高职教育不能忽视传统文化教育

在努力实现现代化宏伟目标及中华民族伟大复兴的关键时刻,作为占国民高等教育半壁江山的高等职业教育,在强化以能力为本位的教学改革的同时,不能忽视中国传统文化的教育。     

社会资本对居民生活垃圾分类行为的影响机理分析

社会资本与环境保护合作行为的逻辑关系已经成为环境管理的一个重要研究方向。基于219户城镇居民调查数据的实证研究发现,除了年龄、受教育年限和中共党员身份外,以社会网络、社会规范和社会信任为要素的社会资本,对提高居民生活垃圾分类水平有显著的正向影响。具体而言,社会网络能够降低居民机会主义和“搭便车”的行为倾向;社会规范能够提高居民行为的可预测性,增强居民投资环境保护集体行动的信心;社会信任则通过降低交易成本,促进居民生活垃圾分类的自主合作行为。为从源头上化解我国生态环境管理面临的“垃圾围城”困境,政府应积极促进居民间的网络互动,完善互惠共享的社会规范,提升居民间的普遍信任,同时加大对生活垃圾分类知识和技巧的宣传力度、发挥党员在遵守社会规范中的带头作用,通过社会资本发展促进公众的自主环境保护合作行为。     

基于波特钻石模型的陕西省油气产业竞争力分析

在分析陕西省石油天然气产业发展现状的基础上,运用波特的“钻石模型”理论,从生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持产业、企业战略以及机会与政府六个方面对陕西省石油天然气产业的竞争优劣势进行分析与评价;结合陕西省的实际情况,提出了提升陕西省石油天然气产业竞争力的对策建议：加大科技的投入度,建立油气产业集群.

藏族天葬源起及文化价值探析

天葬习俗是藏族社会政治、宗教、经济和文化的折射,是藏民族民俗文化的重要组成部分。天葬这种在青藏高原上普遍实行的葬俗,从内容和形式上显示出它自身特有的风格。但是,在有关天葬习俗的起源及其相关问题上,学术界至今仍然存在争议,而它的文化含义及其价值则有待深入探讨。本文将从三个方面探析天葬的起源及其文化价值。     

An efficient non-rejective implementation of the πps sampling designs

Poisson sampling is a method for unequal probabilities sampling with random sample size. There exist several implementations of the Poisson sampling design, with fixed sample size, which almost all are rejective methods, that is, the sample is not always accepted. Thus, the existing methods can be time-consuming or even infeasible in some situations. In this paper, a fast and non-rejective method, which is efficient even for large populations, is proposed and studied. The method is a new design for selecting a sample of fixed size with unequal inclusion probabilities. For the population of large size, the proposed design is very close to the strict πps sampling which is similar to the conditional Poisson (CP) sampling design, but the implementation of the design is much more efficient than the CP sampling. And the inclusion probabilities can be calculated recursively.     

A strong law of large number for negatively dependent and non identical distributed random variables in the framework of sublinear expectation

Abstract

In this article, in the framework of sublinear expectation initiated by Peng, we derive a strong law of large numbers (SLLN) for negatively dependent and non identical distributed random variables. This result includes and extends some existing results. Furthermore, we give two examples of our result for applications.     

Dynamic matchings in left vertex weighted convex bipartite graphs

A left vertex weighted convex bipartite graph (LWCBG) is a bipartite graph \(G=(X,Y,E)\) in which the neighbors of each \(x\in X\) form an interval in \(Y\) where \(Y\) is linearly ordered, and each \(x\in X\) has an associated weight. This paper considers the problem of maintaining a maximum weight matching in a dynamic LWCBG. The graph is subject to the updates of vertex and edge insertions and deletions. Our dynamic algorithms maintain the update operations in \(O(\log ^2{|V|})\) amortized time per update, obtain the matching status of a vertex (whether it is matched) in constant worst-case time, and find the pair of a matched vertex (with which it is matched) in worst-case \(O(k)\) time, where \(k\) is not greater than the cardinality of the maximum weight matching. That achieves the same time bound as the best known solution for the problem of the unweighted version.     

员工导师网络对员工职业生涯成功的影响研究

在梳理了员工导师网络的导师制理论、社会资本理论和职业成功理论后,运用SEM方法对员工导师网络的社会资本,导师网络效益与员工职业成功之间的关系进行了研究.结果表明:员工导师网络的社会资本对导师网络效益有显著影响;导师网络效益水平对员工的薪酬水平、升迁次数和职业满意度有影响,且与职业满意度显著正相关.
