论抗战大后方文艺座谈会的阶段性、独特性和运作机制

文艺座谈会是现代中国文学生产中的重要现象。全面抗战以来的文艺座谈会可将重要性作为量度进行阶段划分,各阶段的起承转合与政治话语的介入密切关联。大后方文艺座谈会的阶段性形态伴随着文艺通俗化运动的起落、旧文艺与新文艺的此消彼长,体现出介入现实、参与抗战、改造文艺的雄心和魄力。大后方文艺座谈会立足于战时国家层面发出文艺之声,其鲜明的议题意识体现出左右文艺进程的倾向,某些议题成为延安文艺座谈会的前奏,具有独特的价值和意义。大后方文艺座谈会依托文化团体及其刊物召开,具有一定的文学派性倾向,会期的不确定性和气氛的民主性为文学话语生产提供了较为自由的空间。     

农村民事执行难成因分析——兼论私力救济的可行性

文章探讨了我国农村民事执行难的深层次原因,分析了将私力救济作为公力救济的补充来解决这一难题的可行性,以期为解决当前我国农村执行难问题提供一种新的思路。

The Role of Parentification and Family Climate in Adaptation Among Immigrant Adolescents in Israel

Parentification has been defined as the familial interactional pattern in which children and adolescents are assigned or assume roles and responsibilities normally the province of adults. Two studies were conducted to examine the role that parentification takes in the context of immigration with regard to its impact on adolescent adaptation. In study 1, a comparison between 70 adolescent immigrants from the Former Soviet Union (FSU) in Israel with 70 nonimmigrant Israeli adolescents showed higher levels of spousal role taking among the immigrant adolescents. In the case of the immigrants, spousal role taking was seen to involve positive relationships with both parents (as opposed to with only one for the nonimmigrants) and to be associated with better coping with stressful events. In study 2, the association between the incidence of parentification and family climates was explored among 123 adolescent immigrants from the FSU in Israel. Of the three climates found, the optimal cohesive independence‐oriented family climate showed a higher incidence of parentification (parental role taking, spousal role taking, parental role for siblings, and nonspecific adult role taking) as opposed to within the unstructured‐conflict‐oriented and control‐oriented family climates. These results seem to strengthen the position that optimal adolescent development following immigration involves a combination of enhanced familial relatedness and assumption of responsibility within a climate that allows age‐appropriate autonomy.

马来班顿体和土生华人班顿体比兴中的自然物象

对某些学者而言,马来班顿体也许是马来世界和马来灵魂的完美镜像。班顿体是一种口头文学,它扎根于许多不同的族群中,通过口头方式代代相传。本文的研究焦点是马来和马来西亚土生华人班顿体,其中有些文本直接录自马六甲和新加坡的口述者,分析的重点是马来班顿体首联中对自然的偏爱是如何在土生华人班顿体中得到强调的。此外,强调自然比兴的这种手法是马来班顿体和土生华人班顿体冲突后产生的“镜像效应”。这两种班顿体中反复出现的自然景象强调了当时与之紧密相关的日常生活,同时也形成了班顿体独特的审美性。

Adaptive power priors with empirical Bayes for clinical trials

Incorporating historical information into the design and analysis of a new clinical trial has been the subject of much discussion as a way to increase the feasibility of trials in situations where patients are difficult to recruit. The best method to include this data is not yet clear, especially in the case when few historical studies are available. This paper looks at the power prior technique afresh in a binomial setting and examines some previously unexamined properties, such as Box P values, bias, and coverage. Additionally, it proposes an empirical Bayes‐type approach to estimating the prior weight parameter by marginal likelihood. This estimate has advantages over previously criticised methods in that it varies commensurably with differences in the historical and current data and can choose weights near 1 when the data are similar enough. Fully Bayesian approaches are also considered. An analysis of the operating characteristics shows that the adaptive methods work well and that the various approaches have different strengths and weaknesses.
