中文网络客户评论的产品特征挖掘方法研究

随着互联网的广泛应用,在Blog、BBS、Wiki等网络站点中出现了大量的针对商品或服务的客户评论,这些客户评论中所包含的丰富信息,对企业管理具有重要的价值.通过数据挖掘算法对客户针对某一产品的大量评论进行分析,可以挖掘出这些产品的主要特征,并有望进一步发现客户对这些特征的意见和态度.在英文世界中已经有学者开始对这一研究进行探索,然而由于语言结构等方面的差异,英文的研究成果尚无法直接应用于中文客户评论的挖掘中.本研究针对中文的特点,提出了面向中文的客户评论挖掘方法.该方法基于改进关联规则算法实现了针对中文产品评论的产品特征信息挖掘.本研究采用通过互联网获得的针对手机、数码相机、书籍等5种产品的评论语料,对该方法进行了数据实验,实验结果初步验证了该方法有效性.     

基于在线评论数据的产品需求趋势挖掘

随着经济水平的提高和物质生活的丰富,消费者的需求变化也越来越快。能否迎合市场需求的变化是企业产品成功的关键。随着社交媒体的发展,消费者为了分享购物体验发表了许多在线评论信息,其中蕴含着消费者的需求变化。本文在产品特征提取和属性情感分析的基础上,构建了垃圾评论识别模型。然后,利用时间序列分析模型预测下阶段的产品属性关注度和情感计算。最后结合历史数据的变化趋势,分析产品属性的重要性和市场满意情况。利用汽车论坛上的汽车评论数据对本文提出的研究模型进行了验证。研究结果可以为企业制定营销策略以及产品改进与创新提供决策支持。     

在线评论的行为影响与价值应用研究综述

随着社交网络的发展,大量用户生成的在线评论影响着消费者的行为,同时被应用于企业的经营管理活动,引起市场营销、信息系统、产品开发等领域学者们的广泛关注,取得很大的研究进展。但是在线评论的研究范围广泛,目前并没有系统性的概念框架,缺乏对在线评论的全局认识。因此,本文尝试从行为影响和价值应用两个层面对在线评论研究文献进行全面总结,并结合当前的技术发展和市场环境,探讨在线评论研究的未来趋势。     

在线评论回报的动态声誉机制研究

当前学界研究主要集中于网络评论的声誉机制或虚假评论的识别策略,好评返现可以看作是声誉的交易(消费者给予好评,商家报以返现),而对此类带有一定贿赂性质的、诱导性的评论的声誉机制研究不多。本文以某网络购物平台2016和2017年两次追踪调查数据为样本,实证研究了好评返现是如何作用于最终声誉评价的。实证结果发现,好评返现对店铺声誉累积的实际影响并不是完全正向的,而是以店铺初始声誉等级为阈值,对于信誉等级较高的店铺(品牌商家)不敏感,对于信誉等级较低的店铺(新进卖家)比较敏感;商家是否参与好评返现并非内生于店铺的初始信誉评价,而更多的是提升信誉评分或对冲部分负面评论;消费者是否参与好评返现与其行为意愿和态度不存在显著关联,匿名环境往往使消费者更易做出内心并不认同却能获益的行为。     

A re-evaluation of random-effects meta-analysis

Summary.  Meta-analysis in the presence of unexplained heterogeneity is frequently undertaken by using a random-effects model, in which the effects underlying different studies are assumed to be drawn from a normal distribution. Here we discuss the justification and interpretation of such models, by addressing in turn the aims of estimation, prediction and hypothesis testing. A particular issue that we consider is the distinction between inference on the mean of the random-effects distribution and inference on the whole distribution. We suggest that random-effects meta-analyses as currently conducted often fail to provide the key results, and we investigate the extent to which distribution-free, classical and Bayesian approaches can provide satisfactory methods. We conclude that the Bayesian approach has the advantage of naturally allowing for full uncertainty, especially for prediction. However, it is not without problems, including computational intensity and sensitivity to a priori judgements. We propose a simple prediction interval for classical meta-analysis and offer extensions to standard practice of Bayesian meta-analysis, making use of an example of studies of 'set shifting' ability in people with eating disorders.     

Continuity and Change in the Family System Across the Transition from Adolescence to Emerging Adulthood

As adolescents move into emerging adulthood, their social networks shift toward a focus on peers and romantic partners, yet parents and siblings remain important sources of support. The present review takes a family systems approach to integrate the growing body of literature examining longitudinal continuity and change in both positive (e.g., intimacy, support) and negative (e.g., conflict, rivalry) qualities of parent–child and sibling relationships as adolescents transition to emerging adulthood. In general, contact with family members decreases, yet the quality of family relationships appears to improve or, at the very least, stabilize across this transition. These pathways are interpreted within the lens of several prominent theories, and a discussion of the limitations of the current literature and ideas for future research are presented.     

基于情感倾向和观察学习的在线评论有用性影响因素研究

已有在线评论的研究都在消费者不能针对同一商品分开做正面评价和负面评价的实践背景下开展, 但类似于"中关村在线" 的评论系统已经允许消费者分别做正负两种评论, 并允许客户进行晒单, 本文主要研究这种区分在线评论的正负型评论及基于晒单的观察学习行为对有用性的影响. 结论表明: 区分背景下的在线评论极端性、 在线评论长度和晒单行为等都对在线评论的有用性产生显著影响, 负面在线评论的影响要大于正面在线评论.

Courage in the Telling: The Critical Rise and Fall of David Leavitt

Openly gay American fiction writer David Leavitt, who had received positive reviews for his previous novels and short story collections, was sued in 1993 over his novel While England Sleeps by English poet Stephen Spender, who claimed that Leavitt plagiarized an episode from his own 1951 memoir World Within World, and grafted pornographic fantasies onto his biography. The accusations created a homophobic backlash against Leavitt, whose career has yet to recover fully. The result is that Leavitt, who had once been viewed as the one gay writer to find a footing in the mainstream literary community, is now firmly positioned in the gay literary subgenre and his work categorized as such. This essay examines book reviews in order to illustrate the difficulties that a writer who deals with gay life frankly and unapologetically finds in being accepted by the mainstream literary establishment, no matter how normal or assimilationist he or others might perceive his work to be.     

21世纪以来代表性神话学家研究评述

21世纪以来,神话学获得了新的发展。当下富于代表性的欧美和东亚神话学家的研究成果,具有以下显著特点:一些传统的研究视角和方法,依然保持着旺盛的生命力;涌现出不少反思之作以及新的理论视角和方法;"神话"的边界依然流动不羁,因此在就神话进行学术对话时,必须明了所讨论概念的意涵及其所发生的语境;神话与科学之间的关系得到进一步探讨,20世纪视神话与科学为和谐互容的观点得到进一步深化,神话遵从于科学的情形遭到质疑。神话学不应一味将眼光投向遥远的过去,而应研究神话与当下现实生活的深度关联。
