“在公平与效率之间”：中国高等教育体系和结构的未来走向

高等教育体系和结构的形成,根本上是受社会政治经济和基本价值观的制约,同时也受社会相关主体的观念行为及政府决策模式的影响。中国高等教育体制和结构的基本框架形成于建国之初,20世纪80年代在市场经济改革背景下做了局部调整,20世纪末又受到高等教育大众化的冲击,社会价值观念发生了很大的变化,未来的改革应通过宏观调控和市场机制的双重作用,建立公平与效率统一的中国高等教育体系和结构。     

强势开端Ⅴ：内容、特点及启示

从幼儿园过渡到小学是所有儿童必须面临的一个巨大跨越。研究表明,如果幼儿教育与小学教育之间没有良好的衔接与过渡,这些“优势”将在小学第一年消失,或将不能在小学教育阶段保持。强势开端Ⅴ聚焦幼小衔接,从组织与管理、教师专业发展衔接、课程与教学衔接、儿童发展衔接方面的举措进行研究。通过对这些举措的介绍分析,提出了启动幼小衔接专项教师培训,强调学校为儿童入学做好准备,注重多方利益主体协同共育几点借鉴思路。     

Operating Characteristics of a Subset Selection Procedure Applied to a Hybrid Randomized Response Model

The operating characteristics (OCs) of a subset ranking and selection procedure are derived for the hybrid randomized response model developed by Jia and McDonald (2009 Jia, F., McDonald, G. (2009). Analyzing hybrid randomized response data with a binomial selection procedure. Commun. Statist. Theor. Meth. 38:784807.[Taylor & Francis Online], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]). The OCs include the probability of a correct P(CS), the individual selection probability γ_i, and the expected subset size E(S), under the slippage configuration or the equi-spaced configuration. An example comparing failure rates of contraceptive methods is used to illustrate the use of these new results.     

A method of power assessment for tests comparing several treatments with a control

A method of power assessment for the problem of comparing several treatments with a control is considered. Power assessment is based on the power function of a two-sided hypothesis test that none of the treatment is different from the control. Normally distributed data and binary response data are considered. Minimum power levels are found under certain easily interpretable range conditions on the treatment and control means or success probabilities. Expressions are provided allowing simple computer evaluation of minimum guaranteed power levels, and some illustrative tables of power levels are given.     

Two stage multiple comparison procedures based on the studentized range

Stein’s (1945) two sample approach and Tukey’s T-Method of multiple comparisons (see e.g. Miller, 1966, Ch. 2) are combined to obtain fixed width simultaneous confidence intervals and simultaneous test procedures of predetermined Type I and Type II error levels, for all contrasts, in a one way layout. The necessary constants for implementing the two stage procedure are obtained under a least favorable configuration of the parameters. This provides the required protection of the null and alternative hypotheses under any configuration of parameters. A table is provided for some selected designs and error levels and an example is given to illustrate certain features of the new procedure.

学前教育应当为儿童提供什么样的经验以及如何组织这些经验,将直接影响儿童的成长与发展。随着托幼一体化成为我国学前教育发展的趋势,寻求建设一体化课程体系的有效路径是我国亟须解决的问题。新西兰已建立起比较完善的托育在内的托幼一体化课程标准,从培养目标、内容、实施到评价等一系列经验,给世界各国提供了典型借鉴。目前,我国托幼一体化课程建设处于探索阶段,相关研究比较有限。本文通过解析新西兰托幼一体化课程纲要的逻辑起点和内容要素,以期为破解我国托幼一体化课程体系的建构提供思考方向。     

关于砂轮表面形貌的研究

针对砂轮表面形貌的特征,就砂轮表面形貌本身与磨削输出量之间的关系进行了具体研究,提出表征砂轮形貌的基本参数,着重分析了砂轮形貌的基本参数在磨削过程中的变化与磨削效果的关系,得出砂轮修整的方法。
