New statistical needs concerning the estimation of the demographic changes taking place in Poland

The authors examine the increased need for survey data in Poland to keep track of the rapid economic, social, and demographic changes that are occurring in the country. They discuss the type of surveys that are needed and such topics as data compatibility, sampling, frequency, and organization of data collection through surveys. (ANNOTATION)     

Demographic determinants of labour market in Poland in 1990-2000

The author examines factors affecting Poland's transition to a market economy, including changes in the age, sex, and spatial distribution of the labor force. Educational status is also considered. The analysis concerns the period 1975-2000, with emphasis on the years from 1988 to 1990.

强化公民社会公德意识是城市升级、社会转型的重要条件。针对当前我国公民社会公德意识建设中存在的问题，应从完善道德评价和奖惩制度、营造良好的社会公德环境、培育公民的公民意识与主人翁意识、培育公民的公民意识与主人翁意识、加强对公民社会公德意识的教育等几方面不断强化公民社会公德意识。
