何仙姑传说最初是3个地方民间传说,内丹道为建构吕洞宾的宗教圣者传说对它们进行了整合,确立了何仙姑在仙传体系中的谱系和地位;民间宗教利用何仙姑的影响宣扬其宗教教义,确立了何仙姑的宗教圣者形象;民间艺人则借何仙姑传说宣讲民众的世俗欲求,淡化了其中的宗教色彩。

Current Constraints and Future Directions for Risk Adapted Land-Use Planning Practices in the High-Density Asian Setting of Ho Chi Minh City

The need to integrate adaptation efforts into land-use planning policies has been only recently recognized in Ho Chi Minh City. The city's latest planning guidance addresses both flooding resilience and mitigation of urban heat. This paper outlines the development contexts and the current barriers for adapted land-use planning within the city. The key challenge for land-use planning is communicating the important functions and services of open and natural urban spaces and effectively guiding the mainly individual developer-driven development. As the realization of non-structural adaptation measures is in strong contrast to the current market-driven private and short-term developer interests, the main development trajectories are questioned and synergies identified.     

盛宣怀档案：有关“义和团运动”的德国文献

就《义和团运动——盛宣怀档案资料选辑之七》中的2044份电文及函稿有关德国文献,诠释德国在义和团期间与此相关的“东南互保”、清朝封疆大吏们的对德观,以及英、美、俄等国在此期间对德的种种看法,并予以研究。这些未刊的文献资料,对于学术界加深对20世纪之交发生的震惊中外的义和团运动的研究,尤其是德国在这期间的表现,具有一定的促进作用。     

和成钱庄的现代化变革

和成钱庄作为一个旧式金融机构，1934年5月在重庆正式开业，为扩大业务范围，1937年5月决定改组银行，改组是其向现代化转型的标志，1938年1月正式改组，完成了向现代化金融机构的过渡。通过对抗战前夕和成钱庄创立与发展概况的梳理，分析其直到1938年才正式改组成银行的原因，分享和成钱庄现代化变革的特点，以期对现代金融业提供借鉴。     

‘There is Nothing that is Difficult’: History and Hardship on and after the Ho Chi Minh Trail in North Vietnam

The North Vietnamese Army considered the Ho Chi Minh Trail a key part of their victory during the Vietnam War against the United States. The trail was often defended by encouraging large numbers of lowland Vietnamese villagers to show their patriotism by moving to the uplands. Ho Chi Minh himself said of the enormous task of making the trail, ‘There is nothing that is difficult’. Based on fieldwork in Ha Tinh province, where the trail began, this paper addresses what happened after the war to the many migrants who had moved to defend and support the trail. After 1975, many families had expected increased government support as a thank you for their tremendous patriotism and sacrifice during the war. Instead, they became gradually disillusioned with collective farming, and later with the retreat of state services, and incidences of social protest and discontent have been increasingly clamorous in the post-war era.

许筠(1569—1618),李朝中期著名文学家、思想家。他的《思旧赋》模拟向秀原题作品,情感基调、表现手法、艺术风格基本相同,然而两赋意旨迥异。许赋直抒胸中愤懑之情,表达了由仕而隐,与统治者彻底决裂的人生态度,实是"借他人之酒杯,浇自己之垒块"。

近代之初,梁启超的＂新民思想＂对韩国爱国启蒙志士们的影响最为引人瞩目。梁启超在社会进化论思想的基础上,为了摆脱国民的＂愚民性＂和＂奴隶性＂,提出了＂新民说＂。培养＂新民＂同等于培养国家的势力,而培养＂新民＂正是当时梁启超创作文学的目的之一,梁启超的《新民说》对申采浩的《二十世纪新国民》影响甚大,梁启超的＂新民＂思想对近代韩国文人产生了广泛影响。
