基于FPGA的温度检测和PWM风冷系统的设计与实现

本文介绍了一种基于FPGA的温度测量仪和PWM风冷系统。采用集成温度传感器MAX 6577作为温度检测元件,以PWM脉宽调制方式控制直流电机的转速来实现降温。测温范围为0℃～100℃,分辨率为1℃,测温时间为1秒。整个电路采用Altera公司Cyclone系列FPGA芯片进行系统设计和实现,可以方便地实现温度的测量和降温处理。     

大理州农村富余劳动力转移问题探讨

大理白族自治州是一个农业大州,农村劳动力中富余劳动力约占40%,人地矛盾比较突出。怎样通过优化配置劳动力资源来消化如此规模的农村富余劳动力,不仅关系到全州290多万农民的命运,更关系到是否能够实现全面建设小康社会的目标。2004年以来农村富余劳动力的转移工作已在大理州全面展开,但仍存在不少的问题和困难。

Large deviations of multiclass M/G/1 queues

Consider a multiclass M/G/1 queue where queued customers are served in their order of arrival at a rate which depends on the customer class. We model this system using a chain with states represented by a tree. Since the service time distribution depends on the customer class, the stationary distribution is not of product form so there is no simple expression for the stationary distribution. Nevertheless, we can find a harmonic function on this chain which provides information about the asymptotics of this stationary distribution. The associated h‐transformation produces a change of measure that increases the arrival rate of customers and decreases the departure rate thus making large deviations common. A Philosophical Foundation of Non-Additive Measure and Probability

In this paper, non-additivity of a set function is interpreted as a method to express relations between sets which are not modeled in a set theoretic way. Drawing upon a concept called “quasi-analysis” of the philosopher Rudolf Carnap, we introduce a transform for sets, functions, and set functions to formalize this idea. Any image-set under this transform can be interpreted as a class of (quasi-)components or (quasi-)properties representing the original set. We show that non-additive set functions can be represented as signed σ-additive measures defined on sets of quasi-components. We then use this interpretation to justify the use of non-additive set functions in various applications like for instance multi criteria decision making and cooperative game theory. Additionally, we show exemplarily by means of independence, conditioning, and products how concepts from classical measure and probability theory can be transfered to the non-additive theory via the transform.
