Optimal acceptance sampling for modules F and F1 of the European Measuring Instruments Directive

ABSTRACT

Acceptance sampling plans offered by ISO 2859-1 are far from optimal under the conditions for statistical verification in modules F and F1 as prescribed by Annex II of the Measuring Instruments Directive (MID) 2014/32/EU, resulting in sample sizes that are larger than necessary. An optimised single-sampling scheme is derived, both for large lots using the binomial distribution and for finite-sized lots using the exact hypergeometric distribution, resulting in smaller sample sizes that are economically more efficient while offering the full statistical protection required by the MID.

本文试图以一种崭新的非均衡的供给与需求、成本与收入双重属性的市场交换概念,重新阐释市场交换问题。两个人在竞争市场上相互交换的两种不同商品,既是自己的供给商品,即自己生产、拥有、卖出的商品,又是对方的需求商品,即对方用供给商品买回的满足自己需要的商品,两个交换商品具有供给与需求双重属性,这种属性说明用什么交换什么;供给商品生产和交换消耗的费用称谓供给成本,简称成本,用成本买回的需求商品称谓需求收入,简称收入,两个成本交换后变成了两个收入,成本与收入也有双重属性,这种属性说明两种交换商品用多少成本换回多少收入。市场交换就是用供给交换需求,用成本交换收入,追逐收入大于成本的利润,避免收入小于成本的亏损,这就是市场交换机制。

发挥主体意识在编辑工作中的能动性是提高出版物质量的关键。现代编辑主体意识应包括信息意识、精品意识、市场竞争等。只有充分发挥编辑的主体意识和主导作用，才能够实现出版物的基本属性和社会价值。     

CUSUM Control Charts for Multivariate Poisson Distribution

A cumulative sum control chart for multivariate Poisson distribution (MP-CUSUM) is proposed. The MP-CUSUM chart is constructed based on log-likelihood ratios with in-control parameters, Θ₀, and shifts to be detected quickly, Θ₁. The average run length (ARL) values are obtained using a Markov Chain-based method. Numerical experiments show that the MP-CUSUM chart is effective in detecting parameter shifts in terms of ARL. The MP-CUSUM chart with smaller Θ₁ is more sensitive than that with greater Θ₁ to smaller shifts, but more insensitive to greater shifts. A comparison shows that the proposed MP-CUSUM chart outperforms an existing MP chart.     

Intercandidate agenda-setting in presidential elections: Issue and attribute agendas in the 2004 campaign

This study examined the role of political public relations in the process of intercandidate agenda-setting. Specifically, a content analysis of news releases, political speeches, and issue platform statements was conducted to assess the salience of issues and attributes in the 2004 presidential election from the Bush, Kerry, and Nader campaigns. While modest evidence for intercandidate agenda-setting associations regarding issue salience was obtained, more robust support was detected for attribute salience relationships. In light of these findings, the theoretical and practical implications for political public relations are discussed.     

基于双边市场的媒体跨媒介竞争效应分析

基于三网融合的现实背景,在双边市场理论框架下,构建了媒体跨媒介竞争博弈模型。模型分析表明：媒体平台进行跨媒介扩张,可以增加自身消费者数量、广告投放数量以及广告费用;媒体平台跨媒介扩张存在一个投资临界,只有当投资成本小于这一临界时,跨媒介扩张才会增加媒体平台的利润;随着广告厌恶型消费者所占比例的增加,两家媒体平台最终的均衡广告收费和利润都会提升,进行跨媒介扩张的媒体平台广告量和消费者数量会减少,而没有进行跨媒介扩张的媒体平台广告量和消费者数量会增加。     

从中学与大学的课程衔接看主体德育的若干属性

以人为本是构建和谐社会的根本要义。教育应当以人为本,以人为出发点,满足人自身生存和发展的需要,促进入的自由、全面发展。而人的问题则是主体德育的中心问题。针对当前学校德育实施过程中教育、管理、实践等环节存在的问题,反思德育的若干属性,并从人类学、哲学及德育实践方面论证了主体德育的现代性。     

Discrete adaptive design in attribute life testing

Properties of a discrete adaptive design in attribute life testing situation are studied. It is shown that the design is strongly consistent and asymptotically normal. Some examples are discussed to show that the design could be used in a wide range of ields, Finally, we give some simulation results to compare the discrete adaptive desigin with some continuous optimal designs.

教育扶贫是高校精准扶贫地方的主要路径。基于华中农业大学在建始县精准扶贫的实践所取得的成效及遇到的问题,通过对三螺旋理论进行了深化与拓展,构建了以产业为纽带,农户、企业、高校、政府四主体相互作用的四螺旋模型,探索各主体充分发挥优势,协同创新的作用机理,提出基于四螺旋模型的高校精准扶贫地方的新路径,即：找准农户致贫或返贫的原因;高校与政府联动,做好扶贫规划;高校与企业联动,抓好产业建设;加强高校、企业与地方政府联动,攻克难点问题;四主体联动,强化过程管理。
