领导干部党性修养评价机制研究

建立健全领导干部党性修养评价机制,是加强党的执政能力建设,建设高素质执政骨干队伍的客观需要。坚定的政治信念、牢固的党纪意识、严谨的自律能力、优秀的道德品质和勤勉的工作作风是评价领导干部党性修养的主要内容。要明确评价领导干部党性修养的指导思想、评价主体和评价原则,要建立健全领导干部党性修养的评价指标体系,不断探索科学的评价领导干部党性修养的方式方法。     

Multi-valued strategy-proof social choice rules

In this paper we introduce a new definition of strategy-proofness for multi-valued social choice correspondences. We prove two Gibbard-Satterthwaite type results for strategy-proof social choice correspondences. These results show that allowing multiple outcomes as social choices will not necessarily lead to an escape from the Gibbard-Satterthwaite impossibility theorem. Korean ethnic education in Japanese public schools

Korean ethnic education in Japanese public schools has played an important role in the persistence of Korean ethnicity in Japan. In Osaka Prefecture, it began as an educational movement at the end of the 1960s. Japanese and Korean activists who led the movement had different political commitments and developed two approaches. Those interested in Korean homeland politics stressed the importance of teaching the ethnic culture of the homeland and tried to develop an ethno-national identity among Korean children. Those involved in civil rights politics in the context of Japan focused on the problem of ethnic discrimination and facilitated the formation of a political subjectivity among Korean children. The old practice of Korean ethnic education is a form of multicultural education and provides many useful ideas for today's multiculturalist teachers in Japan, who are dealing with children of newcomer foreigners.     

隋唐音义反切研究的观念与方法之检讨

上世纪隋唐音义反切研究取得了很大成就 ,但研究的方法与观念有必要重新检讨。本文认为音义反切传承自正音 ,不以某地方音为取音标准 ,讨论了以《广韵》为参照系的利弊 ,强调要注重对特殊反切的研究 ,只有这些特殊反切才透露出作者的方音信息     

论“和谐”对仲裁制度价值目标的建构

建立和谐社会的价值目标,既解读继承历史,又立足创新社会,和谐的内在要求导向着仲裁制度的完善,和谐的价值目标奠定了仲裁的发展方向,是仲裁制度为之实现的终极目标;仲裁制度的固有属性也暗合了和谐的建构目的,并成为和谐社会目标下处理纷争的重要制度。     

作为“自然史”记录的景观图像——明清时期“中国景观”在西方出版物中的插图绘刻研究

明清时期的西方出版物中关于“中国景观”的插图,实质上就是透过“西洋镜”发现中国的自然史图像记录,其借用“他者”的眼光来反观中国景观的自然形态与社会文化变迁,由此“图像史·景观史·艺术史”藉由“绘画/制图术”这类视觉工具而得以联结。可以说,彼时的欧洲人应都相信这些图像所承载的神秘异域的镜像与想像就是“真的”。这些插图极大地唤起了西方对中国、对东方文化的本能好奇心和浓厚兴趣,亦具有萨义德意义上以欧洲为中心的西方对中国“描绘与想象”的文化表征。而且,这些插图以“另一种目光”为已流逝的中国景观保留了珍贵的记忆痕迹,亦可为当下批判性景观设计传承提供文本依据。     

高铜对育肥猪生产效果的影响

将30头30±2kg的育肥猪(长白×内江)随机分成试验组和对照组。对照组采用个体户原用添加剂,试验组采用自配高铜添加剂。结果表明:对照组日增重341.67g,料肉比4.0:1试验组日增重364.67g,料肉比3.7:1。两组日增重差异显著(P<0.05)。     

Chinese version of the OSI: A validation study

This article examines the construct validity of the Occupational Stress Indicator (OSI) in its Chinese version as well as its criterion-oriented validity against self-reported data on absenteeism and accidents, using a final sample of 1054 workers in the Chinese manufacturing and power industries. The divergent and convergent validities of five of the OSI scales—Job satisfaction, Physical ill-health, Mental ill-health, Type A behaviour and Control—were examined by a multimethod-multitrait matrix technique. Results indicated that the Chinese OSI had fairly good validity in relation to other well-established measures as well as relevant organizational behaviours.     

Data relaying with constraints in hierarchical sensor networks

In this paper we present and discuss several optimisation problems that arise in the management of data flow in wireless sensor networks (WSNets). We consider a hierarchical architecture for WSNets composed of sensors, relays, and relay gateways. Sensors send data they generate at a known average bit rate to relays in one hop. The relay nodes use a multi-hop mechanism to reach a set of assigned gateways which then forward the data directly to the base station. We are concerned with finding an assignment of relay gateways to relays so that certain constraints are satisfied. We define a unified model in which constraints such as lifetime, data delay, and data flow splitting are formulated in terms of four optimisation problem in graphs.     

Similar coefficient for cluster of probability density functions

In this article, we propose a new criterion to evaluate the similarity of probability density functions (pdfs). We call this the criterion on similar coefficient of cluster (SCC) and use it as a tool to deal with overlap coefficients of pdfs in normal standard on [0;1]. With the support of the self-update algorithm for determining the suitable number of clusters, SCC then becomes a criterion to establish the corresponding cluster for pdfs. Moreover, some results on determination of SCC in case of two and more than two pdfs as well as relations of different SCCs and other measures are presented. The numerical examples in both synthetic data and real data are given not only to illustrate the suitability of proposed theories and algorithms but also to demonstrate the applicability and innovation of the proposed algorithm.
