This article is an exploration of family therapy in Australia based on interviews with seven leading Australian family therapists: Max Cornwell, Carolyn Quadrio, Ron Perry, Laurie MacKinnon, Brian Stagoll, Banu Moloney and Jim Crawley. It explores the attributes and qualities of what makes a good family therapist and seeks to understand how the next generation of therapists can generate a new enthusiasm for family therapy.

大学生学习缺乏主体参与性已成为人才培养的一大难题。多年的应试教育、高校体制约束和教师观念限制等方面是造成大学生学习缺乏主体参与性的主要因素。为此,应加强对主体性教育的认识,树立科学的人才观;建立“以学生为主体”的教学理念,改革课程设置和考试制度;激励教师搞好教学,以多方调动学生学习的主体参与性。

本文将推销人员的印象整饰置于大视野之下,认为应经由自内而外和自外而内两条途径进行,最终成就“诚之于中而形之于外”——达致内外和谐统一的整饰。文章对此作了理论和操作层面的探讨与阐述:内在途径是树立以推销对象为本、以使用价值为要的推销观和建构以予为取,予与欲同,显予之形,隐取之迹的取予观;并建立坚定的内在信念和进行持久的心理训练。外在途径是对自身视觉元素进行管理时,要以凭藉视觉传达、着眼掩瑕扬瑜、满足角色期望和谨守行礼如仪为管理理念;以仿象他人沟通方式,考虑推销对象背景,传递推销商品信息和呈示相关价值观念为配置策略。     

Exploring the Role of Being Out on a Queer Person's Self-Compassion

Recent changes in societal attitudes toward lesbian, gay, and bisexual identities have resulted in more people openly identifying with sexual minority status. Due to research on the effects of denying one's sexual orientation and the negative effects of this, many have advocated for more openness in queer sexual orientation. Compassion means connecting to the suffering of others not by avoiding their pain but instead by identifying it so that the feeling of kindness may emerge. Self-compassion, therefore, involves being touched by and open to one's own suffering, not avoiding or disconnecting from it, generating the desire to alleviate one's suffering and to heal oneself with kindness. The purpose of the research is to understand the impact that being out has on a queer person's self-compassion. The Self-Compassion Scale (SCS) is a 26-item, 5-point Likert measure, where a higher score equated to higher self-compassion and looked at how a person showed loving kindness to one's self through the six dimensions of self-compassion. The six dimensions of self-compassion are mindfulness, over-identification, self-kindness, self-judgment, common humanity, and isolation. Results showed that those who are totally out have a higher sense of self-compassion. Implications for practitioners working with the queer population are also discussed.     

Counselor Actions to Facilitate Client Change During Life-Design Counseling

The authors examined whether and how counselor interventions foster client change during life-design counseling (Savickas, 2015). Two counseling sessions were conducted. Interviews with the 2 clients and the counselor after each counseling session were done in accordance with interpersonal process recall (Larsen, Flesaker, & Stege, 2008). The results indicated a scheme of counselor interventions that corresponded to client change. Specifically, the counselor fostered client reflection and reflexivity by (a) exploring original constructions, (b) identifying problematic themes in the constructions, (c) interpreting those themes, (d) identifying and recording client change and reflection, (e) connecting the themes to current issues, (f) facilitating a process of critical review, and (g) facilitating the reconstruction process. The results add a counselor's perspective to the research on client change and suggest a study of cases facilitated by counselors with diverse styles and skills that could further identify links between client change and counselor intervention.

英汉语言结构差异分析

长期以来,尤其是《马氏文通》出版以来,很多学者倾向于把汉语和英语的语言结构进行对比研究,其结果是把汉语和英语的各级语言结构逐级对应起来,并在此基础上将西方语言理论牵强地应用于汉语的研究。对汉语和英语的语言结构进行较为细致的分析,指出其中的差异,希望能对以后的语言研究,尤其是针对汉语的研究有所帮助。     

阅读任务在二语词汇附带习得中的效果——ESP阅读的实证研究

基于Craik & Lockhart的深层加工层次理论（1972）及Schmidt的注意假说（1990）,试图进行一项实验,从而对比不同阅读目的和阅读任务对二语词汇附带习得的影响。以一篇石油英语为阅读材料,为受试者设计了4个不同的阅读任务和两个阅读目的。研究结果表明：受试者能够通过阅读ESP英语材料在特定的阅读目的下实现一定数量的词汇习得。     

公共部门危机学习动态过程及其系统要素研究

以公共部门为考察对象,采用文献分析与案例分析方法,从系统论角度构建了公共部门危机学习四阶段的持续动态过程模型:预警学习、事中学习、事后反思学习及建立知识库,提出了危机管理过程中以系统学习与知识库建立为主导的学习模式,界定了构成公共部门危机学习系统的四大要素,即组织特征、有效的学习模式、知识管理以及危机学习能力,从而为提高公共部门危机管理能力提供了理论与实践依据。
