毛细管顶空气相色谱法测定饮用水中的氯仿和四氯化碳

建立了用毛细管顶空气相色谱法测定饮用水中氯仿和四氯化碳的方法。色谱条件为 非极性毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),柱温40℃ 汽化室温度200℃,检测器为微池电子捕获检测器 检测器温度250℃ 载气为高纯N_2 流速3.2mL/min,尾吹气流速56.8mL/min,采用不分流进样 吹扫时间0.61min,吹扫流量20mL/min。实验表明 该方法准确度高,灵敏度比国标方法大大提高,适用于饮用水中氯仿和四氯化碳的分析测定。     

The text of the Articles of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Their Families which the Working Group Provisionally Agreed during the First Reading

This preamble documents the 91 Articles of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrants and Their Families. This defines and covers the rights of all migrant workers and their families which can be ratified by as many countries as possible. The status and fundamental rights of migrant workers and their families have not been sufficiently recognized everywhere and therefore require appropriate international protection. The 8 parts are: 1) scope and definitions, 2) fundamental human rights of all migrant workers and members of their families, 3) additional rights of migrant workers and members of their families in a regular situation, 4) provisions applicable to particular categories of migrant workers and members of their families, 5) promotion of sound, equitable and humane conditions in connection with lawful international migration of workers and their families, 6) application of the Convention, 7) general provisions, and 8) final provisions.

碱性电解水对血脂影响的实验研究

目的探讨碱性电解水对血脂的影响。方法 Wistar 雄性大鼠52只,分为4组:空白对照(A),模型对照(B),碱性电解水组(C),氟伐他汀组(D),每组13只。其中 B、C、D 3组用高脂饲料造模10天后,C、D 两组分别给予碱性电解水及氟伐他汀(1.0mg/kg)灌胃,20天后,乙醚麻醉动物,由腹主动脉取血,以酶法在半自动生化分析仪上分别检测胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C),以 Friedewala 公式计算低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果 A、B、C、D4组 TC 分别为(3.32±0.28)、(4.15±0.79)、(3.51±0.57)、(3.54±0.42)mmol/L;TG 分别为(1.27±0.37)、(1.85±0.62)、(1.46±0.49)、(1.36±0.37)mmol/L。LDL-C 分别为(1.57±0.30)、(2.04±0.74)、(1.42±0.37)、(1.47±0.60)mmol/L。C、D 两组 TC 分别与 B 组比较均有显著降低(P<0.05);D 组与 B 组比较 TG 显著降低(P<0.05);C 组与 B 组比较 IDL-C 显著降低(P<0.05)。结论碱性电解水具有一定调脂功能,但降低 TG 的作用不及氟伐他汀。

Human resource practices of multinational organizations in Belgium

This study uses data from a survey of 117 large organizations located in Belgium to examine the relationship between corporate ownership and personnel practices. Results obtained from multivariate analyses supported the general hypothesis that personnel policies and practices vary as a function of ownership and nationality. For example, foreign-owned firms are found to be more advanced in their adoption of methods to gain employee loyalty and commitment than domestic enterprises. In addition to ownership effects, the moderating effects of some key organizational characteristics were examined. This shows that large differences exist with respect to the human resource practices used in firms as a function of management philosophy, creative strategy and industry sector.     

Medicines in the 1990's: Experience with a Delphi forecast

‘Medicines in the 1990's’ created great public interest when it was published recently. It forecast, for example, that by 1990 it should be possible to replace almost all parts of the body, except the brain and spinal cord with transplants or prostheses. It also predicted that by 1990, the social use of medicines will have become accepted as legitimate. This article describes step by step, how the Delphi forecast was made and the effect which it has had.
