从噪声产生有序的原理：非指导性的学习和做梦

文章从两个方面阐述了生物的自组织亦即其复杂性的问题：一、生物后天行为的性状不是机械地由遗传基因决定的,而是由基因组与细胞内理化环境（包括被基因决定产生的蛋白质）之间的相互作用所形成的调节机制决定的;二、生物的自组织和复杂化是通过生物在充满随机作用的环境中自主地摸索自身行为可以遵循的概率性规律、从而减少自身结构中的冗余性以增加异质性而实现的。     

区域企业群落形成过程中的自组织集聚机理研究

文章从复杂性系统自组织理论及生态物理学的视角,分析和研究了区域产业群落形成过程中的集聚机理,讨论了区域产业群落形成过程中产业生态位,产业集聚核,区域产业场、产业聚集势的作用和重要性,导出了产业聚集势及其势曲线随产业场的变化情况,在一定程度上分析和揭示了区域产业群落的生成机理和发展演化规律。     

基于自组织理论的高等教育系统分类管理研究

随着我国高等教育规模的不断扩大,对高等教育进行系统分类管理势在必行。系统分类是系统自组织发展和人为管理的结果;是高等教育多样化发展的必然趋势;是促进高等教育健康发展的客观要求。开展高等教育系统分类管理研究有助于对我国高等教育进行分类评估、分类指导、分类管理,具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。     

Positive Feedback Model for City Vitalization

Abstract  In the present study, we first attempt to construct a model for the dynamics of city images, in which intra- and intercity communications promote the joint possession of city images by residents and the establishment of a city identity. It is suggested that community spirit, which emerges strongly associated with city identity, urges citizens to voluntarily take part in a city's cultural events. The voluntary participation of citizens may change various aspects of a city's functions and physical structure, and as a result the city becomes vitalized in a bottom-up way. Based on this model, we propose a new planning method to facilitate city vitalization as a substitute for hardware-oriented planning. Finally, to ascertain the effectiveness of the new planning method, we focus on Iida City, which has recently successfully established its identity as a puppet drama town.     

基于高校知识三角的产学研协同创新实证研究——自组织视角

产学研协同创新体现了系统集成的思想,本文以协同学为基础,从自组织理论视角分析了高校创新能力在产学研协同创新过程中的动态演化规律。研究表明:复杂性科学可以有效地解决公共管理问题的不确定性,本文以具有自组织特征的"B-Z"反应模型为基础,建立了高校知识生产能力、知识传播能力和知识转移能力构成的Logistic模型,通过稳定性分析与仿真模拟,讨论了高校三个能力子系统在产学研协同创新过程中的演化规律,并进一步确定了主导能力要素的序参量模型,并且对我国31所高校在产学研协同创新过程中的演化规律进行了验证性实证分析。本文的研究为我国研究型大学通过调整内部能力结构促进产学研协同创新提供了定量的分析视角与科学的政策讨论依据。     

新四六级考试下的大学英语任务型听力教学模式初探

从对传统英语听力教学中存在问题的反思开始，阐释了以听力理解与交际为主导的任务型听力教学模式及原则，并分析教学中应注意的问题，以应对新四六级考试的改革要求。     

The leadership of emergence: A complex systems leadership theory of emergence at successive organizational levels

Complexity science reframes leadership by focusing on the dynamic interactions between all individuals, explaining how those interactions can, under certain conditions, produce emergent outcomes. We develop a Leadership of Emergence using this approach, through an analysis of three empirical studies which document emergence in distinct contexts. Each of these studies identifies the same four “conditions” for emergence: the presence of a Dis-equilibrium state, Amplifying actions, Recombination/“Self-organization”, and Stabilizing feedback. From these studies we also show how these conditions can be generated through nine specific behaviors which leaders can enact, including: Disrupt existing patterns through embracing uncertainty and creating controversy, Encourage novelty by allowing experiments and supporting collective action, Provide sensemaking and sensegiving through the artful use of language and symbols, and Stabilize the system by Integrating local constraints. Finally, we suggest ways for advancing a meso-model of leadership, and show how our findings can improve complexity science applications in management.     

外语教学中任务型教学法的多角度探析

任务型教学法是20世纪80年代由外语教学研究者和二语习得研究者提出的一种外语教学方法。在这种教学模式下,学生不再是被动的接受者,而是主动的探求者与建构者。要使任务型教学法在外语教学中发挥更大的作用,外语教师必须对其理论基础及实践过程做细致的研究。本文从任务型教学法的模式构建、任务设计、教师角色及其思考等多角度给与探析。     

自组织——和谐社区建设之路

构建和谐社区是今后社区建设的主要目标。社区作为一个复杂的社会系统,遵循着自组织理论的发展规律。社区必须开放,子系统相互作用以形成耗散结构,这是和谐社区建设的必要条件。社区子系统间在序参量的组织下高度协同,是和谐社区建设的内在动力和机制。突变是和谐社区建设的重要途径。     

The Dynamics of Self-Organization

ABSTRACT

The following reviews the promises and limitations for social work of self-organization theory, an integral part of the emerging field of complex systems. Self-organization refers to the capacity of many systems to spontaneously develop novel forms of organization with little external interference. The primary focus of the review involves what the author contends are several neglected dimensions of higher level self-organizing systems, specifically: (1) the role of consciousness and intentionality; (2) the capacity for self-selection as a means of seeding self-organizing processes; and (3) the possibility that some forms of self-organization are based on nonlocal processes involving the synchronistic correlation between separated parts of systems.
