缘起缘落： 方志彤与庞德后期儒家经典翻译考

美国现代派诗人埃兹拉·庞德一生推崇中国文化和儒家思想,除了在诗歌中大量引用中国典故,还翻译了《大学》、《中庸》、《论语》、《诗经》等儒学经典。庞德晚年被拘押在华盛顿圣伊丽莎白精神病医院期间同哈佛学者方志彤有频繁的书信往来,分析这些史料可以追溯庞德和方志彤之间围绕儒家经典翻译的探讨和争论,进而驳斥西方学者所谓18、19世纪汉学家的译著为庞德儒家经典翻译唯一依据的观点。庞德晚年的儒学翻译有诸多突破：一是突破了对个人和社会责任的关注;二是突破了“四书”的限制;三是突破了重汉语字形、轻汉语语音的成见。庞德能有这些突破,方志彤功不可没。史料证明,方志彤对庞德后期儒家典籍翻译的帮助和影响超过了半个世纪来学界的估计。     

认知观下预设功能新解与翻译课堂构想

19世纪末,为了更科学地解释语义和逻辑的有关现象,哲学家和逻辑学家创造了一个新术语,这就是“预设”。直至20世纪70年代末,“预设”的有关研究基本局限在静态语句内。认知科学的崛起迅速扩展了研究者的视野,语言学家们开始关注其认知规律及其在认知中的功能。在此背景下,以认知科学和认知语言观为理论框架,探讨了认知文本生成的过程,并据此重新阐述语篇预设的功能。认知观下“预设”的功能新解极大地触发了笔者对目前翻译教学的思考,尝试提出情境式翻译课堂的构想,期望对翻译教学及“预设”理论的充实有些许贡献。     

Class and cuisine in contemporary Britain: the social space,the space of food and their homology

Thirty‐five years ago Pierre Bourdieu asserted that food preferences, as much as any other element of culture, are distributed within a space of difference more or less homologous with the social space of class positions. Plumbing data on annual spends on all manner of food items, he detected two key oppositions – a taste for the light versus a taste for the heavy on the one hand and a taste for rich foods versus a taste for healthy and exotic foods on the other – and located their generative principles in differences of volume of capital and composition of capital respectively. Deploying a correspondence analysis of similar data using the 2010 Living Costs and Food Survey, supplemented by data from the 2008 British Social Attitudes survey and the 2003 Cultural Capital and Social Exclusion Survey, we seek to examine whether comparable differences in expenditure and preferences are observable in contemporary Britain and, consequently, to illuminate the current structure of the food space and its homology with class. Ultimately, we conclude that Bourdieu's general model is essentially transposable from 1960s France to the UK at the dawn of the 21st century, though we put additional emphasis on the ethical dimension of food consumption, and reflect on the prevalent instances of symbolic violence it underpins.     

编撰经济法典的历史回眸

编撰经济法典是指有关经济法部门的经济法律法规的汇合编纂和基本经济法的撰写创制。编撰经济法典缘起于经济法的萌芽,经济法萌芽首先表现为个别法学家经济法思想的产生,而经济法思想也对经济法律法规的制定起了一定的指导作用。随着东西方国家经济法律法规的大量出现,经济法成了一种新兴的世界历史性的法律现象。这引发了经济法典的编撰,促进着经济法的完善,满足着以社会化生产为基础和以资本要素为核心的市场经济的需要。我国在制定和实施经济法、保障社会主义市场经济更好运行上的实践比较深入,我国的经济法理论研究也走在世界前列,因而在编撰经济法典上也可以为天下先,这将对世界法制文明的发展做出更大的贡献。     

以电子政务助推法治政府建设

电子政务在促进法治政府建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在我国电子政务建设中,存在着重形式轻内容、政务信息资源管理不力、政府网站公众参与不够等问题。为顺应法治政府建设的需要,应在优化信息资源、培养电子政务信息队伍、加强公共平台建设、完善制度保障、创新应用内容等方面加强电子政务建设。     

The Square of Polish Innocence: POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Warsaw and its symbolic topography

The text refers to the space around the Nathan Rapoport’s Monument to the Fighters and Martyrs of the Ghetto and the Museum of the History of Polish Jews POLIN in Warsaw (Poland). The site of death – at the heart of the former Warsaw Ghetto – has now become a site overloaded with other symbolic messages. Two main symbolic centers (the 1948 Monument and the 2013 Museum) are today encircled by ten other, additional memorials. The message emerging from the content as well as the proportion of commemorations is that Polish solidarity with the Jews was a fact and it stood the test of terror and death brought by the Germans. Although it does not undermine the veracity of the few and isolated exceptions, such a version of events is drastically different from the actual facts. Both symbolic centers are perceived as emblems of Jewish minority narrative. Additional artefacts are a message formulated by the Polish majority. They constitute a kind of symbolic encirclement, block. Emphasizing the dominant majority’s version of the events in this place is in fact a symbolic pre-emptive action. It is meant to silence the unwanted narrative or suppress even the mere possibility that it might emerge. What turns out to be at stake in the dominant Polish narrative about the Holocaust and Polish-Jewish relations is the image of Poland and the Poles. This shows not only the topographic and symbolic situation but also the socio-cultural context of the functioning of the new Museum.

在依法治国的前提和条件下推进社会主义民主政治建设的法治化,是完善和加强社会主义协商民主广泛多层制度化建设的必然要求。这要求我们必须根据依法治国的全局战略部署来处理好社会主义协商民主建设的有关问题,包括：社会主义协商民主建设“法治化”基本含义和内容;党内文件与现行法律法规制度的衔接问题;社会主义协商民主建设发展探索中的法律保障与责任问题以及社会主义协商民主制度体系建设的法律保障问题等。     

看守所狱侦耳目的终结

在侦押一体的体制下,长期以来,我们事实上赋予了看守所侦查的职能。看守所除了监管犯罪嫌疑人外,还要协助公安机关办案人员侦查破案,开展深挖余罪活动,这致使看守所狱侦耳目日渐制度化,助长了刑讯逼供、牢头狱霸和超期羁押等问题的滋生,导致了一系列冤假错案的发生,使看守所部分失去了保障犯罪嫌疑人和被告人人权的职责意识。因此,我们应当趁着制定《看守所法》这一历史性契机,明确宣布废除看守所狱侦耳目制度,并为彻底将其埋葬创设配置制度。     

从二句体、四句体到八句体——绝句与律诗之关系新探

中国古典诗歌以二句为最小构成要素、四句为基本单位构成篇章的传统由来已久。"截句说"不符合绝句形成和发展的事实,反之,八句体律诗应当是绝句倍翻而成,才是一个合理的思路。
