Board members play a significant, yet largely unexamined, role in nonprofit collaboration. Processes, such as finding prospective partners, creating common ground with a partner, and establishing appropriate collaborative governance implicate nonprofit board members. In contrast to the scholarship of the role of interlocking directorates as potential networks for nonprofit collaboration, this paper examines the role of board members' social and human capital on nonprofit collaboration with other nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies. Drawing on online survey data from 636 nonprofit organizations, this paper finds that board social capital—but not board human capital—is positively related to the presence and number of within‐sector and cross‐sector nonprofit collaboration. However, board human capital enhances nonprofit‐government collaboration, when board social capital is also high. The results provide a novel perspective in nonprofit collaboration and board management research.  相似文献

鉴于当前中国能源应急协同过程中暴露出的临时性和过度依赖政府的问题,构建了两种情况下政府和能源供应链企业的应急协同模型,一种是仅有当期应急协同资源投入,一种是有先期和当期两种应急协同资源投入。通过对两种情况的建模以及结果的比较分析,表明两种情况下政府和能源供应链企业的最优协同参与度一样,且受到边际协同收益及补偿力度等参数的影响;政府的补偿力度与能源供应链企业的应急协同参与度正相关,政府的协同参与度与能源供应链企业的边际协同收益负相关;应急协同资源投入与政府的协同参与度正相关,应急协同资源投入与政府的补偿力度正相关;高效的日常应急资源投入有利于提高当前能源应急协同收益,反之亦然。通过算例分析,对研究结果进行直观验证和说明。建议政府和能源供应链企业应加快建设常态化的应急管理体系;政府和能源供应链企业应权责分明,合理分工;加快构建能源应急补偿机制,调动能源供应链企业应急积极性,使其承担更多的责任,以此提高能源应急协同效率。  相似文献

清末,随着西方列强对中国侵略的步步深入,地方官员办理外交事务者逐渐增多,并且范围不断扩大,进而两司发展为近代中国独特的地方交涉机关。两司作为地方行政事务的主管机构,在地方外交事务中发挥了重要作用。清政府利用两司办理外交事务,既能贯彻其外交在外的行政方针,又能满足其天朝上国的虚骄心理,更解决了地方无外交机构的弊端。  相似文献

清代云南由于盐产地分布不均、移民人口增加及落后的交通运输条件等原因,食盐产不敷销,于是借销邻盐,粤盐即其中一种。清代,粤盐在滇省的行销可谓贯穿始终,其运销方式、运销量及运销区域在不同时期或多或少发生了一些变化。期间,更是出现了近乎以货易货贸易形式的铜盐互易。粤盐销滇,尤其"铜盐互易"在滇、粤两省的贸易中占有极重要的地位,缓解了滇东南食盐不足以及广东余盐积压问题,加强了云南与两广的经济交往,促进了沿途地区城镇和商品经济的发展。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The focus in this paper is on a specific time point in an adoption matching process. Empirical data from interviews, observations and group analytic processes are juxtaposed to hone in on emotional labor of the social work role. The author discusses the use of a ‘many minds’ research method to demonstrate how analytic practices can be enriched by collaborative thinking and group processes. This paper pays tribute to Claire Winnicott’s work by foregrounding the complexity and generative potential of the social work relationship.  相似文献

Article 24 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities mandates that disabled people should have full rights to education in inclusive settings. However, to ensure that educational polices and settings are designed to meet this criterion seems challenging to African countries that have ratified this Convention. This article arises from the 2nd African Network of Evidence-to-Action on Disability Symposium. This fluid network was established to address the gap between research and practice in the region. The article reports proceedings and the emerging themes from the Education, Training and Work Commission; one of the six commissions of this Symposium, focusing specifically on the education aspect. It also challenges various stakeholders to move from evidence to action to ensure the educational rights of disabled people in inclusive settings.  相似文献

This study examines perceptions of 425 public and private agency child welfare workers from one state in terms of their level of comfort with the court work components of their jobs, at baseline, which is after their initial training but before beginning their child welfare work, and again after six months on the job. Bivariate and multivariate analyses were undertaken. Bivariate analyses reveal that being older and male were associated with higher court comfort levels at baseline and at six months. Being white was associated with higher comfort levels at six months. In addition, private agency workers were more comfortable with court at baseline and six months. Workers with a social work education had higher court comfort levels at baseline and six months, when compared to those with criminal justice or other education. In the multivariate analysis, there were no significant differences in level of comfort with court work based upon worker characteristics at baseline. However, at six months on the job, predictors of comfort with child welfare work were being white and being male; having a social work education approached statistical significance. When change in comfort level was examined, the only significant positive predictor of court comfort was having a social work education.  相似文献

利用1997-2014年的省域数据,运用社会网络分析方法对中国省域二氧化碳排放的空间关联结构特征进行实证考察,研究认为:在样本期内,中国碳排放空间关联网络的紧密程度呈递增趋势,网络结构的不平等程度在降低,网络复杂性和稳定性逐渐增强。上海、江苏、天津、北京、浙江、广东等省份位于网络的中心位置,在网络中发挥核心中介作用,中西部的部分省份在网络中的作用逐渐增强。在碳排放空间关联网络中,长三角、环渤海和珠三角地区属于"受益者"板块,其他地区属于"贡献者"板块。碳排放的空间关联网络结构为省际间实现"引领-跟随"型的协同碳减排奠定了基础。  相似文献
