面向异地协同工作的航空武器装备研制项目管理结构模型研究

根据航空武器装备研制项目的异地协同工作方式对项目管理提出的新要求,通过分析航空武器装备研制项目管理活动中的各种内在规律和相互依赖关系,提出了面向异地协同工作的项目管理结构模型,并对模型结构进行了详细分析,该模型能够很好的适应航空武器装备研制异地协同工作项目管理的需要.     

Inverse Regression in Binary Response LDV Model

Sliced inverse regression, a link-free and distribution-free method, is applied to binary response limited dependent variable models. An inverse regression property of binary response LDV model is found. Based on this property, if the distributions of X _j (j = 1, 2,…, p) satisfy the linearity condition, then β can be estimated up to a positive multiplicative scalar without any assumptions on the distribution of error ε. Moreover, the estimator can be proved to be asymptotically normal based on which testing hypotheses are considered. Simulations results are reported.     

村规民约的效力基础与国家法的契合

内生于乡土社会的村规民约经历了从传统到现代的创造性演进过程,在乡村治理中发挥着重要的秩序整合作用。近代以来,乡土社会的剧烈变革不断解构着村规民约的社会权力基础,国家权力向乡村地域的下沉不断冲击着村规民约的生存空间,村规民约面临着巨大的发展困境。这时,能够契合现代乡村公共精神和“乡民社会”向“市民社会”转型期的契约性权力便进入了视野,这种基于同意而形成的社会权力作为村规民约的效力基础最具理性和持久力。契约性权力为村规民约提供了权力支持,有利于实现村规民约与国家法在共生共存基础上的有机契合。     

ST公司主动戴帽和市场操纵行为研究

中国从1998年开始对连续亏损2年的上市公司实施特别处理 (ST)制度,由于ST公司具有在戴帽时股价下跌而在摘帽时股价上涨的一般规律,是否会有部分公司利用ST制度及其股价规律主动戴帽以谋取超额收益受到学者关注。采用2001年至2012年戴帽的公司的财务数据和股价数据,运用非预期应计利润法和事件研究法,探讨是否存在部分公司通过主动ST获取超额收益的行为。定义并识别一类利用盈余管理调减可操控性应计利润而主动ST的公司为主动戴帽公司(样本组),采用事件研究法对样本组的超额收益率进行分析。研究结果表明,样本组公司存在显著负超额收益率,在摘帽时则存在显著正超额收益率。在整个戴帽期间,样本组公司平均累计超额收益率显著为正,说明样本组公司确实有通过主动戴帽行为操纵市场以获取超额收益的动机。研究结果不仅丰富了已有的公司金融和财务管理研究,也为监管部门填补政策漏洞提供了新的视角。     

Extending Save and PHD

SAVE and PHD are effective methods in dimension reduction problems. Both methods are based on two assumptions: linearity condition and constant covariance condition. But in the situation where constant covariance condition fails, even if linearity condition holds, SAVE and PHD often pick the directions which are out side of the central subspace (CS) or central mean subspace (CMS). In this article, we generalize the SAVE and PHD under weaker conditions. This generalization make it possible to get the correct estimates of central subspace (CS) and central mean subspace (CMS).     

贵州民族学院木球队体能训练方法浅谈

2009年4月贵州民族学院成立了木球运动训练队,在初建队的时期发现队员的体能存在着严重的不足。为了解决好体能不足的问题,我们针对性的制定了一套提高体能的训练计划和方法。通过对不同时期的训练成绩进行对比,验证了该训练计划是科学合理的,对贵州民族学院木球运动训练队的训练成绩的提高有着积极的作用。     

A NEW CONFIDENCE BAND FOR CONTINUOUS CUMULATIVE DISTRIBUTION FUNCTIONS

We consider confidence bands for continuous distribution functions. Following a review of the literature we find that previously considered confidence bands, which have exact coverage, are all step-functions jumping only at the sample points. We find that the step-function bands can be constructed through rectangular tolerance regions for an ordered sample from the uniform distribution R(0, 1). We then construct a set of new bands. Two criteria for assessing confidence bands are presented. One is the power criterion, and the other is the average-width criterion that we propose. Numerical comparisons between our new bands and the old bands are carried out, and show that our new bands perform much better than the old ones.     

中国省会城市人口生活质量评价研究

文章在借鉴西方发达国家对城市人口生活质量研究的基础上,依据中国的实际,创建生活质量评价指标体系,并对中国31个省会城市人口生活质量进行综合评价排序和等级划分。通过排序和等级划分可以看出,城市人口生活质量的优劣,与城市规模成正相关。随着社会的发展及城市人口素质的不断提高,对城市生活质量的要求也在逐渐发生着变化。     

Admissibility of Linear Predictors in the Superpopulation Model with Respect to Inequality Constraints under Matrix Loss Function

Admissibility of linear predictors for the linear quantity Qy is investigated in a superpopulation model with respect to some inequality constraints. Necessary and sufficient conditions for a linear predictor to be admissible in the class of homogeneous linear predictors and the class of inhomogeneous linear predictors are obtained, respectively, under matrix loss function.
