两晋军府与尚书机构关系考论

两晋时期军府制度逐渐发展定型，并对以尚书制度为核心的国家政治体制产生重大影响，其表现为：在中央层面，加兵公常领录尚书事，或兼领尚书令；地方镇将常兼领尚书省长官。这样，在国家政治生活中就出现了军府制断尚书事，甚至在非常时期成为替代尚书省的“国务总汇”机构，以及军府掾属权过尚书干涉政务等等不正常的现象。这些现象的产生，在一定程度上表明了两晋时期国家政治体制的孱弱。     

康北霍尔人的来源及历史演变蠡测

作为藏族的一个支系,康区北部的霍尔人与周围其他的藏族人群相比,在语言、体质、文化面貌等方面都有其独特之处。他们被普遍认为与蒙古族存在一定的族源关系。本文认为,康北的霍尔人的来源更有可能与元代生活在我国西北地区的黄头回鹘即撒里畏兀人有一定的关系。公元1331年,一批撒里畏兀军队迁徙至康区北部,经过与周围其他民族不断融合,逐渐发展成为藏族的一部分,但依然保留了一些撒里畏兀人的文化传统和体质特征,被其他藏族人群称为“霍尔人”。     

“Grace Is Deceitful and Beauty Is Vain”: How Hassidic Women Cope with the Requirement of Shaving One’s Head and Wearing a Black Kerchief

Women’s modesty norms are often perceived as governing women’s bodies and as patriarchal oppression. This study challenges these perspectives, offering a deeper, multi-dimensional picture showing that the reality of the women’s life is much more complicated. The article chose to discuss aspects of modesty among women of one of the most extreme Jewish ultra-Orthodox groups, and in particular, to investigate how they experience an extremely demanding requirement—shaving off the hair on their head upon marriage and covering their head with a black kerchief. The findings show that there are a variety of voices among the women, ranging from the view that these practices are desirable, through the view that they empower the women, to the view that they damage one’s attractiveness and are quite painful.

The source of Black-White inequality in early language acquisition: Evidence from Early Head Start

I compare language learning trajectories for Black and White children over the first 3 years of life using data from the Early Head Start Research and Evaluation study (EHSRE) in order to determine the timing and source of divergence in early language skill. Results indicate that that while controlling for racial differences in family background and a measure of the home language environment cannot entirely account for disparities in language acquisition, interactions between age, race and maternal education, and between race and a time-varying measure of the home language environment play a significant role. I show that returns to parental education and the home language environment, in terms of language learning, are higher for White children than their Black peers. Specification checks confirm that these results are robust to alternate definitions of child language and the home language environment, and that no interactions between race, age and any of the other covariates are significant. I discuss possible explanations for these race specific education gradients, including measurement error and test bias. In addition, I address relevant empirical issues in estimating language growth with respect to linguistic inputs and the home language environment.     

汉语中处置句和被动句的生成句法新解

本文以生成语法下的“中心语移位范式”及最新成果“动态反对称理论”为理论框架，对处置句（ SOV）和被动句（ OSV）进行了分析。根据“动态反对称理论”，汉语中词序SVO和SOV是通过旋转立体树形图中的节点获得，二者同时存在，并无衍生关系。基于此，本文拓展了“中心语移位范式”，提出“补语移位范式”。本文认为补语亦遵循中心语依次移位原则，且被动句中的词序OSV，是补语上移至功能位置，置于主语之前的结果，由此较好地解释了被动句的句法成因。     

试论单位负责人会计法律责任

会计作为市场经济中的一个重要的信息系统或管理工具,以其特殊的功能,在调节经济关系时往往起着举足轻重的作用。《会计法》以规范会计行为、保证会计信息质量为立法宗旨,明确规定了法律责任主体,特别强调了单位负责人的会计法律责任。本文将在厘清会计法律责任的含义及特征的基础上,结合现行《会计法》对单位负责人的会计法律责任略作分析,并对其实施提出建议。     

偶在世界的诱惑:默多克《断头》中的叙事伦理

艾丽丝.默多克的小说着力于描写一些充满离奇爱情的故事,其复杂的人物关系和精心的爱情架构过程是她小说创作中的重要观照点。她的小说《断头》,在叙事进程方面,考察故事中人物关系的不稳定性及其在话语层面表现出来的叙事张力;在叙事判断方面,探讨故事如何实现从社会伦理维度向宗教信仰的转换;在叙述语言方面,研究故事的叙述模式和语言的转喻性,揭示其对小说主题和人物塑造的积极性。     

The Importance of Early,Targeted Intervention: The Effect of Family,Maternal, and Child Characteristics on the Use of Physical Discipline

Secondary analysis of Early Head Start Research and Evaluation Study longitudinal data explored family, parent, and child factors that contribute to the use of physical discipline with infants and toddlers. The sample included mothers (N = 1,580) who self reported the use of spanking at 14, 24, and 36 months. Eighteen percent of the mothers (n = 287) indicated that their children experienced consistent physical discipline. Data were analyzed using binary logistic regression. Participation in parenting classes resulted in a 30% reduction in the use of physical discipline. For every year older the mother was at the birth of the child, there was a 7% decrease in physical discipline. Increased knowledge of child development reduced spanking by 35%. Implications for social work practice with families of young children are discussed.     

“一把手”腐败的原因及防治对策探析

当前"一把手"腐败问题比较突出,亟待多管齐下加大防治力度。导致"一把手"腐败既有思想素养不高等主观原因,也有权力过于集中、监督机制不完善和法制处理不力等客观原因。为此,必须通过加强思想素养建设、强化权力制衡、加大监督力度、健全法律法规等措施来防治"一把手"腐败问题。     

The Association between head Start Enrollment and Children's Mental Health Scores

This study examined the association of the children's entry age and enrollment duration of Head Start on children's mental health, using secondary data analysis. Children were of three groups: one group of children entered Head Start at age 3 and maintained enrollment for 1 year (Group 1), the second group of children entered Head Start at age 4 and stayed for 1 year (Group 2) and the third group of children entered at age 3 and stayed in Head Start for 2 years (Group 3). Research questions are (1) Do child and family characteristics have any association with mental health scores? (2) Do children's mental health scores differ among the three groups? Compared with children who entered at age 4 and stayed for 1 year, children who entered Head Start at age 3 and stayed in Head Start both for 1 year and for 2 years had higher mental health scores. Controlling for other factors, boys and children with special needs had higher mental health scores. Black and dual bilingual children had lower mental health scores.
