浅谈大学生就业观与就业指导

通过对大学生就业现状的调查 ,归纳、概括了大学生的主要就业趋向及其产生原因 ,分析了当前大学生的就业观、就业心理以及就业过程中呈现出的特点 ;应采取切实可行的措施 ,有针对性地开展就业指导 ,以不断提高大学生就业率 ,促进高校的稳定和发展     

国有专业外贸公司持续发展的思考

我国取消了原来对进出口经营资格实行的审批制度, 改为实行登记和核准制。本文分析了这一改革给国有专业外贸公司带来的不利影响以及目前公司自身存在的主要问题, 并提出了国有专业外贸公司持续发展的应对措施     

国外创意产业发展对我国的启示

创意经济占全球GDP的7%.每天生产的价值达220亿美元,并以每年5%的速度快速增长.创意产业的知识密集型、高附加值、高整合性,对于提升我国产业发展水平,优化产业结构具有不可低估的作用.中国创意产业的发展已具备一定的基础,有着良好的势头,但仍然存在着众多的困难与问题.

Family structure and child outcomes in the USA and Sweden

Previous research shows that living in a non-intact family is associated with educational disadvantages. This paper compares the relationships between childhood family structure, schooling, and earnings in Sweden and the USA. This comparison is interesting because both family structure and public policies differ significantly. We find a negative relationship between living in a non-intact family and child outcomes, and the estimates are remarkably similar in both countries. After using sibling-difference models, the correlation with family structure is no longer significant. These results cast doubt on the causal interpretation of the negative relationship between non-intact family structures and child outcomes.     

Adult daughter aging mother relationship over the life cycle: The Turkish case

Effects of mothers and daughters life cycle changes on mother–daughter relationships in the present study. The life cycle transitions focused on in this study are daughters' marriage and parenthood and mothers' widowhood and declining health. In-depth interviews were conducted with thirty Turkish adult daughter–aging mother pairs. Analyses of interviews with mothers and daughters revealed that age related changes reported by Turkish mothers and daughters were similar to those reported by western participants. Mother–daughter relationships were transformed when daughters got married, had children, and when mothers became widows. Relationships generally improved over the life cycle. Shared sense of femaleness increased and was reinforced by daughters' experience of wife and mother roles and resulted in greater empathy for mothers. Mothers' widowhood and declining health were associated with role reversal. Certain culture specific themes emerged. These were transfer of the responsibility for the daughter's honor from the family to the husband, stress on filial obligations, view of care giving and care taking as cyclic over the life cycle, explanations of conflicts by external norms and/or circumstances, association of women with places and/or relationships. Ambivalence voiced by daughters was interpreted as renegotiation of roles within a society in transition from traditional to more individualist norms.     

Not All Laws are Created Equal: Legal Differences in State Non-Discrimination Laws and the Impact of LGBT Employment Protections

In this paper, I study the impact of legal differences in state employment nondiscrimination acts (ENDAs) for gay men and lesbian women on labor market outcomes. Employing a DDD approach, I show that enacting an employment non-discrimination act is associated with increased wages of gay men and decreased employment of lesbian women. If all employment non-discrimination acts are treated as identical, these laws increased the hourly wages of gay men by 2.7% and decreased the employment of lesbian women by 1.7% and their hours worked by 0.7 hours. The results show that the strength of the law can result in heteroge-neous effects of the laws for gay men, but not for lesbian women. ENDAs with both punitive and compensatory damage provisions resulted in smaller wage increases for gay men than ENDAs with only compensatory damage provisions. ENDAs with longer statutes of limitations for complaints increased the employment of gay men, whereas laws with shorter statutes of limitations decreased employment. Based on the estimates from the state-level employment non-discrimination acts, I argue that extending federal protections under Title VII would lead to a small increase in the wages of gay men, but would significantly reduce the employment of lesbian women.

完善维护国家经济安全的制度和机制框架

国家经济安全问题具有国家性、根本性、广泛性、战略性、整体性、国别性、强调危机管理等七大特征。一个国家要维护自己的经济安全 ,通常必须建立七大制度或机制 ,即建立民主、科学的国家经济安全决策制度 ,建立重大国家行为、政府行为、企业行为的经济安全影响审议制度 ,建立关键战略资源的战略储备制度 ,建立敏感产品的基本自给体系 ,建立敏感产业准入制度 ,建立国家经济安全态势监测预警机制 ,建立事关国家经济安全的重大冲突处置机制。     

中国新闻学与传播学研究概况分析——基于CSSCI分析

文章利用CSSCI数据对中国新闻学与传播学领域的研究状况进行了多角度、全方位分析评价,从论文的引用数量分析学科研究水平的提高,从引文类型考察学科视野的拓展,从引文文种分析本学科对国外成果的吸收情况,还对各类基金资助项目论文进行了分析.除此以外,论文还统计分析了对中国新闻学与传播学研究领域产生重要影响的论文与著作.
