梁启超的法律思想新探

梁启超是中国近代史上一位著名的思想家 ,他的法律思想 ,不仅以变法维新为主要内容 ,提倡“德治”、正确处理好“法治”与“德治”的关系、主张宪政、强调在法律规定范围内的自由等 ,也是梁启超法律思想的重要内容     

Factors Affecting Children’s Adjustment to the Death of a Parent: The Social Work Professional’s Viewpoint

This study investigated factors affecting the adjustment of parentally bereaved children by reviewing existing literature and comparing it to observations made by professional social workers. Interviewees had between 1 1/2 and 22 years of experience in counseling bereaved children. The specific factors examined were age and sex of the bereaved child, circumstances of the death, and adjustment of remaining caregiver. Participants (n = 5) responded to an interview instrument specifically designed for this study which contained seven in-depth, open-ended questions. Participants’ replies were mostly in accordance with the literature, but also generated some new perspectives that had not been previously considered for this study and had not appeared in the literature. This study has implications for practice with parentally bereaved children and their surviving caregivers.Rebecca M. 试论公证在电子合同中的应用价值

随着网络经济时代的到来, 人们通过缔结电子合同来进行交易的情况越来越多。由于电子合同存在种种难以预测的特殊风险, 故而需要对其加以法律控制, 而公证作为国家法律证明手段, 若应用到电子合同中, 势必能降低电子合同的特殊风险。     

国有股和法人股对公司业绩的影响--公用事业型上市公司的实证研究

公司的股份集中于少数几个大股东手中是中国公司股权结构的一个普遍特征,研究这些大股东如何凭借其持股地位影响公司业绩是中国公司股权结构研究的一个非常重要的问题.本文选取了在上交所上市的公用事业型公司1998年至2002年的平行数据进行实证研究,结果表明,法人股对公司业绩有积极影响,国有股对公司业绩的影响视具体情况而定.     

论法治教育与思想政治教育的统一性

法治教育与思想政治教育在教育内容、教育目的、教育理念与方式上存在着统一性，法治教育与思想政治教育的共同任务在于彰显诚信法治教育、道德理想教育和实践理性教育。法治教育有利于加强大学生思想政治教育的实效，有利于促进思想政治教育的认知环节。为此，要关注尊重受教育者的主体地位，加强诚信法治建设，高度重视学校教育与社会、家庭的结合，加强教育环境建设。     

Connecting for success: Egocentric network types among underrepresented minority students at college

This study investigates the egocentric networks of underrepresented minority students. Adjustment to college for underrepresented minority students often means balancing between the origin (i.e., low-status family) and host (i.e., academic) environments, requiring students to develop different coping strategies. The analysis included 124 Roma university students. We employed the contact diary method and the EgoNet program for mapping students’ egocentric networks. We explored classification among egocentric networks by cluster analysis based on the network proportion of the origin, fellow, and host groups. Three clusters were distinguished. The Host-based cluster proved to be the most advantageous, while the Balancing cluster appeared to be the most disadvantageous in terms of network resources, well-being, and trust. Partners’ ethnicity and educational attainment showed a strong connection with cluster membership. Our results highlight that small fellow communities can successfully interconnect the origin and host groups in students’ egocentric networks.     

A discrete-time risk model with Poisson ARCH claim-number process

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a discrete-time risk model with the claim number following an integer-valued autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity (ARCH) process with Poisson deviates. In this model, the current claim number depends on the previous observations. Within this framework, the equation for finding the adjustment coefficient is derived. Numerical studies are also carried out to examine the impact of the Poisson ARCH dependence structure on the ruin probability.

《广东茂名滨海新区总体规划》的通过，标志着寄托茂名未来梦想的滨海新区的建设蓝图已然绘就。茂名滨海新区建设过程中，海洋资源处于核心地位。海洋资源的可持续开发将是茂名打造未来世界级石化产业基地的保障。海洋资源的可持续开发利用离不开政策与法律的维系与支持。文章重点分析了茂名滨海新区海洋资源可持续开发过程存在的法律问题及其法律对策。     

医学院校“思想道德修养与法律基础”课堂教学改革探索

医学人文教育应该贯穿于医学院校的全部教学环节当中,其教育目标和内容适宜融入"思想道德修养与法律基础"课程。在体现"基础"课教学大纲的基础上,依章节添加医学人文教育内容;并根据学科特点采用医学特色教学方法。新教学班级与传统教学班级的对比研究表明,新教学班级在课堂教学效果与期末考试成绩方面成效显著。     

Determinants of consistent,timely, and active responses in corporate crises

This paper investigates the individual and combined factors affecting the extent to which corporations respond to crisis events consistently, in a timely manner, and actively. The determinants examined include public relations autonomy, legal dominance, strategic orientation, and organizational factors. A survey was conducted of communications mangers, public affairs personnel, and public relations personnel, drawn from the top 500 companies operating in Taiwan. Results indicate that the relative effect of individual sources of influence on crisis response is greatest for situations in which public relations departments have the most autonomy, followed by those where crisis management is handled with a strategic orientation, those where the legal departments dominate, and those where organizational factors provide the main avenue of address. The results emphasize the intriguing role of public relations autonomy by demonstrating its significant impact on providing a consistent, timely, and active crisis response. The strategic orientation of situation analysis also predicts a consistent response, whereas legal dominance predicts strategic ambiguity or inconsistent communication.
