谈谈学分制下如何做好学生党建工作

全面推行学分制是高校教学改革的深化,是教育和教学改革的一个发展阶段.但由于学分制所带来的思想教育、学生党建等新情况、新问题,应值得所有教育者认真思考和研究的.本文围绕学分制实行后给学生党建工作带来的"四难"以及如何应对提出了一些理论和实践的思考.     

论宗教对我国西北边疆安全的双重影响

宗教对国家安全和社会政治稳定所产生的影响主要表现在其所特有的功能上。一方面,当宗教与社会政治体系相一致时,它就能促使其社会成员共同意志、共同信念的形成,对国家安全和社会政治稳定起到明显的促进作用;另一方面,宗教作为一种文化现象,还是科学与非科学、理性与非理性、道德与非道德相对而言的复杂统一体,因此具有滞后性、敏感性、触发性,当它成为引发社会不稳定的"互动源"和"感染源"时,会对国家安全和社会政治稳定产生负面影响。     

The relation of social support, connectedness, and collective self-esteem to the psychological well-being of lesbian, gay, and bisexual youth

The present study extended the research on the mental health of lesbian, gay, and bisexual (LGB) youth by testing the relationship of social support, social connectedness, and collective self-esteem to psychological well-being in a sample of 218 LGB youth. Perceived social support significantly predicted psychological well-being subscales; social connectedness and collective self-esteem contributed significantly to the psychological well-being of the LGB participants when controlling for perceived social support. Age moderated the relations between several of the social and psychological well-being variables. Results of the study suggest that helping professionals working with LGB youth consider assessment of the youth's sense of connectedness to those around him/her and esteem related to LGB group membership in addition to assessing general social support.

从职业发展的角度来看,高考志愿专业的选择就是专业领域的选择,是学生职业生涯的起点。专业选择妥当与否,不仅影响学生的职业发展,还影响到高校生源的素质及社会对专业人才的需求。通过分析当前考生的专业选择行为,提出了合理选择专业的对策。     

Career Issues and Concerns for Persons Living With HIV/AIDS

As the perception of HIV/AIDS continues to shift from a terminal illness to a manageable disease, persons living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHAs) are able to reenter the workforce or remain in their current jobs for a longer period of time. Although this change is positive, it also raises many career concerns for PLWHAs. Using an ecological approach and the theory of work adjustment (Lofquist & Dawis, 1969, 1991), the authors provide suggestions for working with PLWHAs on career‐related issues. A case vignette is presented to demonstrate how this approach may be applied.
