企业不同层次员工的管理

企业里存在着不同层次的员工,这是客观规律,不可消除,但可以加以引导并能利用。这一规律的存在,对企业有着深刻的影响,管理者也因此面临着不同的问题和困难。要解决这些问题和困难,必须得对员工进行层次划分。划分的依据是员工的工作能力和工作态度。不同层次的员工在企业里有着不同的发展方向,作为管理者需对不同层次的员工的发展方向进行规划以达到科学管人,科学用人的目的。在制定员工发展方向的过程中,管理者必须考虑人力资源成本最小化和效益最大化,选择一条合理的路径。     

多变量仿射非线性系统的可逆性秩判据

系统的可逆性判别是非线性控制的逆系统方法的关键,为探索可逆性分析的新途径,该文将系统可逆的秩检验法引入到多变量仿射非线性系统中,其实质是将系统的可逆性判定转化为对系统的输出函数及其导数所构成的雅可比矩阵的秩条件分析。文中给出了仿射非线性系统可逆的秩判据定理与证明过程,提出了一种具体的求逆算法,最后,举例对算法进行了验证,通过与微分几何法和逆系统方法的比较说明了秩判据法的有效性。     

传感器个数及距离对盲分离影响的分析

在使用盲分离技术进行信号处理时,分离高频信号和低频信号对传感器分布的要求是不同的,而传统的方法在处理高低频混合信号时采用了统一的模式,得不到很好的分离效果。为了在采用盲分离技术进行高低频混合信号处理时能得到更好的效果,文章对传感器个数和距离对盲信号分离的影响进行了深入的分析,并提出了一种能有效处理高频和低频混合信号的模型——分离子系统模型。该模型可以根据频段对传感器距离进行调整,分别对高、低频混合信号进行分离。通过实验证明分离效果更好。     

Researches on the Distribution Domains of G(4) G(4)的分布域之研究

讨论了有固定的最大度△=4和n个顶点的一类无自环,无向、连通平面图G(△)的异构类的分布域R(v,n)(圈秩v=1---n+1)的三种情况,从而获得R(v,n)的A型、B型和C型的分布定理,并举例说明分布域在图论和碳氢化合物上的应用。     

EXTENDED ANALYSIS FOR RANKED DATA

Standard analyses for ranked data or data which are analyzed using ranks are extended to give better comparisons. The new analysis allows detection of significant quadratic or dispersion effects.

On nonparametric profile analysis of several multivariate samples

A unified development is offered for asymptotically distribution-free profile analysis of several multivariate samples. This includes as special cases procedures based on generalized U-statistics and also those based on linear rank statistics. Furthermore, it includes as special cases analysis of location profiles and also scalar profiles. Finally, asymptotic power and consistency properties are discussed for tests of hypotheses and subhypotheses of interest.     

A note on the universal optimality criterion for full rank models

The aim of this note is to suggest a revised formulation of the universal optimality criterion for full rank models as stated in Kiefer (1975). We have presented the relevant results with indications of some possible applications.     

Gamma failure‐time mixture models: yet another way to establish efficacy

Using a Yamaguchi‐type generalized gamma failure‐time mixture model, we analyse the data from a study of autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplantation in the treatment of high‐risk refractory acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, focusing on the time to recurrence of disease. We develop maximum likelihood techniques for the joint estimation of the surviving fractions and the survivor functions. This includes an approximation to the derivative of the survivor function with respect to the shape parameter. We obtain the maximum likelihood estimates of the model parameters. We also compute the variance‐covariance matrix of the parameter estimators. The extended family of generalized gamma failure‐time mixture models is flexible enough to include many commonly used failure‐time distributions as special cases. Yet these models are not used in practice because of computational difficulties. We claim that we have overcome this problem. The proposed approximation to the derivative of the survivor function with respect to the shape parameter can be used in any statistical package. We also address the issue of lack of identifiability. We point out that there can be a substantial advantage to using the gamma failure‐time mixture models over nonparametric methods. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

上世纪90年代以降,在文学的农民工进城叙事中,出现了性别向度上农家女进城的生存转向叙事。在空间对峙与文化并置中,她们作为游移的文化活体,在性别化的人与城的隐喻化、模式化、空间化、边缘化的文学构想中,农家女意象荷载着丰厚的文化内涵。基于城乡发展失衡与二元户籍制度的划分,文学的城市呈现出否定意象的文化症候,其历史进步性、文化熔炉的聚合性、生存家园的建构性成为被遮蔽的灰色地带。
