试论主体间性的和谐伦理道德观

从主体性的基本思想出发，说明了主体间性在伦理道德观上强调人与人之间的和谐相处，论述了当前构建主体间性的伦理道德观有助于克服纯粹主体性思想带来的人与人之间关系的异化，对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。     

论高校人格教育与学生健康人格的培养

高校人格教育与学生健康人格培养是高校教育工作的重点和归宿。学校通过人格教育,有助于学生正确地认知自我、客观地评价自我、全面地发展自我。培养健康的人格是学生身心健康发展和成才的需要,也是我国高等教育发展的基本目标、我国现代化建设与构建和谐社会的需要。为此,必须明确教育内涵、创新教育方法、更新教育理念,推进高校人格教育与学生健康人格培养工作的顺利开展。     

Measuring temporal stability in regression models of population estimation

This paper introduces an empirical indicator designed to measure the temporal stability of regression models used to produce subnational population estimates. Analysis of 67 counties in Florida centers on 1970 total population estimates generated from ratio-correlation and difference-correlation models. Comparisons are made between eight different regression specifications and employ a quantitative measure of relative estimate accuracy. The major findings of this study are that (a) variable measurement and type are important determinants of estimate accuracy, and (b) although temporal stability of the coefficients impacts estimation errors, the influence is not as pervasive as is suggested in the literature.     

What do Potential Residents Need to Know about Assisted Living Facility Type? The Trade-off between Autonomy and Help with More Complex Needs

The current study surveyed 74 assisted living facilities to examine the effect of facility type on resident autonomy and the willingness of providers to admit residents requiring complex services. Facility types included adult family homes, residential care facilities, and traditional assisted living facilities. Adult family homes were more willing to admit residents with higher care needs. By contrast, assisted living facilities’ policies did not support the provision of intensive services, but their policies promoted higher resident autonomy, suggesting that consumers may have to choose between autonomy and help with complex needs when exploring assisted living for long-term care.

国家标准作为裁量基准,在具体行政行为中起着相当重要的作用。但国家标准属何种性质的规范,学术界尚无定论。本文从如下两方面进行了论述：就形式性判断标准而言,国家标准更接近于行政规范性文件（指所有行政机关制定的除行政立法（即行政法规、规章）以外的规范性文件。）;就实质性判断标准而言,强制性国家标准与法律规范（本文特指部门规章）无异,推荐性国家标准对行政主体和行政相对人表现出不同的法律属性。     

Provider dilemmas with relocation in assisted living: philosophy vs. practice

Support for increasing tenant frailty in assisted living (AL) is a complex and challenging issue. Philosophically, older persons, families, providers, and policymakers want to avoid unnecessary relocation. However, there is considerable opportunity for inconsistency in practice. We examined provider perspectives related to implementing aging-in-place, using information obtained from an evaluation of a three-year AL demonstration project in Illinois. We found differences in approaches to explicit move-out criteria, the actual application of move-out criteria, and provider willingness to develop flexible service plans. These findings raise questions for consideration in all states confronted with implementing the philosophy and intent of AL.
