时代精神的辩证关系是什么；弘扬和培育什么样的民族精神和时代精神；以及如何弘扬和培育民族精神和时代精神。     

WTO“合理期限”仲裁运行与实践

"合理期限"仲裁是DSU用以确立执行期限的三种方式之一,仲裁员的主要职责是根据当事方的请求对执行期限进行裁决,一般不涉及执行方法与途径.在实践中,此类仲裁举证责任经历了一个由当事方共同举证到后来由责任方承担首要举证义务的过程,国内强行法具有表面证据效力.裁决的合理期限应当是责任方执行DSB裁决及建议的最短期限,另外,责任方国内法的相关规定、执行方式及复杂程度、发展中国家的具体困难等方面都是仲裁员在决定合理期限时所需要考虑的因素.
