用科学发展观指导新时期机关党建工作

党的十七大报告对科学发展观的时代背景、科学内涵和精神实质进行了深刻阐述,对贯彻落实科学发展观提出了明确要求.科学发展观不仅对我国经济增长、政治进步、文化繁荣、社会和谐有巨大的指导作用,而且对加强党的自身建设具有重大的现实意义.     

严重精神障碍住院患者糖尿病患病情况及干预策略

我国对严重精神障碍管理取得了瞩目成就,但鲜有严重精神障碍合并糖尿病风险关注的研究报告。国外研究表明,糖尿病风险在严重精神障碍患者中增加的比例最高,对这部分人群的血糖控制已成为新的工作和研究方向。研究发现,南京市江宁区第二人民医院住院的严重精神障碍患者中,糖尿病检出率为20.1%,精神疾病类型、年龄、病程、性别、婚姻状况等是共患糖尿病的重要因素。呼吁应尽快开展住院精神疾病患者的糖尿病筛查,探析可能的影响因素, 并及时开展循证研究,关注患者情绪,提高其运动水平,以控制血糖,降低糖尿病患病风险。     

国民政府在第三次康藏纠纷中的治藏之策

民国时期的第三次康藏纠纷由国民政府主持调解,反映了国民政府对康区和西藏的统属关系。由于康藏纠纷的复杂性,国民政府在处理过程中的措施和原则,实际上是国民政府的治藏政策的综合反映。研究这一历史事件,有助于认识近代中国治理西藏的历史事实。     

Foreign-born emigration: A new approach and estimates based on matched CPS files

The utility of postcensal population estimates depends on the adequate measurement of four major components of demographic change: fertility, mortality, immigration, and emigration. Of the four components, emigration, especially of the foreign-born, has proved the most difficult to gauge. Without "direct" methods (i.e., methods identifying who emigrates and when), demographers have relied on indirect approaches, such as residual methods. Residual estimates, however are sensitive to inaccuracies in their constituent parts and are particularly ill-suited for measuring the emigration of recent arrivals. Here we introduce a new method for estimating foreign-born emigration that takes advantage of the sample design of the Current Population Survey (CPS): repeated interviews of persons in the same housing units over a period of 16 months. Individuals appearing in a first March Supplement to the CPS but not the next include those who died in the intervening year, those who moved within the country, and those who emigrated. We use statistical methods to estimate the proportion of emigrants among those not present in the follow-up interview. Our method produces emigration estimates that are comparable to those from residual methods in the case of longer-term residents (immigrants who arrived more than 10 years ago), but yields higher--and what appear to be more accurate--estimates for recent arrivals. Although somewhat constrained by sample size, we also generate estimates by age, sex, region of birth, and duration of residence in the United States.

保护女性性受害者应注意的几个问题

遭受性侵害的女性,其巨大的痛苦往往不仅仅来自直接的性侵害行为所造成的身体伤害本身,而且还来自侦查和诉讼过程中对女性人格权、隐私权的第二次侵害。文章就许多媒体纷纷报道的某地警方为抓获犯罪嫌疑人而设计“二次强奸”的抓捕方案,让被害人再次受辱一案为背景,论述了刑事警察在侦破女性性受害案中应注意的几个问题：要充分认识性侵害案的严重性及其特点;树立科学、人性的侦查理念;要及时立案和安抚受害人;在侦查过程中要注意对女性性受害人的保护;加大宣传力度和提高破案技术。     

胡适的文学自然进化论

胡适文学革命思想的核心是文学的进化论。胡适认为文学像生物进化一样有自然演变进化的过程,因而不同的时代必定有不同的文学。文学的演变进化有两条规律:一是文学的自然进化,一是文学的接触进化。文学自然趋势的逐渐实现便是文学的自然进化。白话文学是文言文学自然进化的结果。在文学的自然进化过程中,文学的内容是随着时代的不同而必定自然的演化,而内容的自然演进必定影响形式的自然进化,所以一个时代有一个时代的文学。在文学自然进化的过程中,有时也需要人力的督促才能加快文学的自然演进,人力的督促便是文学革命。     

大数据背景下线上商品价格变动对CPI的影响

文章利用2011年2月至2015年9月阿里巴巴研究院公布的网络零售价格(ASPI)指数及其各分类商品价格指数与国家统计局公布的CPI历史数据分别作为线上、线下一般商品价格变动的代理变量,在协整检验的基础上采用向量误差修正模型对线上、线下商品价格变动的关联关系进行了定量分析,并对构成ASPI的各分项商品价格指数与CPI之间的关系进行了分析.研究表明:在误差修正机制的作用下,线上、线下商品价格之间存在稳定均衡的关系.     

What Helped Nonprofits Weather the Great Recession?

This study examined the effectiveness of several financial strategies for nonprofit organizations in fighting the Great Recession. Using data from human services and community improvement organizations in the state of New Jersey, we tested hypotheses about the relationships between three measures of financial sustainability and various fundraising efforts and financial indicators. We found that (1) except for strong external funding relationships, funding efforts were generally not effective in enhancing financial sustainability during the crisis; (2) higher operating margin and equity ratio improved an organization's ability to generate revenue and maintain expense levels, but higher debt ratio and administrative cost ratio were generally harmful; and (3) revenue diversification might aggravate fiscal stress and cause more expense cuts in a severe crisis. These findings improve our understanding of the mechanics of nonprofit management during times of harsh fiscal conditions and suggest useful ways for nonprofit organizations to navigate future financial crises.     

大学生创业恐惧心理现状及对策

大学生对待创业的态度是积极的,但是大多数学生没有进行创业实践。创业恐惧心理已经成为阻碍大学生进行自主创业实践的重要因素。大学生创业成功率低、缺乏对自身创业能力的客观评估、缺少有效的创业支持系统和缺失宽松的创业环境等原因导致了大学生创业恐惧心理的产生。高校要以培育创新创业精神为理念,实施大学生创业教育;通过鼓励大学生参与创业计划大赛,积累实战经验。社会要以政府社会力量为依托,建立大学生创业保障体系;建立进取包容的创业文化,优化大学生创业环境。
