两大法系关于环境犯罪立法之比较

两大法系关于环境犯罪都有不少立法 ,但存在一定差异。在环境犯罪的罪过形式上 ,英美法系认为环境犯罪的认定需有故意和过失 ;而大陆法系则采用罪过原则认定环境犯罪。在犯罪行为上 ,作为犯罪是两大法系立法的基本情形 ,不作为犯罪是两大法系立法的例外情形。在刑罚执行上 ,两大法系对刑罚方法的运用各有特点     

中国京剧与欧洲歌剧之比较

文章从戏剧的起始源头、发展脉络对中国京剧与欧洲歌剧作了比较。接着 ,又从分析中国与西方的政治体制、民族性、哲学思想与科技发展水平的差异入手 ,对中国京剧的写意风格和以演员表演为中心、欧洲歌剧的写实风格和以音乐为中心的美学特点作了阐述和比较。     

网上的西欧政党

20世纪90年代以后，互联网在全球迅速普及，对西欧政党产生了重要的影响。为适应自身发展的需要，获得更多选民的支持，西欧各国政党纷纷上网。他们竞相在网上开展各项活动。主要包括提供信息、网上竞选、政治参与和组织建设，并取得了一定的成效。但是，受到数字鸿沟、政党实力、政党利益、党员和选民态度的影响，西欧政党的网上潜能没有得到充分地发挥，政党的网上效力有待于进一步提高。     

欧洲一体化进程中的社会福利整合

欧洲一体化是一个经济、政治和文化不断融合的过程。欧盟从建立之初就开始了劳工政策领域的合作,随着区域经济合作加强、移民增加、劳动力市场一体化,各国社会保障制度之间的差异就成了迫切需要解决的问题。社会保障方面的合作越来越受到重视,合作的范围逐渐扩大到促进就业、失业保障、养老保障、医疗和公共卫生等领域,虽然至今还没有欧盟统一层面的社会保障政策出台,但在某些方面已经出现了趋同倾向。     

WTO下的美国和欧洲反倾销法及我国的对策

世界贸易组织 (WTO)反倾销守则最终将世界范围内的反倾销立法与实践统一起来。然而 ,作为反倾销措施适用最多的美国与欧共体 ,其国内立法和具体司法实践仍有很大不同 ,加上新的反倾销守则在诸如反规避措施的规定上未达成一致意见。因此 ,在今后相当长的时期内 ,反倾销守则将与各国国内立法与实践并存 ,这在反倾销措施日益成为贸易保护主义者首选手段的国际经济环境中显得更为重要     

Global Visions: Global Civil Society and the Lessons of European Environmentalism

To illuminate the obstacles to the development of a global civil society, the experience of the most developed transnational social movement—the environmental movement—in the most developed supranational political system—the European Union—is considered. National differences are shown to be persistent and there is little evidence of Europeanization. It is argued that the impediments to the development of a global civil society are yet greater and that, despite the advent of antiglobalization protests, global civil society remains an aspiration rather thanan accomplished fact     

强国富民:中国民主党派政治选择的价值取向

20世纪40年代中国民主党派选择与中国共产党合作,共同推翻蒋介石国民党政权的统治。中国民主党派的这一政治选择不仅原于国民党的独裁统治、中国共产党的统一战线政策、中国民主党派自身的先进性等政治层面的因素,更蕴涵着价值取向层面的因素——对强国富民这一理想的不懈追求。对这一历史问题的探讨,不仅对中国民主党派史的研究具有学术价值,而且对今天的执政党——中国共产党有着重要的历史启示。

将1930年代左翼文学潮流的兴起置于＂民国＂这一社会历史的政治经济研究框架中,可以看到其与民国时期商业出版的经济环境有着十分密切的关系。从此视角出发并结合相关史料,兼以良友图书印刷公司的转变为实例,探寻在与出版业广泛互动的条件下,一度风行文坛进而成为声势浩大＂主潮＂的左翼文学潮流的生成机制。     

Brexit: Be Careful What You Wish For?

In this paper, I focus on the British future from Brexit. The institutional form this will take is not yet fixed. However, one can consider likely outcomes based on dominant economic frameworks. From this perspective, it seems unlikely that Brexit will address the actual grievances that resulted in Brexit. These transcend European Union membership.     

Open spaces for dialogue promoting mental health as a social work education methodology

ABSTRACT

The authors discuss service user involvement as a key approach regarding training of social workers. In many European Union countries this is a stable practice with a lengthy tradition in research and application. However, in Poland it is almost entirely absent and marginalized. This article presents the results of a participatory action research project conducted at the Institute of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, the objective of which was to identify and critically analyze the key substantive and formal aspects of training of social workers with the participation of individuals with experience of mental illness. This research project adopted an open approach to cognizing reality based on qualitative co-participatory methods. In the conclusion, the authors emphasize that the fundamental criterion for the success of this particular form of training is voluntary and differentiated participation of students—both in the role of people sharing their own experience and as learners—as well as shaping a culture of open dialogue, educational alliances of recognition and recovery, the foundation of which is axiological experience.
