Doing Gender unto the Other: Fiction as a Mode of Studying Gender Discrimination in Organizations

Although ‘doing gender’ has been recently defined as an accomplishment, an element of social practice, this understanding of the concept needs to be extended to coercive action such as subtle workplace discrimination. Even though great effort has been invested in revealing the dynamic of such social practices, the researcher's task is not easy for a variety of reasons. This type of study is difficult to conduct by following traditional research design and many alternative approaches have been tried. This article presents the possibility of using fiction as one possible and relatively unexploited venue of research.

对行政强制措施实行检察监督是十八届四中全会赋予检察机关的改革任务。在全面依法治国和监察体制改革背景下,检察机关履行行政强制措施检察监督职能既有必要性,也有可行性。在下一步检察改革过程中,应当坚持有限监督、适时监督、行政先行救济原则,探索采用检察建议、支持起诉、督促纠正违法、提请责任追究等方式对违法行政强制措施进行监督。     

Coercive controlling behaviors in intimate partner violence in male same-sex relationships:A mixed-methods study

Using mixed methods, we explored the role of coercive controlling behaviors in a high-risk sample of 126 men in violent same-sex relationships. Contrary to a prediction that separate factors of physical violence and coercive control might emerge, a simple principle components analysis supported that male same-sex relationship intimate partner violence (IPV) is essentially unidimensional. Qualitative narratives supported a single latent factor solution of violence, and that coercive controlling behaviors better detect IPV dynamics within the same violent encounters (i.e., weapon use), even when compared to profiles defined by physical violence. Narratives also highlighted gender-different tactics of coercion used, underscoring importance of context-based assessments.

本文从空间经济的视角研究产业同构对区域经济增长的影响,考虑到长三角高技术产业间有较强的空间相关性和溢出效应,采用空间计量模型对2009年长三角16市的数据进行分析,研究发现长三角高技术产业同构对区域经济增长有促进作用。     

对称保正型h-变换的几个性质

通过对称保正型（ε，D（ε））h-变换的暂留性、常返性和不可约性的讨论，证明了对称保正型的暂留性、常返性和不可约性在h-变换下是不变的，由此得到（ε，D（ε））h-结合的m-胎紧m-特殊标准马氏过程的相应性质。     

惩治恐怖犯罪中的强制措施——基于比较法角度的分析

与传统的强制措施相比，反恐强制措施更为严厉。但由于理论基础的差别，使得不同国家采取的反恐强制措施存在差异。这种差异关系到反恐强制措施设置的合理性和惩治恐怖犯罪的有效性。我国刑事诉讼法同样承担着反恐的任务，有必要以比较的方法对一些有代表性的国家反恐强制措施进行研究，以期为我国反恐强制措施的设置产生有益的启示。     

“厨房情结”：为什么让女性欲罢不能——评吉本芭娜娜的《厨房》与《满月》

在吉本芭娜娜的《厨房》和续集《满月》中，厨房不仅成为樱井美影摆脱孤独的寄托，更成为她维持生活的依靠。这种欲罢不能的厨房情结并非现代女性袁层生活的映照，而与女性深层次的传统继承有关，与女性的生理本能和心理需求有关。它是现代女性与社会妥协调和的产物。     

一个非线性偏微分方程广义解的存在性

本文是利用h-半连续的单调算子的理论证明一个非线性偏微分方程解的存在性。     

浅谈刑事强制措施的适用

刑事强制措施是保证刑事诉讼顺利进行的重要手段,同时强制措施的适用,也关系到公民合法权益是否能够得到保障的问题。我国刑事强制措施分为羁押性强制措施和非羁押性强制措施两种。目前,公安机关在侦查活动中,从案件需要和打击犯罪方面考虑,对查获的犯罪嫌疑人多采取羁押性强制措施。这虽然可及时有效的追诉犯罪,也符合法律规定,但却容易忽视对嫌疑人的人身权利的保护和尊重。
