下泥盆Siegenian 组砂岩储层是阿尔及利亚D 区块的主要勘探目的层。研究其储层特征及控制因素对勘探潜力的评价及后期开发有着重要的指导意义。经过研究,块内砂岩类型主要为石英砂岩,岩屑石英砂岩,储层储集空间主要为各种类型的次生孔隙和少量的裂缝,原生粒间孔不发育,多为粒间溶孔、粒内溶孔及微裂隙。孔隙结构主要为中小孔微细喉,储层物性较差,为中低孔、特低渗储层类储层;储层性质主要受到沉积条件和成岩作用的控制,成岩作用中以压实作用和溶蚀作用对储层物性影响最大,其次是胶结作用和交代作用。  相似文献

This article investigates the writings of Albert Camus in light of neo-liberal governmentality. Camus, a pied noir born in Algeria, was a key figure in the debates regarding the trajectory of French colonial rule. While his absurdist sensibility denounced absolute conceptions of justice and history, his cosmopolitan humanism rejected the possibility of an independent Algerian nation-state. By examining his literary and political writings, this article sheds light on his conceptions of the individual, natural limits, and legitimate violence. In so doing, it identifies assumptions common to Camus’ notion of the absurd and neo-liberalism while also arguing that the current neo-liberal climate has shaped many of the recent discussions of his work.  相似文献

Pension systems in the North African countries of Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia are facing a certain number of difficulties. Presenting the characteristics and organizational structure of each, this article identifies the specificities of, as well as the common problems confronting, these countries' pension systems. With reference to authorizing legislation and case simulations, the high level of generosity of the different pension systems is discussed and an analysis presented. In a context of population ageing, it is argued that current levels of generosity cannot be maintained; reform is needed. The article discusses different reform options, the challenges of implementation and the possible macroeconomic impacts of reform.  相似文献

阿尔及利亚素有“北非油库”之称,中国与之开展能源合作虽起步较晚,却已取得较大成就,主要包括中石化的扎尔扎亭(zarzaitine)油田提高采收率工程,中石油的阿德拉尔(Adrar)上下游一体化项目、谢里夫(Cheliff)盆地112/102A区块和乌埃德姆亚(Oued Mya)盆地350区块的油气勘探项目、438B区块油气勘探项目、Octouat油田设计服务项目和斯基克达(Skikda)凝析油炼油厂建设项目等。随着中阿两国政治关系和经贸合作的日益加强,两国能源合作的互补性亦趋强,且阿国内政治经济形势的持续改善以及阿《新油气法》的出台均为双方的能源合作带来了有利条件,但由于阿产业结构单一,经济发展存在不稳定性,且阿政府对投资本国油气产业的外国公司设限增税,双方的能源合作面临严峻的挑战。  相似文献

阿尔及利亚的军政体制萌芽于民族解放战争时期,在布迈丁时代正式确立,1978年以后进入调整阶段,军政体制产生的根本原因是传统向现代政治的转型。同时,由于国家发展处于初级阶段表现出政治稳定优先、民主化的渐进性及军人干政的有效性等特征,使军政体制得以长期存在,布特弗利卡总统执政以来政治发展仍处于军政体制的框架之内,但也表现出权力总统化的趋向,军队与政府间制度化的妥协是推动政治发展的最佳方式。  相似文献

The improvement in the positionof women and the evolution of spousal relationsare considered to be principal factors in thefertility transition. The age differentialbetween spouses is an important indicator ofthese. In Algeria, within 30 years, thespectacular increase in the mean ages at firstmarriage of women (from 18 to 28 years) and ofmen (from 24 to 31 years) has been coupled witha strong reduction in the average spousal agedifferential which has shifted from 5.6 yearsin 1966 to 3.7 years in 1998.The analysis of the dynamics of this agedifferential at the national level over aperiod of half a century (1948–1998) and ananalysis of its current regional variationsilluminate the very strong links of this trendwith the socio-economic and cultural context(education and activity of women, but alsohousing conditions, the role of agriculture,etc.). However, periodical socio-economicdifficulties (unemployment, poverty, housingshortage) weaken these long-term effects on thespousal age differential, since they force manymen to involuntarily postpone their marriage,thus slowing down the reduction in spousal agedifferentials.  相似文献

Institutional improvement can be a very slow and uncertain process when institutional quality is weak. In the meantime, countries have launched far-reaching economic reforms whose success is predicated on a large investment response. However, the uncertainties attending institutional reform can raise perceptions of risk, thereby muting investment responses. Using new values of institutional quality for three Maghreb countries (Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia), which we derive from fuzzy-set based transformations on freedom indices, we show that moving from low institutional quality to a stage of ‘partial improvement’ may reduce income per capita, with financial and trade reforms having unintended negative effects.  相似文献
