论袁枚诗歌的民主意识

袁枚生活的乾嘉时期 ,民主意识随着资本主义因素的增长而有所发展 ,袁枚在他的诗歌理论和创作中突出地表现了这种可贵的民主意识。这主要体现在五个方面 :对儒学及其传统的叛逆 ;反对等级特权 ,提倡平等 ,尊重女性 ;批判封建礼教 ,大胆表现男女之情 ;“唯我是适” ,追求精神自由与个性解放 ;“不讳好财” ,“九州添设富民侯”的金钱观念。它们代表着袁枚“性灵”诗歌所独有的思想价值。     

Effect of cigarette smoking on sexual functions,psychological factors,and disease activity in male patients with ankylosing spondylitis

Objective: This study aims to investigate the effect of smoking on sexual functions in AS patients.

Patients and methods: A total of 67 male AS patients with a median age of 34 years (range: 18–57) reporting sexual activity at least for the past 4 weeks period were included. Patients were divided into smokers (Group 1, n?=?47) and non-smokers (Group 2, n?=?20). Fagerström test for nicotine dependence, smoking history, exhaled carbon monoxide test were recorded for smoking AS patients. Visual analogue scale (VAS), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index (BASMI), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI), Ankylosing Spondylitis Quality of Life (ASQoL), International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) were filled for both groups.

Results: There was no significant difference between smokers and non-smokers in all evaluation parameters. BASMI scores were significantly lower in the mild dependency subgroup as compared to those with moderate or severe dependency (p?=?.005 and p?=?.007, respectively). Total IIEF score and IIEF categories correlated significantly with BASDAI, BASFI, BASMI, ASQoL, pain, fatigue, and cumulative smoking. BDI showed an inverse correlation with the IIEF score and IIEF category (p?r?=?–0.520, p?r?=?–0.508, respectively).

Conclusions: Sexual function in AS patients is associated with the pain, fatigue, disease activity, functional status, quality of life, depression as well as the cumulative exposure to smoking, and that sexual functions tend to decline with increasing degree of cigarette dependency.     

The effects of perceived quality of organizationally provided meal service on employees’ job performance and mediating role of organizational identification

Contemporary managers are developing alternative ways to sustain their competitive advantages. Motivation-enhancing features such as high-quality meal service provided by organizations can be thought of as one of these methods. The effect of the perceived quality of meal service provided by organizations on the job performance of employees and the mediating role of organizational identification during this process is studied. Private security-sector employees working in Turkey (N?=?597) are being focused in this study. As a result of analyses (correlation and regression analyses, structural equation model), the authors find that the perceived quality of meal service provided by organizations improves employees’ job performance significantly and organizational identification has a partial mediating role on this association. The findings of this study will be of interest to key stakeholders such as public or private organizations, labor unions and the media.

在研究茶陵和前七子派关系时,近人陈田提出了很有影响的“坛坫下移郎署”说。而之前的明清人则认为两派或是前后相承,或是前正后邪。追索康海父亲墓文写作这一标志性分裂事件,从写作权利“旧例”的被颠覆和前七子派记述者的预设叙事逻辑,可见其实质是争夺世俗文章的书写权利,并影响了中晚明的文学下移大势。然面对前七子的系列“进攻”,茶陵派则多是“虚应”和“暗战”。这与前七子出于茶陵派有关,更与流派论争并不一定流于现实斗争的表现特点有关。     

An online copy number variant detection method for short sequencing reads

The availability of the next generation sequencing (NGS) technology in today's biomedical research has provided new opportunities in scientific discovery of genetic information. The high-throughput NGS technology, especially DNA-seq, is particularly useful in profiling a genome for the analysis of DNA copy number variants (CNVs). The read count (RC) data resulting from NGS technology are massive and information rich. How to exploit the RC data for accurate CNV detection has become a computational and statistical challenge. We provide a statistical online change point method to help detect CNVs in the sequencing RC data in this paper. This method uses the idea of online searching for change point (or breakpoint) with a Markov chain assumption on the breakpoints loci and an iterative computing process via a Bayesian framework. We illustrate that an online change-point detection method is particularly suitable for identifying CNVs in the RC data. The algorithm is applied to the publicly available NCI-H2347 lung cancer cell line sequencing reads data for locating the breakpoints. Extensive simulation studies have been carried out and results show the good behavior of the proposed algorithm. The algorithm is implemented in R and the codes are available upon request.     

中华书局版《元稹集》存在的八个主要问题略说

中华书局 1982年出版的冀勤点校的《元稹集》 ,是 2 0世纪惟一的点校本 ,但是这个点校本却存在较多的不足之处 :一是录校不精 ,二是误校太多 ,三是失校太多 ,四是对前人成果的借鉴不够合理、充分 ,五是轻率校改 ,六是误收与误补 ,七是标点失误 ,八是未能广参异本。为此我们对《元稹集》应有一个基本正确的认识 ,以便日后谨慎正确的利用 ,并藉此为以后重新整理《元稹集》获得些微的经验教训     

The Value of Safety as Revealed in the Swedish Car Market: An Application of the Hedonic Pricing Approach

In this article the hedonic regression technique is used to estimate the value of traffic safety, using information from the Swedish market for automobiles. The results from the study show that the market price of an automobile is negatively correlated with its inherent risk level, i.e. Swedish car consumers pay a safety premium for safer cars. In comparison to previous Swedish stated-preference studies, this study reveals a lower willingness to pay for additional car safety, which might be a result of the interaction between government interventions and individual self-insurance and self-protection.JEL Classification: C51, D61, J28
