论西方服务营销学派的形成及其贡献

20世纪初,营销学成为一门独立的学科以来,尽管学派纷呈,主流学派也经历了从职能学派到管理学派的变迁,但实体产品的营销一直作为主流学派主宰着理论界和实务界。在20世纪70年代末,服务营销以服务的特征为突破口,走出了产品营销的阴影,脱颖而出,为营销学的发展开拓了新视野,并不断地丰富和完善着现代营销理论。     

需求解析与隐性需求的界定

目前,营销学中关于需求概念与营销导向的研究成为学者日益关注的领域。本文通过文献分析,从信息经济和价值感知两方面描述阐释了需求研究的相关成果;并通过实证分析,发现企业营销倾向在经历了产品导向、服务导向与关系导向的演变之后,需求导向的重要性不断提升。由此,本文界定了隐性需求的内涵,探讨了隐性需求研究对于拓展营销学研究视野的理论价值和实际意义。     

Bridging the divide in urban sustainability: from human exemptionalism to the new ecological paradigm

This paper reviews the main bodies of contemporary urban sustainability theory. From this analysis, two underpinning paradigms of urban sustainability are identified: (1) The ‘Human Exemptionalism Paradigm’ (HEP), which emphasizes the ability of humans to overcome environmental problems—see Urban Sociology, Urban Ecology, Urban Geography, Urban Psychology and Political Economy; and (2) The ‘New Ecological Paradigm’ (NEP), which emphasizes the criticality of ecological limits to human progress—see Urban Metabolism, Energy/Emergy Analysis and Ecological Footprinting. Each of these approaches is critically reviewed, highlighting their main assumptions, theoretical and practical foci. It is argued in the paper that if the related issues of urban sustainability and development are to be progressed, there needs to be: (1) a greater maturation of the NEP approaches, which are ‘relative newcomers’ to the area of urban theory; and (2) greater integration and dialogue between the HEP and NEP approaches to urban sustainability than has hitherto been the case.

对我国银行间外汇市场的SCP范式分析

通过运用产业组织理论的SCP分析范式对我国的银行间外汇市场的市场结构、行为和绩效的特征进行了分析。在对我国现实外汇市场的集中度、参与者、交易量以及进入壁垒等基本因素进程讨论的基础上,强调我国的银行间外汇市场结构呈现出“买方垄断,卖方寡头”的总体特征。在这一结构下,银行间外汇市场内的银行的外汇经营行为是被动的行为,因而市场也是缺乏绩效的。这样的市场结构决定了人民币汇率在较长时期内缺乏弹性。     

又好又快发展的伦理意蕴

又好又快发展是全面建设更高水平小康社会的本质要求,是走中国特色社会主义道路发展理念的重要变化。但是,又好又快发展将面临许多亟待探讨和解决的难题。基于发展伦理的视野,从全面建设更高水平小康社会的现实需要出发,我们提出了又好又快发展的三步走战略建议。只有深入贯彻十七大精神,走中国特色社会主义道路,才能通过对又好又快发展的条件、模式、空间结构与政府主导政策之间的互动性分析,把握又好又快发展的本质、功能、结构、价值和演化特征,发现又好又快发展的“规律范式”。     

错误记忆的研究新进展

错误记忆是记忆研究的一个较为重要的领域,近几十年的研究历史中,经过研究者的不断努力,取得了丰硕的成果。现阶段对于错误记忆主要的研究范式有联想研究范式和无意识知觉研究范式以及误导信息干扰和k-k研究范式。错误记忆的影响因素研究主要集中在加工水平、无意识作用、情绪作用、加工通道等方面。     

Disability and going green: a comparison of the environmental values and behaviours of persons with and without disability

Some studies have suggested that socially excluded groups exhibit different environmental values and behaviours from mainstream society. To consider this in the context of disability, a survey was implemented to investigate environmental values and ecological behaviour. A high percentage of participants considered themselves to have a disability, long‐standing illness or infirmity. Over half of the sample had restricted physical mobility. The study used the revised New Ecological Paradigm Scale, a widely used measure of pro‐environmental orientation, and the General Ecological Behaviour scale to assess ecological behaviours. No significant differences were found between respondents with/without disability for either their general environmental attitudes or their general ecological behaviour. However, a positive correlation was found between level of physical mobility and general ecological behaviour. The results also show significant differences in the ecological behaviours of those respondents living dependently and those living independently; respondents living in care scored lower on the ecological behaviour scale.     

The Struggle for the Soul of Social Work in England

There is a debate or struggle for the nature and future of social work in England. This tension is between a narrow or limited type of practice and a broader and emancipatory social work, grounded in the International Federation of Social Work and the wider conception of the profession in other European states. The limited model of social work seems to provide a dominant paradigm, which may result in the loss of a more visionary and humane social work. This is a qualitative study of an undergraduate social work programme in England. There were 48 participants, comprised of academics, students, service users and practice educators. Interviews and focus groups were used and a thematic analysis was undertaken. The key finding of this study is that the paradigm of state or statutory social work in England threatens to replace a broad conception of social work as understood in such definitions as the International Federation of Social Work and social work in other European states.     

从雁型模式看统筹城乡发展的必然性

针对城乡发展不平衡的社会问题,我国学者从城乡二元经济结构不平衡去分析问题产生的原因,认为农村基础设施与公共服务属于公共物品范畴,须由政府提供.这种观点主要是根据农业、农村、农民具有极端正外部性特征假设进行论证,但并没有深入分析城乡发展不平衡是否与我国产业发展战略导向有关.基于此,从雁型模型去分析统筹城乡发展的必然性,并据此提出实现统筹城乡发展的对策建议.     

汉语中处置句和被动句的生成句法新解

本文以生成语法下的“中心语移位范式”及最新成果“动态反对称理论”为理论框架，对处置句（ SOV）和被动句（ OSV）进行了分析。根据“动态反对称理论”，汉语中词序SVO和SOV是通过旋转立体树形图中的节点获得，二者同时存在，并无衍生关系。基于此，本文拓展了“中心语移位范式”，提出“补语移位范式”。本文认为补语亦遵循中心语依次移位原则，且被动句中的词序OSV，是补语上移至功能位置，置于主语之前的结果，由此较好地解释了被动句的句法成因。
