当代中国马克思主义理论创新主体及其相互关系

以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为标志,当代中国马克思主义的发展进入了一个新的阶段。其中一个重要原因在于中国共产党建立了一个科学的理论创新机制,形成了党的领导集体、马克思主义理论工作者和广大人民群众三者齐心协力共同推进理论创新的新局面。     

论网络舆情对高校群体性事件的影响

近年来,网络舆情已经成为影响高校群体性事件发生和演变的重要因素.它往往成为直接引发高校群体性事件的"导火索"、间接推动高校群体性事件恶性化发展的"催化剂"和阻碍高校群体性事件得到有效解决的"绊脚石".为了应对这些影响,应当构建高校网络舆情预警机制,加强高校网络舆情的正确引导,建立高校群体性事件的网上、网下联动应急处理机制.     

《三千书》新探

《〈三千书〉初探>》一文中认为<三千书>深受越南方面的影响,是越南字喃对地区性的方块壮字之影响的结果.实际上<三千书>的使用者壮族布傣族群的前身是越南的王族,<三千书>现象反映了布傣族群深厚的帝王情结.     

论少数民族地区非物质文化遗产的保护性旅游开发——以柳州融水苗族系列坡会群为例

非物质文化遗产主要指的是流传民间文化艺术的表现形式或文化空间,存在于居民的日常生产生活中.是他们习以为常的民间活动.但现代化快速发展的社会环境,既对非物质文化遗产造成了一定的冲击,同时也让人们看到了它的另一种价值,作为一类具有旅游价值的文化资源而存在,故而对其进行旅游开发意义重大.本文在详细论述了融水苗族系列坡会群的发展沿革及其文化内涵的基础上.针对当前其发展现状问题,提出了进一步推动融水苗族系列坡会群保护性旅游开发的对策建议.     

The Legal Regulation of Irrational Elements in the Operations of Boards of Directors

The operating processes of boards of directors are delicate and complex, so corporate legislation cannot simply equate board structure law with board governance law. It is therefore necessary to start from China’s actual conditions and grasp the operating processes of Chinese boards with a sober appreciation of the irrational elements in their operating mechanisms. Board governance has entered a new stage of institutionalization, and the law should shift from its emphasis on structure to give equal attention to structure and process in optimizing institutional structure. In the construction of board operating mechanisms, we should treat differently such “living laws” as customs, experiences and traditions, give full play to the functionality of boards’ strategic choices, and provide legal regulation of irrational elements, so as to distinguish between different roles, develop consensus, select strong points and improve efficiency. We should build control over board operational procedures, improve the system of functional allocation, correct assessment mechanisms, develop a mechanism for judicial scrutiny of the affective relationships in society and curb such behavioral tendencies as relational identity, structural bias and group polarization, with a view to controlling such “living laws” within the framework of the basic values and principles of board governance.     

Collecting feedback as a tool to reduce care paralysis: something for family group conferencing coordinators?

Family group conferencing (FGC) coordinators in public mental healthcare are confronted with clients who have little faith in professionals and organizations, who hold off decisions in their family life, who avoid care and who sometimes behave in a hostile manner. A lack of initiative to deal with their situation is not only reserved for clients – all bystanders, including professionals, can suffer from it. The multiplicity and severity of the client's problems lead to a situation wherein everyone involved waits for the initiative of the other. The independence of the FGC coordinator – a fellow citizen, who is free of organizational loyalties and comes to assist other citizens in establishing a plan – seems to work well with the client group of the public mental healthcare. However, the coordinator cannot always prevent deferral or failure of conferences. Drawing on empirical and theoretical findings, this paper considers the possibility of collecting feedback as a way to contribute positively to the alliance between FGC coordinators and those for whom a conference is deployed. We highlight findings from three case studies that centred on multiproblem families. The findings indicate the importance of feedback theory for FGC coordinators in enhancing trust and engagement.     

Assessing Politicized Sexual Orientation Identity: Validating the Queer Consciousness Scale

Building on psychological theories of motivation for collective action, we introduce a new individual difference measure of queer consciousness, defined as a politicized collective identity around sexual orientation. The Queer Consciousness Scale (QCS) consists of 12 items measuring five aspects of a politicized queer identity: sense of common fate, power discontent, system blame, collective orientation, and cognitive centrality. In four samples of adult women and men of varied sexual orientations, the QCS showed good test-retest and Cronbach’s reliability and excellent known-groups and predictive validity. Specifically, the QCS was positively correlated with identification as a member of the LGBTQ community, political liberalism, personal political salience, and LGBTQ activism and negatively correlated with right-wing authoritarianism and social dominance orientation. QCS mediated relationships between several individual difference variables and gay rights activism and can be used with both LGBTQ people and allies.     

Parenting perceptions among college students: A qualitative examination

This study assessed the knowledge and attitudes of young adults without children in regard to discipline and parenting practices. A qualitative design was utilized (n?=?26) with semistructured focus groups. Results indicated participants believed discipline is important, with spanking and loss of privileges being the most effective strategy for behavior change. The majority of participants reported plans to discipline future children the way in which they were disciplined, suggesting a high percentage intend to utilize spanking. Findings suggest that personal experiences shape parenting beliefs, attitudes, and knowledge. Results inform efforts at educating future parents on appropriate parenting practices and indicate the need for protocols for young adults to educate about practices that may diverge from their personal experiences.     

Designing a multiple state repetitive group sampling plan based on the coefficient of variation

A multiple state repetitive group sampling (MSRGS) plan is developed on the basis of the coefficient of variation (CV) of the quality characteristic which follows a normal distribution with unknown mean and variance. The optimal plan parameters of the proposed plan are solved by a nonlinear optimization model, which satisfies the given producer's risk and consumer's risk at the same time and minimizes the average sample number required for inspection. The advantages of the proposed MSRGS plan over the existing sampling plans are discussed. Finally an example is given to illustrate the proposed plan.
