The discussion of educational professionalization actually focuses on concepts of health promotion instead of disease prevention (e.g., Dauber und D?ring-Seipel, Salutogenese in Lehrberuf und Schule (SALUS), 2008). This paper follows the direction in presenting a method of promoting salutogenesis development (Antonovsky, Salutogenese. Zur Entmystifizierung der Gesundheit, 1997) by case reflections. These case reflections consist of a change of perspectives and of an approach of mental selfregulation called Introvision.     

Pädagogische Beratung und psychoedukatives Coaching

This article presents a teaching concept that lets students of the educational fields acquire counselling qualifications along with their curriculum. The importance of offering this course at the university of Hamburg, where a first test-run is conducted, is discussed. Further, the theoretical background, course contents and structures of the planned addition qualification “educational counselling and psycho-educative coaching” are shown. Finally, the current implementation and its progression is described together with an accompanying survey.     

Entwicklung eines Programms zur kollegialen Introvisions-Supervision (KIS) für inner- und außerschulische Handlungsfelder

This article presents a new program of collegial supervision called ‘Collegial Introvision-Supervision’ (KIS). This phased program is based upon different concepts of collegial supervision (Pallasch, 1996; Spiess, 1996; Voss, 1996) and in particular on concepts of the TZI group supervision (Meister, 1996). The theoretical development is based on the ‘Integrative Introvision-Councelling’ and the practical foundation builds upon numerous supervision experiences of the author as well as upon tests in two projects of the professional education of teachers and social workers. A substantial aim of this new program is to find a procedure that optimises the perception of the factors taking part in the educational situation in order to make, based on that new perception, a new situational processing possible which allows a more appropriate educational reaction. The core of this change of perception is to reduce biographically caused aspects of a stress-generating estimation of the situation and to establish a calmer educational-acting mode.     

Coaching in Introvision für weibliche Nachwuchsführungskr?fte: Erste Ergebnisse

Besides external factors certain thoughts and emotions also constitute a difficulty for women??s career advancement competence. How these thoughts form mental blockades when clumping together and how they limit women??s freedom of action and career advancement is illustrated by the research study ??mental blockades??. This study was part of the integrated research project ??Aufstiegskompetenz von Frauen??Entwicklungspotenziale und Hindernisse??. The results show that mental blockades of female executives can be reduced with the help of introvision coaching.     

Achtsamkeit in der Beratung

In a theoretical analysis, the parallels of mindfulness in Buddhism, western philosophies and psychological research have been investigated and the common dimensions summarised. The basic aim of the empirical analysis was to find out which of these dimensions are part of the work of counselors who don’t work explicitly with mindfulness based techniques. Beyond that, conclusions have been drawn regarding ways in which mindfulness methods could be brought into more traditional counseling. Key examples chosen for this analysis are Introvision, Gestaltherapy and Systemic Counseling. Problem-centered Interviews with five counselors have been conducted and afterwards evaluated with the qualitative content analysis by Mayring (Qualitative Inhaltsanalyse. Grundlagen und Techniken, Weinheim, Beltz, 2008). The results show that particular dimensions of mindfulness can also be found in counselings that are not explicitly mindfulness based.
