The Influence of Human Capital Structure on Economic Growth in Northwest China

To the problem brought that human capital is measured only by the level of education during the study of human capital to north west China, through the introduction of entrepreneurial human capital,this paper builds human capital structure model,substituting the human capital structure model to the human capital externality model,and analyses the model,then making comparison with previous studies of human capital externality model.The results show after the introduction of entrepreneurial human capital effect on economic growth reduces,and in human capital structure,skillful human capital effect on economic growth is far greater than entrepreneurial human capital’s,and entrepreneurial human capital inhibits the effect of skillful human capital on economic growth.

原初社会由于生产力的极度低下,人类为了自身的存续必须形成众生之俭;奴隶、封建社会反映等级制的礼义之俭是维护阶级统治的;资本主义社会早期的禁欲积财之克俭对资本主义的生产的起动起到了巨大的推动作用;而当资本主义社会发展到消费社会的经济形态时,为了缓解代际之间、人与自然之间的矛盾,为了缓和生产和消费之间的矛盾,适度节俭将是我们对消费伦理的明智选择,节俭精神应与时俱进。     

甲苯二异氰酸酯交联聚乙烯醇类环保粘合剂

采用正交实验法探讨在水基中甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)交联聚乙烯醇(PVA)的反应.结果表明少量TDI的加入,较大程度地提高PVA胶水的粘结性能和耐水性能.同时还探讨了PVA的含量、TDI的加入量、催化剂-X和交联反应的温度等对该粘合剂性能的影响.从反应原理和反应后游离TDI的量的检测结果说明其对环境和人体健康无明显影响.
