钱穆史学思想有几个特点:一是学术研究的创新性,主要表现在中国传统政治非专制论、中国传统社会非封建论、“史心“论、“古史层累地遗失“论。二是“以天下为己任,经国济世“的精神。三是对中国传统文化的深厚感情,在此基础上提出了“文化史观“、“生命史观“、“变化史观“、通史观念等理论。     

HR systems and leadership attachment affecting idea generation and implementation: An experiment and two-source multi-level study

This paper focuses on the direct and interactive influence of leadership attachment styles (secure, anxious, and avoidant) and commitment HR system on two distinct stages of the individual innovation process—idea generation and implementation. We test our hypotheses in two studies. An experimental study of undergraduate students establishes a positive effect of secure attachment on idea implementation. The interplay between commitment HR system and avoidant attachment marginally predict idea generation; commitment HR system and neither secure nor anxious attachment predict implementation. A multisource multi-level field study in three EU-based private firms replicates the direct role of commitment HR system in stimulating idea implementation (but not generation) and suggests that secure attachment fosters both generation and implementation, whereas anxious attachment hinders both. Moderation analyses support only a marginal interaction between commitment HR system and secure attachment in fostering idea generation. We discuss theoretical, practical, and future research implications.

从认知科学看老子思维的创造性

以老子为代表的先秦道家思想是具有原创性的思想,这充分体现在老子的思维过程中,老子的思维过程整合了感知思维、形象思维、抽象思维、直觉思维等人类思维的主要形态,在解决天道和人道的关系问题中具有发散性和具合性特点,道法自然观念是老子创造性思维最集中体现,它将老子甚至整个道家思想引向深入.     

Leadership,creativity, and innovation: A critical review and practical recommendations

Leadership is a key predictor of employee, team, and organizational creativity and innovation. Research in this area holds great promise for the development of intriguing theory and impactful policy implications, but only if empirical studies are conducted rigorously. In the current paper, we report a comprehensive review of a large number of empirical studies (N?=?195) exploring leadership and workplace creativity and innovation. Using this article cache, we conducted a number of systematic analyses and built narrative arguments documenting observed trends in five areas. First, we review and offer improved definitions of creativity and innovation. Second, we conduct a systematic review of the main effects of leadership upon creativity and innovation and the variables assumed to moderate these effects. Third, we conduct a systematic review of mediating variables. Fourth, we examine whether the study designs commonly employed are suitable to estimate the causal models central to the field. Fifth, we conduct a critical review of the creativity and innovation measures used, noting that most are sub-optimal. Within these sections, we present a number of taxonomies that organize extant research, highlight understudied areas, and serve as a guide for future variable selection. We conclude by highlighting key suggestions for future research that we hope will reorient the field and improve the rigour of future research such that we can build more reliable and useful theories and policy recommendations.     

对马克思主义劳动价值论的研究和认识应当与时俱进 ——兼谈社会主义财富论

马克思的劳动价值论是在对工业化初期的资本主义英国进行批判分析过程中建立起来的,同我们的社会主义现实生活之间存在着严重的脱节甚至抵触.深化对马克思主义劳动价值论的研究和认识,应不拘泥于理论教条,而应当与时俱进,进行理论创新,建立符合客观实际的社会主义财富论,这不会导致对整个马克思经济学的否定.     

地方院校人才培养中若干问题的调查研究

高等教育的国际化和大众化,既给地方高校带来了机遇,也带来了挑战,其中最突出的就是人才培养问题。如何培养和造就具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质人才,是地方院校亟待解决的重要课题。以我校调查问卷结果为切入点,力求理清目前地方院校人才培养的困境,进而提出合理的对策与建议。
